Justin Bieber and his crew were NOT the cause of a nightclub brawl in London Wednesday night ... but he was the reason for the ruckus.

Bieber partied at Tape nightclub following the Brit Awards and reportedly left early after someone from his entourage started a big fight.

But Jacobi Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe (that's a mouthful) -- founder and manager of the club -- tells TMZ the fight started when a man smuggled a camera into Tape and tried to snap shots of Justin in VIP.

The club has a strict no camera policy, so security quickly booted the guy.

Anstruther-Gough-Calthorpe says Bieber didn't leave then ... he simply moved to the "members only" section in the back, where he hung out with Diplo and Metro Boomin in the private recording studio and played music for the rest of the night.

Kanye West went off Tuesday night at 1 OAK, telling the crowd Amber Rose is a liar and "that bitch never stuck no fingers in my ass."

Kanye added, "I don't play like that."

And Kanye went on to call out Taylor Swift, insisting he specifically asked her if she was ok with the line, "I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. I made that bitch famous." He says she "ooohed" with approval.

During the rant, which lasted 20 minutes and in front of 1 OAK owners Richie Akiva and Darren Dzienciol, Kanye gave props to Jay Z and Tidal ... as you know, Tidal subscriptions doubled after the release of "The Life of Pablo." Kanye asked the crowd if they were subscribers, and when he got no reaction he went off on them.

Bella Hadid's rocking a ring on the traditional wedding ring finger ... but she and The Weeknd haven't gotten THAT traditional just yet.

When the couple rolled out of their London hotel Monday evening, photogs took notice of the golden piece Bella was sporting. Rumors immediately flew that Weeknd had popped the question, but hold your congratulations.

Bella's rep tells us there is NO engagement. They've only been together for about 10 months, so it would've been a pretty quick move on Weeknd's part.

Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins cleared the air about the post-Grammy party where Paul McCartney was turned away at the door.

Taylor was leaving Craig's when our photog asked about the epic video, showing Paul, Beck and Taylor trying to get into an after-party at Argyle ... it appears they were turned away twice.

The club rep says Paul and company were simply at the wrong party. Taylor confirms both versions ... they were at the wrong party, but the doorman at Argyle didn't recognize Paul and wouldn't let them in.

Case closed.

Anyone hoping for a Kobe comeback after his farewell tour is over brace yourself ... 'cause current Warriors -- and former Lakers GM Jerry West says IT AIN'T GONNA HAPPEN.

Jerry was arriving into LAX when we had to ask whether he thought there was any chance Mamba could pull a Jordan ... and come back after a couple years away from the NBA.

West is a guy who'd know ... he's the dude who made the move to get Bryant in purple and gold in the first place and the two have remained close friends even after West left L.A.

Zendaya's dad, Kazembe Ajamu Coleman, joined the guys on the "TMZ Sports" show (airs weeknights on FS1) ... to talk about how IMPRESSED he was with Odell this weekend.

As we previously reported, OBJ and Zendaya (and dad) hung out in Hollywood -- and Kazembe said it was an "audition" to see if he was worthy of dating his daughter.

Not only did Kazembe give OBJ some serious compliments -- but he's got a pretty nice message for Odell's parents too.

"Mobwives" star Angela "Big Ang" Raiola is still alive and surrounded by family members at a Manhattan hospital despite multiple reports saying she died ... this according to a statement from a rep.

Outlets reported Ang had passed away after a battle with cancer around 6 PM PST but according to a statement on her Twitter, Ang is still alive. Addressing the death reports, the statement says, "All of the media outlets currently reporting this are reporting FALSE INFORMATION."

TMZ has spoken with a family member at Raiola's bedside who confirmed the statement. We're told her estranged husband Neil Murphy is with Ang.

The statement goes on ... "Angela is still in the hospital surrounded by her loved ones, and is fighting. Thank you."

Kanye West had a Yeezus-like moment at 'SNL' over a last minute change to his stage, but in a very un-Yeezus move ... he didn't rage out at producers.

According to multiple reports, the rapper went ballistic on show execs before 'SNL' started, but our Kanye sources say that's not exactly what happened. We're told 30 minutes before going live, producers removed almost half of Kanye's set for aesthetics.

