There Is No Sex Tape

TMZ has learned that Britney Spears and Kevin Federline will come together one more time to tell the public that they never made a sex tape.

Reps from the divorcing couple tell us that both Britney and Kevin want to put an end to rumors that K-Fed is out peddling a sex tape for some quick cash. They have agreed to jointly issue a statement, hoping to put an end to the flurry of stories that such a tape exists.

[UPDATE 1:30PM ET] -- Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan later released a statement that said in part, "There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in existence. It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone else."

K.G.Beckham? Posh Goes Natasha

Victoria Beckham's new moniker: International Woman of Mystery.

Trying to be incognito (yeah, sure) in a long trenchcoat, knee-high black boots and big black sunglasses, Posh was spotted at Madrid airport yesterday. The espionage outfit didn't deflect attention, and the former Spice Girl was quickly bombarded with questions by the paparazzi crush.

One nugget from the pap assault; Beckham will not be singing solo, acting or re-forming her defunct pop-quintet anytime soon.

The whooshing sound you hear is the worldwide sigh of relief.

Matthew Perry's Student Body Hookup

It's getting hot on the Warner lot! Well-placed sources tell TMZ that Matthew Perry has been romancing Lizzy Caplan of the new CBS show "The Class." We're told that although the two have only been coupling for a few weeks, the romance is definitely hot and heavy!

The former "Friend" met the hot "Mean Girls" starlet on the set as Perry's show, "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" shoots nearby. Our spies tell us the two visit each other's sets frequently, and are often seen canoodling.

The two have more in common than their studio location. "The Class" was created by David Crane, who was one of the executive producers of "Friends," and the couple was reportedly fixed up by Matt LeBlanc's rumored new squeeze (and former "Joey" co-star) Andrea Anders. Just to make things even more incestuously confusing, Anders now is a "Class" regular.

And in case you were wondering; Lizzy is 24 and Matthew is 37. Nice pull, Chandler. Could she BE any younger??

Reese (Broke)Back on the Rebound?

If Reese Witherspoon wants to quash rumors of an on-set romance with co-star Jake Gyllenhaal, she should probably stop being photographed looking like his favorite cowgirl.

Reese's reps deny any hanky-panky between the two, now in Los Angeles filming their new thriller, "Rendition." As the photos show, Reese is pregnant in the film.

Personally, we'd be happy if Reese found someone to hang with. As for Jake, we're just happy to see him photographed without Lance Armstrong.

Clooney: Obama Didn't Drop Presidential Bomb-a

George Clooney is disputing an OK! magazine story that Senator Barack Obama told the actor he's a go for a Presidential run.

The OK! website quotes Clooney as saying, "I just spoke with Barack and he is going to run. I just hung up the phone with him."

Clooney says, it ain't so.

Top Model Bigger Than Ever?

"America's Next Top Model" is huge -- and so are the contestants! The gals of next season's ANTM are not your usual model-size negative 1. Although the girls would definitely not be labeled as plus-sized, insiders say they're far from the stick figures we're used to seeing on the runway. Our source joked that the hair and makeup peeps have their work cut out for them.

It is unclear whether or not it's a strategic move, or if the producers are slightly off in their choices, but we applaud taking the more natural-looking woman and trying to doll her up. On a 'lighter' note, the girls are said to be some of the most humble and grateful girls the show has ever seen. Say it isn't so! Top Model is nothing without the bitchfights!

Locklear & Spade -- Back On?

Looks like one of Hollywood's most unlikely pairings may be back together.

Although tiny bedraggled funnyman David Spade and TV stalwart Heather Locklear decided to go "on a break" back in September, the two were spotted meeting up for dinner last night at Mr. Chow.

Heather and David arrived separately, but left together in Spade's ride after dining. Ever the gentleman, Spade even opened the car door for Locklear before the two jetted away, hopefully to do Heather's roots.

Prince to Play Private Gig, Launch Show in Vegas

Sources tell TMZ that Prince is playing an invitation only, private event at Club Rio tonight in Las Vegas -- marking the start of his taking up residence at the hotel as a permanent performer.

Rumors have been swirling for months that Prince would take over Club Rio (located inside the Rio hotel) and re-name it 3121, the same name given to his last album. Nothing official has been announced, but sources tell us that renovations have been done to the club in less than a week's time to prepare for tonight's festivities.

The club's normal days of operation are Thursday, Friday and Saturday -- so opening up on a Tuesday might be a way for the club to host the concert on the down low.

Paris Tight Lipped About Nicole

Though Paris Hilton was swarmed by questioning photogs, the heiress kept quiet about Nicole Richie's checking into a treatment facility.

As she made her exit from Hollywood hotspot Area, a cameraman repeatedly asked Hilton, "is it true Nicole is in rehab?" Paris evaded the line of questioning the only way she knows how - by pretending to talk on her cell phone.

Nicole checked herself into a private facility for an undisclosed treatment yesterday where, according to her publicist, she is "working with a team of doctors and specialists whose focus is nutrition."

And while the paparazzi crush followed Paris all the way to her vehicle, she can rest easy knowing she garnered the most attention from the photogs all night - beating out the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Kristin Cavallari.

Izzie Does Some Damage Control

The on-set fight between Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey was nothing more than "a little burst of testosterone" -- at least according to Katherine Heigl.

Though some reports suggest the scuffle was set-off by Washington making hateful comments towards another cast mate, Heigl, who plays Dr. Isobel "Izzie" Stevens, downplayed the altercation on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."

"It was something silly and manly," says Heigel, who was not in the scene being filmed, "there was a little burst of testosterone in the room and then within five minute everything was totally fine. They were totally fine and joking with each other and laughing."

Heigl's full interview airs today.

The New Lance & Reichen?

Just days after coming out to PEOPLE magazine, "Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight was spotted with fellow hunky actor Luke MacFarlane, causing chatter that the two may be more than just friends.

Knight and MacFarlane, who plays a gay character on ABC's "Brothers & Sisters," were seen getting cozy yesterday in Santa Monica. The two went shopping for furniture and electronics before taking a break to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.

The last few weeks have been a little tense for Knight and the rest of the "Grey's" cast after the behind the scenes drama involving Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey erupted. Some reports of the incident claim that Dempsey was defending T.R. against hateful comments made by Washington.

Whatever may have caused the fight, it's good to see T.R. enjoying the simple things in life.

Did 'Grey's' Brawl Force Knight Out of the Closet?

"Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight told PEOPLE exclusively that he is gay. But was this coming out of his own free will, or as a result of the much-hyped fight between "Grey's" stars Isaiah Washington and Patrick Dempsey?

PEOPLE released a statement from Knight today that said, "While I prefer to keep my personal life private, I hope the fact that I'm gay isn't the most interesting part of me."

But the National Enquirer may have tipped us off to the story when they reported that during the fight between Washington and Dempsey, Washington yelled, "I'm not your little faggot like (name deleted)."

The Enquirer said they withheld the name of the co-star Washington mentioned "because of the extreme nature of the slur."

Does Knight's disclosure confirm the Enquirer's story?

Calls to Washington's reps were not immediately returned.
