Kris Jenner just schooled us and anyone else who thought her "fat lip" excuse for cancelling a TV appearance was fake ... she says it was real, and serious.

We got this pic of Kris taken Monday morning, around the time she called producers of "Bachelor In Paradise: After Paradise" and cancelled her scheduled appearance, saying her lip blew up and she was not camera ready.

Kris says the culprit was most likely a spider so she had her room sprayed by an exterminator. The swelling was serious enough for a doctor to prescribe 4 different meds.

As for showing up Tuesday night at Nobu and looking just fine, Kris made it clear to friends and family it took 18 hours for the swelling to go down.

It's not the first time Kris' lips blew up ... she had an allergic reaction to food in the Dominican Republic a few years back.

Rosie O'Donnell and Tatum O'Neal are NOT a couple ... so says Rosie.

A report Wednesday claimed the two had been dating for weeks, but that's just not the case.

Rosie's rep tells TMZ ... Rosie and Tatum have been friends for several years and met in Chicago when they both were working on shows for OWN.

"Bachelor In Paradise" star Ashley Iaconetti did not serve Jared anything with a cherry on top -- not her's anyway, because Monday's episode was just a tease, or at least that's her story.

TMZ has learned Ashley I.'s telling friends ... producers fed her those lines about possibly losing her famous virginity. If you missed it, Ashley's chastity seemed up for grabs when she drunkenly slurred that she dug Jared enough to give it up to him.

Sources close to Ashley say she knows virginity is the thing that's made her famous, so she'd never blow it on a one-night stand.

We're told she's holding out for Mr. Right -- who, as we all know, rarely pops up on reality shows.

NBA star Markieff Morris could be on his way to the Houston Rockets … if Common’s Instagram is to be believed … and if the photo he posted is actually of Markieff and not his twin brother Marcus.

Common worked out in Los Angeles Tuesday with a few members of the Rockets … and one of the Morris twins. The problem is … we can’t tell which one (they are twins, after all).

What makes this photo (possibly) a big deal ... Markieff has requested to be traded from the Phoenix Suns (because they traded his brother to Detroit) and the Rockets are seemingly a preferred landing spot.

So, if this photo really is Markieff -- it would appear to be pretty strong evidence he got his wish and will join the Rockets next season.

NBA sharpshooter Sasha Vujacic is pulling a Taylor Swift ... saying that him and his tennis superstar ex-fiancee Maria Sharapova are never, ever, ever getting back together.

Vujacic -- who just recently signed with the NY Knicks -- was at LAX when we tossed some questions at the former Laker ... most notably, if he ever thinks he'll get back on serve with Sharapova.

The two used to be quite the sports couple -- dating for years until they called off the engagement in 2012 ... but with Drake rekindling his romance with Maria's chief rival Serena, we had to know if reconciliation was on Sasha's brain.

The short answer? Hell no ... Vujacic bristles at the very mention of Sharapova, maybe because there is another lady in the clip who he may or may not be connected to.

That viral vid of LAPD officers brutally shutting down The Weeknd's music video shoot Thursday night in downtown LA is nothing more than a wicked game ... of promotion.

The LAPD tells TMZ ... the video going around on social media is 100% staged.

The clip shows several cops ripping through The Weeknd's set with nightsticks, demanding permits, and shutting down all video recording.

We also know the guy who posted the clip is actually Weeknd's creative director -- and since his new album drops today ... it's a little too perfect.

Justin Bieber showed off his fancy finger work in the middle of a bar to serenade super hot Playboy model, Xenia Deli.

Justin and Xenia weren't afraid of showing some PDA Friday night, snuggling on a piano bench as he played for her in front of the crowd at an L.A. bar ... and then hit the clubs afterward.

Xenia is in Bieber's upcoming music video for his new single -- "What Do You Mean?" and we're told he's really into her ... introducing her to all his friends and even posting a pic of them playing footsie.

The Biebs is really stepping up his game -- not only is Xenia four years older than him, she also has SI Swimsuit and Victoria's Secret experience ... in addition to Playboy.

Drake is getting a second bite of the apple that is Serena Williams -- but now that they're back on and popping, Serena's guard is up for one reason ... best summed up in one word: THOTs.