Kanye'd been rehearsing on the larger set all day, so he was definitely pissed. We're told he threatened to walk and angrily vented, but only to HIS team ... never to 'SNL' honchos.

He did eventually speak calmly with Lorne Michaels, who decided to put the set back together.

Still, the backstage rant was epic -- the NY Post got this audio of Kanye comparing himself to Stanley Kubrick, the apostle Paul and Picasso. Vintage 'Ye.

Leonardo DiCaprio keeps winning -- both for his role in "The Revenant" and with the leggy blonde contingent, because he had another one in his ear at a BAFTA after-party.

The latest Leo conquest -- Irish TV personality Laura Whitmore. They looked very cozy Sunday night in London, and while she is a hot chick and he is Leo ... sources close to Laura say it's not what people think.

We're told Laura was working, interviewing celebs at the award show -- and their convo was nothing more than casual, friendly cocktail party chatter. Leo would call that foreplay, but the source insists it was all "innocent."

Still ... Laura would fit right in with the rest of them.

Rihanna was screaming and hysterical before she bailed on the Grammys, but there are conflicting stories about what triggered her outburst.

Sources connected with the show and several sources who were not connected but present at the show tell TMZ ... the singer was loudly expressing displeasure over her rehearsal. They say she was loud and upset and, as we first reported, bailed on the event.

Rihanna's people say she had a medical issue ... bronchitis that was so bad she could not perform and that's why she left. Sources close to RiRi tell us she was too upset to stay and watch the show.

It's interesting ... Rihanna sang flawlessly two nights before the Grammys at a Lionel Richie charity event. Several sources say her voice was also great at the Grammys rehearsal.

So, we spotted Zendaya out with Odell Beckham Jr. Monday night leaving a Grammy party together so we asked if they were dating -- and that's when HER DAD stepped in and explained ... "It's an audition!"

They were definitely acting coupley -- with the 23-year-old NFL star opening her door and walking her into the waiting SUV.

But when we asked Zendaya's dad if he approved of the relationship, he hit us with some of the realest real talk ever.

Sam Hunt and Kaley Cuoco made some sort of connection at Hyde nightclub after the Grammys, because they walked out together and they're both very single.

Kaley filed for divorce from Ryan Sweeting back in September, and Sam's been single for a while.

The 2 hung out in the VIP section at the Republic Records party at Hyde before making their exit.

BTW ... we asked Sam if he owns any cowboy hats ... guess his answer.

Scott Disick is fine for all to see ... he's no longer leading a sober life ... just 3 months after leaving rehab, and this could have an impact on child custody.

Scott was at Up&Down in NYC Tuesday, throwing back beers according to people at the nightclub. We're told Disick partied at Fetty Wap's table after Fetty performed ... drinking the entire night.

We're told the misstep wasn't a one-off -- Scott hit the clubs Thursday night with a flock of hot models, which doesn't bode well for any hope of reconciliation with Kourtney.

Kourtney agreed to let Scott back into her life as a co-parent, with the caveat he stay clean and sober. Given the latest turn of events, it's unlikely she's going to feel comfortable giving him unsupervised physical custody.

Khloe Kardashian could have a future at the L.A. County Fair as a professional juggler, because she hikes with a husband, sometimes dates a basketball player, and hangs with her ex-boyfriend ... all at the same time.

Khloe and ex-bf French Montana hit up Ace of Diamonds strip club Monday night in L.A. It's interesting ... Ace of Diamonds may have caused a rift in Khloe's relationship with James Harden after he partied there last month ... she seemed none too pleased he was there, posting on Instagram the same night, "Stay away from people who make you feel like you are hard to love."

We haven't seen Khloe and James together for a while, but they all seem to come back ... eventually.

Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa are back in the saddle -- but as besties, not bangers.

It's hard to believe they haven't rekindled a romance after posting that Snapchat tongue video. We're told they knew exactly what people would think ... which is why they posted it!

But our sources who are extremely close to both Wiz and Amber tell us the 2 have buried the hatchet and get along as friends for the first time in a long time ... but that's it.

They're a little offended that Kanye's taking credit for bringing them together ... the whole "common enemy" thing. They say the truce has nothing to do with him. They just realized their son would suffer if they continued their war over him.

It seems the Kanye/Wiz/Amber war cemented their new bond, so maybe Kanye is a little responsible.
