Chace Crawford Rolls into Court for Weed Case

"Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford rolled into a McKinney, Texas courthouse just moments ago -- where a judge will formally charge the actor for allegedly having an unlit joint in a car he was sitting in.

Chace was technically charged earlier this month -- but Texas law requires the actor to appear in court so the judge can make it official. Chace is facing one misdemeanor count of weed possession.

TMZ broke the story -- Chace was busted in a Plano, TX parking lot after cops claim they found one unlit joint in the car he was in with a friend.

If convicted, Chace could face up to 6 months behind bars.

UPDATE 8:15 AM PT: Nothing happened in court today. Chace will not have to show up for the next court appearance, scheduled for August 20.

Chace Crawford Busted ... With England Goalie's Ex

"Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford definitely didn't drop the ball this weekend -- instead he spent a night out in London with the ex-girlfriend of England's most hated villain ... former starting goalie Robert Green.

It had been reported that Green fumbled that infamous shot during the World Cup match with the U.S. because his mind was all messed up from a recent breakup with Elizabeth Minett.

Either way, it seems she's in good hands now.

Question is ...

Kelly Rutherford & Ex -- Ceasefire for Baby

After one of the nastiest splits in the history of Hollywood, "Gossip Girl" star Kelly Rutherford called a temporary truce with her estranged husband Daniel Giersch this weekend -- so baby daddy could spend some time with their 2 kids.

Earlier this month, Kelly dropped the restraining order against Daniel -- but yesterday in L.A., the two agreed to act like civil, peace-loving people so Kelly could drop off the kids.

Baby steps.

Taylor Momsen's Stripped Down Performance

Doing her best Runaways/Courtney Love impersonation, "Gossip Girl" star Taylor Momsen showed off her, er, singing skills at an intimate concert in West Hollywood this weekend.

The 16-year-old loves to do the unmentionable.

Taylor Momsen's Teen Mom

It's no surprise "Gossip Girl" star Taylor Momsen is often dressed inappropriately for a 16-year-old ... because her mother dresses younger than she does.

Decked out in Miley Cyrus shades, a Selena Gomez jacket, a Demi Lovato t-shirt, Dakota Fanning pants and a pair of Mary-Kate Olsen boots, Taylor's adult mother Collette accompanied her more matronly-attired teen spawn to the NYC set of her TV series on Wednesday.

Remember when you were embarrassed by your mom in high school?

Hilary Duff Highlighted & Cited

Getting your hair did at the celeb favorite Ken Paves Salon comes with a lot of extra perks ... like a parking ticket.

On Thursday, Hilary Duff became the latest in a long line of freshly blown out celebs to find an expired meter and a citation after leaving the WeHo hair studio.

Looks like the 22-year-old "Gossip Girl's" weave wasn't the only thing that needed a little change.

'Gossip Girl' Mom Granted Restraining Order

TMZ has learned Kelly Rutherford was granted a temporary restraining order against her ex Daniel Giersch.

According to documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kelly claims Daniel has repeatedly harassed both her and their nanny -- which she claims forced the nanny to quit.

The documents list Giersch as 39-years-old, white, and "thin."

Geirsch must stay 100 yards away from Kelly, her mother, the nanny, and Kelly's home, job and vehicle -- "except for brief & peaceful contact as required for court-ordered visitation."

In the docs, it says "Daniel has begun to follow me, my mother, my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us."

Kelly also claims Daniel "has harassed [my nanny] with questions about me virtually every time he sees her ... last week Daniel's harassment of [the nanny] led to an actual threat that he is going to file a lawsuit against her."

After that, Kelly says the nanny handed in her pink slip, causing her two kids -- Hermes and Helena -- to lose someone they "love and trust."

Spotted: Gossip Girl's Record Contract

Little J has to pay big bucks to her record company if she takes on any acting gigs with "musical elements" -- but there's a catch...

We just got our hands on Taylor Momsen's record contract with Interscope Records -- dated March 17, 2009 -- which states if she takes a role as a musician or band member -- she has to fork over 10% of her paycheck for that gig to her musical overlords.

Now to the catch -- Momsen included a clause in the contract which allows her to sing her little heart out for free on two projects ... "Gossip Girl" and an upcoming "Runaways Project."

The only Runaways project we've heard of is the Joan Jett bio-pic staring Kristin Stewart -- and as far as we know, Taylor isn't part of the cast.

So, either we just blew a huge Hollywood secret ... or the 16-year-old got a serious taste of bigtime movieland rejection.

Spotted: Chace Crawford Kissing 'Twilight' Star!?

This one came outta nowhere -- cameras catching "Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford in a full-on eyes-closed make-out session with "Twilight" star Ashley Greene earlier this morning!

The two were spotted in the backseat lip-lock while Chace was dropping Ashley off at LAX.

We're told the couple has been spotted together "quite often" recently, but no one suspected that they were more than just "good friends" ... until now.

'Gossip Girl' Mom Settles Custody Dispute

Kelly Rutherford just settled her custody dispute with ex Daniel Giersch -- at least until April 2010.

The "Gossip Girl" matriarch filed for divorce in December 2008. The couple has two children together -- one of whom was born less than two months ago.

Rutherford and Giersch had a heated battle over custody that nearly kept Rutherford from filming scenes for "Gossip Girl."

Settlement documents have been filed with the court. Under the terms, both Kelly and Daniel will temporarily relocate from California to New York while she films "Gossip Girl" -- from July 30 through April 5. She'll live in NYC and he'll live in the Hamptons. Neither party can travel outside of New York or California without the agreement of the other.

The docs say both parents will attend co-parenting counseling sessions.

They will share joint legal and physical custody of the two kids.

Aristo-Crisis at Real 'Gossip Girl' School

The new Bravo show "NYC Prep" has got New York's real gossip girls and guys quaking in their Gucci loafers.

The show mimics "Gossip Girl" ... with a healthy dose of drugs and sex. Two of the show's stars, recent Dwight School grads "PC" Peterson and Jessie Leavitt, went on the air yakking about booze, sex, and smoking up -- and that was just the first episode.

The Dwight School is apparently panicked that other students will appear in similar shows exhibiting similar debauchery. So they sent a letter to the student body and alums, expressing a "zero tolerance." But the letter is so confusing, it's not clear if school honchos mean a zero tolerance for drugs and sex or a zero tolerance for appearing on reality shows.

The school is also concerned about perpetuating stereotypes. Hmmm ... spoiled rich kids screwing up. Is it a stereotype if it's true?