Sources close to Serena tell us she's been into Drizzy ever since they first hooked up in 2011, but that ended badly because he had his eyes on a few other chicks at the same time. Let's face it, Drake's game with strippers and Instagram models is legendary.

We're told Serena's willing to give him another chance because they have a "good vibe" -- which was on full display in the pics TMZ posted of their dinner in Cincinnati. Still, friends are warning her to be careful she doesn't get hurt again.

Our Drake sources say it's different this time -- he treats her with more respect than his other dates because Serena's a superstar in her own right. Translation: He doesn't have to worry about her using him for fame.

We're told she digs him showing up at her matches, and holds her family section tix for him. They're trying to take it slowly, but it's obvious from pics and videos ... they're crushing hard. Again.

Kris Jenner has a lot of pull in Los Angeles ... but just because she unleashed her wrath on a longtime LA weatherman over social media, doesn't mean she got him fired despite all the rumors.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Kris had nothing to do with Garth Kemp's departure from his 17-year-long position as the KABC weatherman ... he actually left to pursue his dreams of being a voice over actor.

Rumors were flying around like crazy that Garth was forced out by head honchos at his ABC affiliated station because of Kris.

Back in June KJ put him on blast to millions of her Instagram followers ... calling him a bully after he talked smack about Kim and Kanye not having talent. We're told Kris only fired back on IG ... she never called the station and didn't want him to get fired.

Mama bird defending her family is one thing, but forcing a guy to get fired is something completely different.

Rihanna needs to check herself -- and her smartphone -- 'cause she damn well has Matt Barnes' digits ... at least according to Matt's old teammate.

Glen "Big Baby" Davis jumped to Matt's defense today in the dispute over just how much of an item RiRi and MB are, or were ... before Matt told us they were "just past the crush stage."

Matt Barnes is confounding ... he says the stories about him going on dates with Rihanna are all gossip, but then he says things could be going down the relationship road.

We got Matt out at the UCLA Softball Stadium Saturday when he said he and RiRi are just friends, but it could lead to something. Interesting, because it sure seems like she's dating Lewis Hamilton.

He went as far as saying it doesn't matter that he plays for Memphis, because she has a jet.

Our sources say Matt and Rihanna were out on 2 dates fairly recently.

It's getting clearer by the day ... Lewis Hamilton is one lucky dude, because all signs point to a relationship with Rihanna.

The race car driver and Riri were partying at Griffin nightclub Friday, in NYC's Meatpacking District.

It seems it's all on the QT, because they arrived separately. But they've been at the same place in enough towns and countries lately to fuel rumors.

They were both at 1OAK in NYC Tuesday, and partying in Barbados last week.

Lamar Odom says he absolutely did NOT ambush Khloe Kardashian -- and he's heartbroken because he says Khloe knows what really happened, but ... for some reason ... won't go public to clear his name.

Lamar wanted to vent to TMZ about the story we broke -- that, according to witnesses, he shocked Khloe outside a SoulCycle ... jumping out of a car and demanding to talk to her. Khloe eventually ran away after a witness threatened to call cops.

But an enraged Lamar went off ... denying he stalked her, touched her or ambushed her -- and in a powerful rant says the meeting was actually prearranged with Khloe. He's hurt that she's not standing up for him. Even further, he threatens to spill secrets -- whose, he doesn't say -- if something like this happens again.

In the video, Odom goes between anger and sadness -- especially when opening up about how his life has spiraled out of control. He also rips TMZ for what he calls racist reporting about celebrity beefs.

Ben Affleck is not funding the new, lavish lifestyle of his former nanny ... this according to people very close to the situation.

Former nanny, Christine Ouzounian, proudly posted a pic of her new convertible Lexus, leading people to believe Ben was underwriting her.

Our sources say absolutely not.

As for Ben flying Christine back from the Bahamas and to Vegas with Tom Brady, we're told a group of people were on the plane, and various people were trying on Brady's Super Bowl rings, including Christine.

There are several reports Ben has put Christine up in a high end L.A. hotel, but our sources say that's absolutely not true.
