Selena and Justin -- who have been the subject of constant dating rumors -- joined Jaden and Will in Moorpark, Calif. on Friday night for Will's oldest son Trey's football game.

According to reports, the mystery woman is an exec at Morgan Stanley in NYC -- so girl obviously has experience hitting the mother lode.

We're told Lindsay just became aware of a Facebook page teasing, "Lindsey [sic] Lohan Just Leaked Having a THREEWAY on Camera."

A message on the page continues, "Don't ask how i got this ... NO ONE ELSE HAS SEEN THIS VIDEO."

But sources close to Lindsay tell us the actress is adamant that no 3-way sex tape exists. Sorry guys .. and some ladies.

We're also told the link may just be a virus -- so click at your own risk.

We're told the story in Page 6 -- that the two hung out with a bunch of people in NYC to see if there was any chemistry -- is totally true ... and after that John and Kim spent a couple of nights hitting the town by themselves.

We're told the woman in question is Jasmine Waltz (right) -- if that name sounds familiar, that's because she's the girl who punched Lindsay Lohan on LiLo's birthday a few months back.

Our sources say David and Jasmine began seeing each other after David and Courteney had separated and agreed to see other people.

That said ... we're told a divorce is by no means a done deal. We've learned the couple has been living apart for several months, but there is a "real possibility" they could get back together. As one source said, "It's a work in progress."

As for why they separated, one source simply said, "Life."

Michael tells TMZ ... Dina was violent as Lindsay was growing up, and it left an impression. Michael claims when Lindsay was 4 years old, Dina was arguing with his mom and Dina allegedly smashed a phone across grandma's face, requiring six stitches.

And Michael says, on another occasion -- when Lindsay was a teenager -- Dina went nuts on Michael, flew over two beds to get to him and accidentally knocked herself out.

Michael adds it was Dina's idea to leave Lindsay in Hollywood at a very young age, even though LiLo had a stalker.

As we reported, some members of Lindsay's family tell us ... Lindsay believes her current predicament is the result of Michael's craziness.

Handler just went to her Twitter page and stated, "Everyone, calm down. I met with mr. Cent about a potential project. There's nothing to report yet, ill let you know if there is."

TMZ has obtained a photo of the two of them at the Blue Nile jazz bar in New Orleans -- and one spy inside the joint tells us they were getting very hot and heavy with each other.

But before 50 got cozy with Chelsea, dude knocked out a live freestyle set with a local band at the club.

As TMZ first reported, Josie Harris told Las Vegas cops that before Mayweather Jr. allegedly attacked her last week ... he demanded to know if Harris was dating Watson ... and she responded, "'Yes, that is who I'm seeing now.'"

But multiple sources close to C.J. -- including his father Charles Watson -- tell TMZ that the NBA player is only in a relationship with his longtime girlfriend Danielle -- with whom he has a child.

C.J.'s dad -- who says he talks to C.J. every day -- also tells us, "I know for sure that Josie is not his girlfriend ... she did some event planning for C.J., but other than that, they have no relationship whatsoever."

Meanwhile on the same day, Kate's ex-husband Jon Gosselin played daddy day care with his eight kids and girlfriend Ellen Ross in Pennsylvania.
