Blake Lively Gets Thigh-High in NYC
Blake Lively is bootylicious.
Wearing an old school Jennifer Lopez diva hat, a '70s black mini-dress and a ridiculously hot pair of open-toed thigh-high boots, the happily married 25-year-old former "Gossip Girl" star strutted her gorgeous blonde and leggy stuff on the streets of New York City on Tuesday.
Apparently the high fashion walk off was all part of some magazine photo shoot, but who really cares about that ... the important thing is that she looks AMAZING!
Damn you, Ryan Reynolds! Damn you.

Kelly Rutherford My Ex Is EXPLOITING Our Kids
Kelly Rutherford's ex-husband set up a photo op at a French airport on Sunday where the actress arrived to visit her children ... violating a court order in the process -- or so Kelly is telling friends.
One of Kelly's close friends -- who recently spoke to the actress in France -- tells TMZ, the "Gossip Girl" star was shocked when she saw photos of her arrival at the airport in Nice this weekend surfacing on the Internet, and believes her ex is to blame for leaking her location.
The friend says Kelly believes ... if her ex Daniel Giersch really did set up the shot -- it would be a violation of a court order against exposing the couple's kids to the media.
In the photos, Kelly looks happy -- hugging her kids while they wave a sign reading "Welcome Super Mama" -- but now, she's super pissed.
As you know, Kelly and her ex are embroiled in a bitter custody war. A judge recently named Giersch the "residential parent," meaning the kids have to live in France because he's banished from the U.S. Kelly still lives in the States, and has to fly to France to see her kids for her half of the custody share.
Kelly plans to fight the ruling. Reps for both Kelly and Giersch had no comment.

Kelly Rutherford Spends a Nice Holiday with Her Kids in France
Despite her crushing blow in family court recently, Kelly Rutherford was all smiles as she arrived in Nice, France to visit her two kids ... and TMZ has the photos.
As TMZ first reported, the "Gossip Girl" star was devastated after a judge ruled that her ex husband, Daniel Giersch, was allowed to keep their two young children living with him in France 50% of the time.
Kelly told friends afterwards she plans to challenge the ruling -- arguing that the difficult travel will make quality time with her children virtually impossible.
But on Sunday she looked happy as a clam when she arrived in Nice Airport with her brother ... while her kids greeted her with balloons and an awesome sign that said, "Welcome Super Mama."
Her ex was there too ... holding Hello Kitty balloons.
Très awkward.

Kelly Rutherford Tried to Alienate Kids From Dad ... Says Judge
The judge in Kelly Rutherford's custody trial just doesn't trust her -- claiming she has repeatedly tried to cut her ex-husband out of their children's lives ... which is why the judge ruled in favor of daddy.
In his decision, obtained by TMZ, the judge chose to make Kelly's ex Daniel Giersch the "residential parent" because "Daniel (who lives in France) has facilitated the relationship of the children with Kelly ... and Kelly simply has not done so."
One glaring example -- the judge says Kelly continually failed to put Daniel's name on their daughter's birth certificate ... despite being asked several times by the court.
The judge writes, "Even while under the scrutiny of an extended trial, Kelly still has declined to demonstrate the level of commitment to facilitating the relationship that would be required of a residential parent in a relocation situation."
As we reported, Kelly gets the kids (aged 5 and 3) 50% of the time under the new arrangement, but the children will live and go to school in France because Daniel can't return to the U.S. due to a revoked visa. Bottom line, Kelly will be spending a lot of time on a plane.
As for the details of the new custody plan -- Daniel has to buy Kelly six round-trip airline tickets to France per school year (coach class) ... and put her up in a house with a car while she's in the country.
A rep for Kelly tells TMZ, "Rewarding someone who has been banished from this country and is prohibited from stepping foot in this country with custody of American citizen children makes no earthly sense to anyone with a basic understanding of the law."
It's worth noting, the custody arrangement could eventually shift back to the U.S. if Daniel fixes his visa issues. Kelly plans to appeal the ruling tomorrow.

Kelly Rutherford DEVASTATED By Custody Ruling
"Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford just suffered an enormous loss in family court ... a judge just ruled her ex-husband can keep their 2 kids in France, where he is living ... and sources say shes "devastated."
Kelly was fighting to bring her kids back to the U.S. Her ex, Daniel Giersch, lives in France and can't come back to the U.S. because his visa has been revoked.
The judge ruled Kelly has a flexible schedule and can go back and forth to France to spend time with her kids. The court gave Kelly the right to have the children -- ages 5 and 3 -- 50% of the time.
But Kelly doesn't see it that way. Sources tell us she believes it's virtually impossible now for her to spend meaningful time with the kids, given the enormous travel commitments that would be involved.
We're told Kelly plans to appeal the ruling.

Leighton Meester Crushes Mom in Court Over Plastic Surgery Money
Leighton Meester just won her legal war against her mom -- after the "Gossip Girl" star sued her last year ... claiming the woman diverted money Leighton had sent to her little brother ... and she spent it on things like plastic surgery, Botox, and hair extensions.
TMZ broke the story -- Leighton filed the lawsuit claiming her little brother has serious medical problems ... so she sent home $7,500 a month to help cover his expenses.
Leighton's mom, Constance Meester, tried convincing the judge Leighton had promised to take care of her and that's why she spent the cash. But the judge pooh-poohed mom's claims, ruling there was no such agreement.
Leighton actually didn't sue to recover any money from her mom -- she just wanted the judge to make her mother go away.
Mission accomplished.

'Gossip Girl' Star Sued You OWE Me $58k for Spying on Your Ex
It costs $65-per-hour to spy on your ex-husband ... this according to a private eye who claims he spent months snooping around for "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford ... only to get stiffed when the bill came.
The divorce between Rutherford and her ex-husband Daniel Giersch was EPICALLY NASTY -- with restraining orders and allegations of child endangerment.
According to a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Rutherford hired a private eye to spy on her ex in April 2010 ... "in relation to certain issues regarding child custody and other matters."
The private eye, Edward Banach, claims he worked on the case for a couple of months ... racking up a total bill of $86,249.85 ... but only got paid $28,214.35.
Now, Banach -- who was sub-contracted through a now-defunct security company -- is suing the business AND Rutherford to get the remaining $58k.
FYI -- At the height of the legal war between Kelly and Giersch, the actress admitted she hired a P.I. ... to prove her ex didn't properly secure the pool and play areas at his home -- which she said endangered the couple's 2-year-old son Hermes.
Rutherford explained, "I was concerned about my son's safety."
We called Kelly for comment on this story -- so far, no response.

More 'Blake Lively' Nude Photos Leaked
The hacker who claims to have naked pictures of Blake Lively has just upped the ante, scoffing at claims the pics are photoshopped ... and he's posted more pictures to prove his case.
The hacker just posted 17 additional pics. Many of the pics show a nude woman whom the hacker insists is Blake.
Blake's people are adamant ... telling TMZ the person in the pics is not Blake. The denial apparently incited the hacker, who posted the new pics, with this warning: "Oh, yes, Blake's rep. These are totally fake. We really, really believe you. Want moar? BTW, thanks for all the faps." (FYI: "faps" is a reference to pleasuring oneself)
Two of the pics show a woman clothed, holding an iPhone, and it sure looks like Blake.
Several of the nude pics show a woman's body with tattoos (no face). Several TMZ users contacted us with an interesting point ... Blake's character in "The Town" had star tattoos on her upper-chest area.
