Randy Jackson predictably sidestepped our question about his good bud "American Idol" cohort Simon Cowell.

Randy had just landed at LAX and he pretended like he was coming from Mars when we asked about the happy-ish news that Simon was about to become a daddy after secretly banging his friend's wife.

Simon Cowell is solely focused on Lauren Silverman and their unborn baby -- despite allegations of betrayal from her estranged husband ... sources close to the couple tell TMZ.

We're told Simon is saying privately that his baby will "want for nothing." He will gladly provide for the child, and not just financially. Simon is saying he will be a committed, fully-involved parent and says he wants a big role in raising the child.

As for Lauren ... people who know Simon say he's never been happier than when he's with her.

Andrew Silverman was "shocked" when he went to TMZ this morning and saw a pic of his estranged wife kissing Simon Cowell ... sources close to the former couple tell TMZ.

Our sources say Andrew had no idea Simon and Lauren Silverman had been getting it on for that long. The pic was taken on a boat where Andrew was present.

We're told Andrew feels humiliated that Lauren and his former good friend Simon had been sneaking around behind his back for so long.

Shirley Jones is sticking to her orgy guns -- insisting Joan Collins' ex did proposition a foursome way back in the 60s ... even though the story's being yanked from Shirley's book.

As TMZ first reported ... Joan convinced the publisher of Shirley's autobiography, that Shirley's tale of an almost sex party with Joan and their husbands ... was untrue -- and got it yanked from all future printings of the book.

But last night ... Shirley and her current husband Marty Ingels (not the guy in the orgy) were defiant ... telling us they don't care what deal Joan reached with Simon and Schuster -- Shirley stands by the story.

"Sharknado" star Ian Ziering landed in a seriously tight spot last night -- forced to choose between backing his co-star Tara Reid ... and his own payday for the sequel.

Ian and his wife were walking out of Boa when we posed the question ... "Would you like to have Tara back on Sharknado 2?"

Boom! Rock and a hard place.

As we first reported ... producers have already decided they want Ian, back for the sequel -- but Tara's sitch is not yet a lock.

The rumors have been swirling for months ... but TMZ finally has the video proof that former 2-time Miss Puerto Rico winner Joyce Giraud has joined the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

Giraud -- along with Lisa & Ken Vanderpump, Kyle & Kim Richards, Brandi Glanville and Yolanda Foster were all at LAX this week ... waiting to board a flight to Puerto Rico.

Giraud tried to lay low ... in what appeared to be an effort to go unrecognized ... but our photog was quick to notice the beauty queen.

As for the other woman rumored to be joining the cast -- '90s actress Carlton Gebbia -- she wasn't at the airport, but sources tell TMZ she will appear on the show this season in a small role.

That was fast ... Joan Collins has successfully convinced Shirley Jones' publisher that she did NOT nearly have a 4-way orgy with Shirley and their two husbands back in the ''60s -- despite claims in Shirley's new book -- and now, the publisher has agreed to yank the story.

As we reported, Shirley's new book "Shirley Jones: A Memoir" recounts a story about a sex party that nearly went down at Joan Collins' house back in the day -- involving Joan, Shirley, Shirley's husband Jack Cassidy, and Joan's husband Tony Newley.

In the book, Shirley says she declined the orgy invitation ... but Joan says the entire story is bogus, start to finish.

Joan sent Shirley's publisher Simon & Schuster a cease and desist letter after the book was published, demanding a retraction -- and we've learned, both Shirley and the publisher caved ... agreeing to remove Joan's name from the book.

Joan's rep tells us, S&S has agreed to remove Joan's name from Shirley's e-book immediately, as well as in future reprints. As for the books already on shelves, Joan is out of luck.

Who knew ... but we did some digging and found a New York law making homewrecking a criminal misdemeanor, punishable by up to 3 months in jail.

As we reported ... real estate mogul Andrew Silverman filed divorce docs in NYC, alleging his wife Lauren and Simon committed adultery during his marriage and made a love child. She's 10 weeks pregnant.

This is surprising ... Lindsay Lohan does NOT consider her dad to be a toxic influence -- in fact, she actually wants him to be a big part of her life while she focuses on rebuilding herself after rehab.

As we reported, Lindsay went on a friend-slashing massacre a few weeks ago while in treatment, putting together a list of the bad people she wanted to cut out of her life once she got out -- and Michael was NOT on the list.

We're told Lindsay actually wants to keep Michael around because she believes -- despite his glaring flaws -- that he's actually a positive influence on her ... and family is really important.

Even crazier ... we're told Michael was in the therapy session with Lindsay when she discussed the "bad" list. Her brother Michael Jr. was there too.

Simon Cowell is a homewrecker -- at least according to his good friend who filed divorce papers accusing Simon of banging and then knocking up his wife DURING their marriage, TMZ has learned.

Andrew Silverman has filed divorce docs in New York and TMZ has learned he's alleging ADULTERY in seeking to end his marriage to Lauren Silverman ... who is believed to be pregnant with Simon's child.

