Ray J's done dealing with the Kim Kardashian skeletons in his closet ... his lawyer just fired off a cease and desist letter to an old business partner he thinks might be leaking old, degrading interviews.

The first interview surfaced on YouTube Thursday under the title "Ray J's Doctor Diagnoses Kim Kardashian Smelly Na-Na" ... which should give you an idea of the material.

We're told the interview was recorded 8 years ago to accompany a book deal that was eventually canned. There's more where it came from too ... like Ray J talking about dating Whitney Houston at the time of her deadly overdose, which he wants to keep a lid on.

Ray J and his lawyer are giving the old biz partner -- Maxwell Billieon of Billieon Group -- until Monday to come forward and explain why he posted the material without Ray J's permission.

Amber Laura won't be returning to "Love and Hip Hop: Hollywood" next season and says it's all because her co-star Milan Christopher has been dragging her name through the mud to show execs.

Amber's rep tells us she found out she got the ax for season 3 when a call sheet didn't come her way. The rep called network execs but they were radio silent, and eventually the word came down ... Amber was out.

It's a twisted situation ... Amber's boyfriend, Miles Brock, left her for Milan. Milan trashed Amber on Twitter saying she just used Miles to get on the show. Milan says Amber knew Miles was gay all along.

According to Amber ... the relationship between Milan and Miles was fake -- just to bring a "gay relationship" into the show -- and she says that relationship is already kaput, ending on very bad terms.

New stories are circulating that Diddy was out to kill Tupac Shakur. Well, a similar story was published in a big newspaper years ago ... and the paper was forced to eat crow and retract it.

There's a film Netflix is about to release based on a book with the premise ... Diddy hired hit men to murder Tupac in 1996. The author of the book -- a retired LAPD investigator -- claims Diddy hired a Crip to kill Tupac for $1 million.

Turns out the L.A. Times published a similar story in 2008, claiming 2 years before the murder Diddy's boys shot Tupac 5 times in NYC outside a recording studio, but failed to kill him. The paper relied on FBI files and Diddy's own people as sources.

The Times published a major retraction, saying, "The Times has since concluded that the FBI reports were fabricated and that some of the other sources relied on -- including ... a 'confidential source' cited in the FBI reports do not support major elements of the story."

The paper concluded it believed the story was no longer credible.

As for the documentary, which purports to chronicle the 1996 murder in Vegas, the author relies on a confession from a Crip gang member, who said Diddy hired him to kill Tupac.

Diddy has denied involvement in both the '94 shooting and the '96 murder.

The new O.J. Simpson series is awesome, but there's a Kardashian-related story line that is just not true ... TMZ has learned.

O.J. Simpson did NOT threaten suicide with a loaded gun pointed at his head in Kim Kardashian's childhood bedroom -- it was KHLOE'S room ... and the walls weren't adorned by Joey Lawrence.

Our Kardashian sources say Kim and Kourtney shared a bedroom in the Encino home, and Khloe had a room to herself -- the one featured in the show.

As for the posters plastered on Khloe's wall of Joey Lawrence and Jonathan Taylor Thomas, we're told none of the girls had pics on their wall.

In fact, check out Robert Kardashian's interview with Barbara Walters back in 1996 (below). They're sitting in the room where O.J. threatened suicide, and there's not a poster in sight. BTW, he never says it's Kim's room. He simply says "my daughter's room." Our Kardashian sources are clear ... it's Khloe's.

'Bachelor' favorite Lauren B.'s mystery ring is either a Cracker Jack prize or the most embarrassing engagement ring in history ... according to Chris Harrison.

"The Bachelor" host could barely contain his laughter outside Staples Center Tuesday night when we asked about the ring that had fans thinking Lauren was the winner. Chris calls us out for missing the obvious sign Ben didn't put that thing on Lauren's hand.

Watch, he also jabs our photog pretty good for filling out a Bachelor bracket. Which is totally deserved.

Rob Kardashian says he's sober as a mule and wants his family to get off his back ... sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ.

Our Rob sources say he's upset his family believes he has slipped back into the world of drugs. Rob is insisting he's clean and actually has improved his quality of life by living with Blac Chyna.

Rob tells his friends he's finally eating to lose weight, and he works out everyday because she has a gym in her house.

The family is dubious, especially because Chyna was busted Friday at the Austin International Airport where cops found ecstasy pills in her sunglasses case. Rob is mum on the bust, but insists he doesn't partake.

What we do know, however, is this ... when Khloe came home early and found Chyna and Rob in her kitchen, there were liquor bottles strewn about the kitchen. The friends say Rob is not claiming he doesn't drink.

Rob Kardashian is contacting his old party buddies and his family thinks it's a sign he's off the wagon in a big way ... and they blame it all on Blac Chyna.

Sources connected to the Kardashians tell TMZ, about 2 weeks ago -- the same day Khloe came home from a trip and found Rob and Chyna in her kitchen -- someone in the family received a call from a guy who used to party with Rob. We're told the guy is now clean and wanted them to know Rob had been calling other party friends as well, and he says Rob was trying to score drugs.

