Amanda Bynes won't be part of Nickelodeon's "All That" reunion -- she wasn't even invited.

Sources close to Bynes tell us she found out about the reunion when a trailer was released online ... she never got a heads up from producers.

Bynes got her start on the '90s sketch comedy series, and went on to star in her own Nickelodeon show, "The Amanda Show," a few years later.

Amanda tells friends she would've declined the offer anyway, because her focus these days is fashion, not acting.

As we reported, the "All That" reunion won't feature new material. Instead it will be a lot of reminiscing with "All That" alums Kenan Thompson, Kel Mitchell, Danny Tamberelli, Lori Beth Denberg and Josh Server.

Maybe producers just asked Ashley by mistake ...

Karrueche Tran had a slip of the tongue ... nearly letting the cat out of the bag about her rumored turn as an “America’s Next Top Model" judge -- or at least it appears that way.

Selena Gomez was front and center at Justin Bieber's concert Wednesday ... but our Selena and Justin sources say they are not back together ... but both sides say things are subject to change.

Selena and some of her girlfriends showed up to the Staples Center concert, and we're told after the show Selena jumped in Justin's SUV and he took her to the place she was staying for the night. But that was it. Justin left and went to party with Kanye, Kim, Dave Chappelle and Nate Diaz.

As for what it means ... we're told Selena says she is not romantic with Justin and it's not in the cards.

Here's the thing. Our sources on both sides say they both have unresolved feelings toward each other, and although they're not hooked up now ... it could easily change, the way it has in the past.

We're also told there's a practical obstacle ... both Justin and Selena are going to be on tour for months, and realistically they can't be together.

Justin Bieber had a special guest at his Wednesday L.A. concert ... ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Looks like she got one of the best seats in the house too.

Justin's been linked to several other people since they broke up but he's no stranger to serenading her ... and just a few days ago he posted a throwback picture of them kissing.

Beyonce's "cousin" who says she met Bey at a funeral has been hit up by a slew of nightclubs ... and a slew of drooling rappers.

Kristin Douglas appeared on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and said she had no idea her sister Kelsi Leggett (left) posted the pic on Instagram, and Kelsi says she even blocked Kristin from viewing the pic because Kelsi knew Kristin didn't like it.

Both women are blown away by the reaction ... Kristin now has 80k followers. But even bigger, she told us a bunch of clubs want her to appear -- for a price -- and some admiring rappers have also inquired.

BTW ... turns out Beyonce and the 2 women are not cousins, or even related. The guy who died is Beyonce's uncle and the godfather of Kristin and Kelsi.

Nick Cannon is talking to someone in his new song, "Oh Well," when he says, "All you needed was a n***** with the money, cars and cribs" ... it sure sounds like he's talking about Mariah and James Packer, but he says no.

The song is laced with lyrics that could sure fit his relationship with Mariah ... "I still feel bitter about it," "You leave the house. You f****** that n***** giving me a reason to bounce."

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are back together ... but it's not what you think.

We're told the soon-to-be divorced couple were leaving LAX for a flight down to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico with their 2-year-old son, Maceo, and Halle's 8-year-old daughter, Nahla.

The divorce started out super nasty. Halle felt Olivier's temper was out of control and was furious she got dragged into a lawsuit over an assault at LAX.

More bad news for Johnny Manziel ... first he was cut by the Cleveland Browns ... and now one of the hottest women on earth, Abigail Ratchford, says the two are NOT getting down.

Floyd Mayweather IS making beautiful music with the hot 19-year-old girl he's been seen with ... the platonic kind ... managing her music career and NOT dating her, TMZ Sports has learned.

Giancarlo Stanton says reports that Barry Bonds beat him in a secret home run derby are NOT TRUE -- though he does say the ex-MLB star can still crush the ball like a BEAST!!

We reached out to the Miami Marlins superstar to find out what REALLY went down at the Marlins practice facility on Wednesday. Here's what he told us:

"False!!! He was hitting homers with us but it wasn't a home run derby. He was on my team for hitting drills. He is still a beast. But no home run derby vs. me. Media is wrong."

"Their story is we were hitting extra at batting practice on the back fields off a curveball machine. Getting work in. 5 of us. Last round we split into groups to face each other in a situational hitting competition with imaginary runners on base and the losing team picks up the balls. Not a home run derby."

"We added Bonds to make it 3 on 3. Bonds was on my team. But the fact that he could jump in there and still hit homers is unreal. And crazy to watch."

Blake Shelton says he has never been to rehab and says the magazine that claimed he had almost ruined his career.

Blake has filed a sworn declaration in his lawsuit against In Touch, which claimed he went to rehab after hitting "rock bottom."

Blake has a laundry list of items the magazine published he says are false:

-- "I have never been to rehab."

-- "I did not then nor have I ever hit rock bottom."

-- "I do not drink excessively, binge drink or have a drinking problem."

-- "I do not drink vodka before 11 AM."

-- "I am never drunk, intoxicated, or unable to perform my job on 'The Voice.'"

-- "I do not slur my words or stumble when I drink."

-- "I have never urinated on a mailbox."

He goes on to say the mag lied in accusing him of infidelity. He says, "My ex-wife Miranda Lambert did not catch me with a bunch of naked women in our Tennessee home."

Judy Smith says, "The story was categorically false. Blake said enough is enough and decided to fight back."

Rihanna gave her fans a treat in Miami by dragging her rumored ex-bf Drake out onstage to do some "Work" -- then again, she definitely didn't have to twist his arm.

There was a ton of ass and crotch grinding during the performance, but the question is -- did it stop once the music stopped? Was there an after-party, is what we're saying.

Professionalism is one thing, but this is ridic ...

It's the kind of 'Star Wars' secret normally kept under lock and key, but the new "Shadow Trooper" just got exposed by Lucasfilm's need to make big money merchandising the character.

Lucasfilm filed docs to lock up the trademark to manufacture and sell all things "Shadow Trooper" -- such as clothing, footwear, toys, gymnastic and sporting articles, electronic games, Christmas stockings, Christmas tree ornaments, snow globes ... pretty much everything under Tatooine's 2 suns.

Shadow has already been introduced to the 'Star Wars' universe via video games, but hasn't been in any of the movies. This move is a strong sign that's about to change. 'Star Wars' geeks have speculated a debut in "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story" ... which comes out in December.

Lucasfilm filed similar docs for Kylo Ren, BB-8 and Poe Dameron long before 'The Force Awakens' was released.

Ron Isley -- part of the famed group The Isley Brothers -- wants you to know the Facebook announcement of his passing is grossly premature.

Richard Simmons says his maid is not holding him hostage, but judging by this pic she's definitely holding down the fort.

Simmons called BS on reports his longtime housekeeper, Teresa Reveles, was keeping him isolated from friends and business associates. Teresa was all business Monday as she kept guard at Richard's Hollywood Hills house.

Richard Simmons broke his silence to shoot down a report that his long-time housekeeper is holding him hostage in his home.

Richard appeared on "Today" Monday via telephone, acknowledging he's dropped out of sight for years but he's ok.

The New York Daily News did the latest story over the weekend -- that Richard's friends have been alarmed that he has shut down contact with them.

TMZ has reported over the last year-and-a-half, Richard has shut close, long-term friends out of his life. He doesn't acknowledge birthdays, deaths and various forms of outreach by people who love him.

As we reported, in January of last year the LAPD went to Simmon's home for a welfare check after a friend reported he was the subject of elder abuse. The LAPD cops say Simmons looked fine and was in good spirits.