It's pretty shocking ... in New York claiming adultery is like a legal nuclear weapon ... if proven, the cheating party (and Simon) can be forced to take a DNA test -- something that's hard to get in New York when a couple is married and the wife gets pregnant.

In the docs, Silverman, the plaintiff, lists Lauren as a defendant and Cowell as a co-respondent.

Andrew doesn't pull any punches in the divorce papers, saying, "The nature of this action is: to dissolve the marriage between the parties based upon (1) the commission of acts of adultery by the defendant and (2) defendant's cruel and inhuman treatment of the plaintiff."

Maybe he's Googling Sydney Leathers/Porn/Vivid/15 minutes .... or maybe he's texting Huma, assuring her he's not texting anyone else. Whatever ... but Anthony Weiner probably should have kept his cell phone in his pocket during Wednesday's mayoral forum.

80-year-old Hollywood legend Joan Collins is livid at fellow icon Shirley Jones, insisting she's NOT some porn-watching swinger pervert and never was -- despite claims in Shirley's new book -- and now, she's threatening Ms. Jones.

Sources tell TMZ, Joan -- famous for the '80s soap "Dynasty" -- is pissed over one anecdote in particular, which Shirley recounts in her book "Shirley Jones: A Memoir," a story about the first time Shirley met Joan in the late '60s and a 4-person sex party nearly broke out.

According to the book, Shirley and her then-husband Jack Cassidy were at the home of Joan Collins and Tony Newley for dinner ... and after dinner, Tony proposed they all get naked and watch porn together. Shirley writes, "It was clear what Tony was leading up to -- swinging."

79-year-old Shirley says she turned down the offer -- and now, sources tell us, Joan is accusing her of libel ... insisting the story is bogus.

We're told Joan has sent Shirley a cease and desist letter, demanding her new book be removed from stores everywhere, but Shirley's NOT backing down. She says the story is true and she's standing by it.

Jodie Sweetin's estranged husband has concocted a diabolical plot to make her look like a relapsing drug addict ... at least that's what Jodie's gut is telling her.

Jodie just called in to "TMZ Live," telling us she's got a hunch as to who started the false rumors about her entering rehab for substance abuse -- and strongly insinuated that her estranged husband Morty Coyle is the mastermind.

She said, "Breakups are hard and certain people [her husband] don't make them easier. People get weird and stalkerish ... You never really know someone until you break up with them."

Judge this: Simon Cowell impregnated his good friend's wife ... and she's already nearly 3 months along ... this according to reports.

Us Weekly broke the story, reporting Cowell is expecting a child with New York socialite Lauren Silverman, the estranged wife of Cowell's close friend Andrew Silverman, a real estate mogul.

36-year-old Lauren and her husband have been in the middle of a divorce for a while ... but still haven't severed the cord.

Lauren is reportedly 10 weeks pregnant. FYI, Simon is 53 and this would be his first child.

Lauren's got talent too ... she's pretty damn hot. And it's safe to say Simon has a type. Just check out his recent exes, Mezhgan Hussainy and Terri Seymour.

Oprah Winfrey says she has no tolerance for anyone who uses the N-word around her -- no matter the color of their skin -- saying, "You cannot be my friend and use that word around me."

Oprah -- along with Forest Whitaker -- just spoke about the race issues with Parade magazine to promote their new movie "The Butler."

During the interview, Oprah was asked about the N-word -- which becomes extremely relevant in the wake of the racial comments made by her former "Color Purple" co-star Rae Dawn Chong.

As we previously reported, Rae lashed out against Oprah and said she would have been a "field n**ger" back in the slave days.

Oprah never mentions Rae in the interview, but makes it clear she doesn't respect people that throw that word around.

"It shows my age, but I feel strongly about [the n-word] … I always think of the millions of people who heard that as their last word as they were hanging from a tree."

The interview is interesting ... with Oprah claiming kids today don't know "diddly-squat" about the civil rights movement.

She also explains why she thinks Martin Luther King's dream has not been completely fulfilled.

Jodie Sweetin is adamant ... she's NOT currently being treated in a rehab facility -- but tells TMZ she currently WORKS at one.

We spoke to the former "Full House" star ... who tells us reports that she's in treatment for substance abuse are "such bulls**t ... I am absolutely NOT in rehab."

Jodie -- who once battled with a meth addiction -- says she currently works as a clinical logistics coordinator at an L.A. rehab center, and her employer has allowed her to live in a studio apartment on the property while she deals with her divorce from husband #3 Morty Coyle.

"I work for the center and they have been really generous in helping me with a place to stay as Morty wanted me out by the end of the month," Sweetin says.

"The owners of the facility said I could stay here as I got things figured out."

Jodie also says she's decided not to pursue full custody of the couple's 2-year-old daughter Beatrix -- and wants joint custody instead -- because she wants the kid "to have both of her parents in her life."

Jodie and Morty were married in 2012.