Chyna wanted to make it appear she was making Rob healthy again, cooking for him and inspiring him to exercise. Yet as we first reported, in addition to being drunk in Austin, cops say they found ecstasy pills in her sunglasses case.

The Kardashians believe it's clear ... Rob is in great danger of relapsing, and they believe it's all Chyna's doing.

What's more, the family is deeply concerned Rob's life is in danger because they think he's not taking his diabetes meds. We've learned when Kris Jenner beelined it for Chyna's house last Friday, she arrived with Rob's insulin and other Rx meds, worried he had stopped taking them.

Problem is ... Rob's not listening to anyone -- except Blac Chyna.

Casey Anthony is learning her goal of anonymously blending into her new Florida neighborhood is tricky, especially when she hosts a yard sale.

A woman in West Palm Beach tells us she was checking out bargains in the area when one caught her eye. She recognized Casey almost immediately and struck up a conversation. She described Casey as "cheery and normal." She also says a large, muscular man was helping her out.

The woman says the items looked too old school for Casey ... floral pictures as well as vintage purses and china sets.

Word around town is that Casey moved in with a new boyfriend.

Kanye West was anything but sincere when he tweeted about turning exes into best friends ... we're told he was dripping with sarcasm, and that was the point.

After the back-and-forth, finger-or-no-finger-in-the-butt war between Kanye and Amber Rose, he tweeted, "Me and my wife got the kind of love that can turn exes into best friends."

Lots of people jumped on this, thinking somehow Kanye and Amber have rekindled their friendship, or at least he was extending an olive branch.

Not so ... our sources say Kanye was squarely mocking Wiz Khalifa and Amber -- former enemies who are now bonded by their dislike for him.

So Kanye now says he not only owns Wiz and Amber's son, he owns them too.

Derek Jeter's supermodel fiancee is calling pure BS on the legendary gift basket story -- saying she never got one from #2 ... and calls the rumors nothing more than a "stupid story."

'Bachelor' favorite Lauren Bushnell looks like a taken woman, judging from the ring on her finger, but there's less here than meets the eye.

The photo surfaced Tuesday -- Lauren wearing what looks like an engagement ring -- and it caused a ****storm thanks to her friend who posted the pic on Instagram.

Could it be ... Ben not only picked her but popped the question?

No.

The photo was taken in September, 2 months BEFORE Ben picked the woman of his dreams. There's no way she was married during the competition, or even engaged, because it would mean the show was a sham and that would be a PR disaster for producers.

So the takeaway is this ... a rose by any other name may be a rose, but a ring on the left ring finger is not always an engagement ring.

Rob Kardashian just kicked a social media hornet nest by joking (we think) about knocking up Blac Chyna, while also taking a jab at his sisters ... in one brilliant meme.

Rob posted the pic of BC carrying a baby car seat and saying she's out to birth the "next generation of the Kardashian name!"

It's a hardcore troll of Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Blac Chyna's nemesis, Kylie -- especially since we know Rob's friends and family aren't happy about his hook-up with Chyna.

Funny to us ... but not so much for the sisters, we're betting.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have been getting hot and heavy in more ways than one.

Sources close to the unexpected couple tell TMZ, Chyna has been a positive influence on Rob because she's helping him get back in shape.

But don't get it twisted ... we're told they're definitely more than just workout buddies -- the romantic relationship is fairly recent, and things are more playful than serious.

Louis Tomlinson is providing for his baby and baby mama, but the digs are modest and the jury is out on child support.

We've learned Briana Jungwirth and their son are living in a 3 bedroom home in Calabasas ... a far cry from the reported $10 million mansion he reportedly bought her. We're told the home is in the hundreds of thousands of dollars ... not in the millions.

We're told Briana is paying for the furniture and Louis isn't exactly opening the bank vault.

Louis is renting his own place in L.A. so he can be closer to his son. We're told it's a lot nicer than Briana's digs.

The new parents are getting along, but they have not settled on a child support figure yet. There are reports she wants $600k a year. That may well be in the universe of possibilities, but a lot depends on his income and the needs of the child ... that's the way it's done in California.

Briana is telling her friends she's not using the baby as a meal ticket ... getting help is fine, but she insists she won't get greedy.

Liam Hemsworth is playing his emotions close to the vest when it comes to hooking up, and shacking up with Miley Cyrus again.

Liam was out shopping in L.A. ... when a photog congratulated him on his reported reengagement. Until now, it's been mostly Miley's friends doing all the talking -- so, this was the perfect chance for him to finally say his peace.

As we told you, Miley and her pets moved into Liam's Malibu home recently.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian are banging ... or at least, spending enough time together that they should be.

BC posted a photo early Monday morning with some guy's heavily tattooed arm around her and she captioned it, "The beginning." We ran a quick tatt investigation, and the arm in the pic matches Rob's.

Sources close to both of them tell us ... Rob and Chyna have been together almost non-stop for several days. She used to live next to Kris Jenner's house, but we're told they never hung out back then -- so this is an all new hook up.

Since Rob's not much on going out in public, we see a lot of Netflix and chill in their future.
