Tiger Woods can throw back a celebratory cocktail or 2 because he's off probation for his DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Eldrick's probation was terminated by a judge a month earlier than expected because he "successfully completed all regular and special conditions" ... according to a new legal doc obtained by TMZ.

As we reported ... Woods copped a plea in his DUI case at his Florida hearing on October 27, 2017, and as part of his deal to avoid jail time he agreed to enter a DUI diversion program. He was also put on probation for 12 months, ordered to perform 50 hours of community service, and prohibited from drinking alcohol or taking drugs during the probation period ... but now it's over.

The golf legend was arrested for DUI on May 29, 2017 in Jupiter, FL after cops found him asleep at the wheel of his 2015 Mercedes. Once he awoke, Tiger was a discombobulated mess, which he claimed was the result of taking a cocktail of Rx drugs.

A 22-year old champion golfer from Iowa State University was found beaten and murdered on a golf course in Iowa ... and now cops have arrested and charged a man with her killing.

Celia Barquin Arozamena -- the Big 12 champ -- was found dead on the Coldwater Golf Links in Ames, Iowa ...near the university's campus.

Cops were initially called after golfers located an unattended bag on the course. Police searched the area ... and found Barquin Arozamena's body.

Officials say she had been assaulted ... and died as a result of the injuries.

A subsequent investigation led cops to arrest 22-year old Collin Daniel Richards ... and charged him with 1st-degree murder.

ISU released a statement ... “Celia had an infectious smile, a bubbly personality and anyone fortunate enough to know her was blessed."

5:40 PM PT -- Dustin has responded to the affair and breakup speculation, tweeting ... "Every relationship goes through its ups and downs, but most importantly, we love each other very much and are committed to being a family."

Couple developments in the rumored Paulina Gretzky, Dustin Johnson split ...

1) A deeply connected source tells us they're NOT broken up.

2) The alleged mistress is adamant she NEVER hooked up with the PGA superstar.

Here's what we know ... Paulina ignited the breakup rumors after wiping all traces of Dustin from her Instagram page (don't worry, her bikini pics are all still there).

Reports surfaced shortly after that a woman named Yassie Safai was "at the center" of the split -- the insinuation was that Dustin had an affair with her behind Paulina's back.

But now, Yassie has broken her silence ... saying, "I am not in a relationship with Dustin Johnson. Nor have we had any prior relationship."

She explained, "I met Dustin Johnson at Sherwood Country Club. I have run into him at Sherwood maybe 4 times since then and yes briefly spoke with him, like I'm sure any avid golfer and member would."

"I am sure he is a great person but we do not have a close friendship. I have never met Paulina Gretzky and do not know the Gretzky family, but again, I am sure they are great people."

"I have no insight into the rumors around Dustin Johnson and Paulina Gretzky's relationship. I wish them nothing but the best. I just want to go back to living my normal life."'

One source extremely close with the Gretzky family tells us Paulina and Dustin are still together but would not expand when asked why he has disappeared from her IG page.

Donald Trump's incessant golf outings are costing taxpayers a FORTUNE.

Taxpayers footed bills totaling $300,675 for golf cart rentals alone, so the Secret Service could follow Trump on the links ... this according to federal documents obtained by TMZ.

Many of the expenses emanate from Trump's Mar-a-Lago excursions. And, get this ... since taking office Trump has reportedly spent 153 days at golf properties, which explains why the golf cart rental is sky high.

Since Trump took office, the total expense of his golf outings cost taxpayers an estimated $77 MILLION.

One of the most famous brothels in the world thinks it can help Tiger Woods get over the hump ... by humping.

Tiger is getting dangerously close to returning to his old dominating self -- and Sheri's Ranch thinks his rampant sex habit gave him the confidence to kill it on the links.

"We all love Tiger here at Sheri’s,” Dena, the madam of Sheri’s Ranch says ... "Since Sheri’s is known for keeping secrets, there is no safer place for Tiger to indulge his unquenchable urge for sex with a wide variety of women."

TMZ Sports has the video ... Tiger, Matt Kuchar and Bryson DeChambeau headed out to the green as part of a private dinner for fans after the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational -- and went head-to-head in golf's version of HORSE.

Tiger fell just short -- just like he did at The Open and the PGA Championship -- as Kuchar was the surprising winner.

We're told Tiger was gracious in defeat ... with one witness saying, "He was really humble about it."

As for Bryson ... we're pretty sure that was the only loss he took that night -- 'CAUSE HAVE YOU SEEN HIS GIRLFRIEND?!

Donald Trump ain't mad Brooks Koepka ruined Tiger Woods' great comeback moment this weekend ... in fact, POTUS is all kinds of charged up over the golfer's victory -- saying, "Job well done!"

Koepka held off a hard-charging Tiger to take home the PGA Championship on Sunday ... and Donald took to Twitter to congratulate him Monday.

"Brooks Koepka just won his third Golf Major, and he did it not only with his powerful game, but with his powerful mind," Trump wrote.

"He has been a man of steel on the Tour and will have many Victories, including Majors, ahead of him. Congrats to Brooks and his great team on a job well done!"

Some of the other items up for auction -- a Peyton Manning signed football (less than Swift), Tiger Woods signed hat (way less than Swift) and a Ryan Tannehill signed helmet (not even close).

As for the Swift jersey, the Broncos say she signed the uni during her May concert at Mile High Stadium and she got #13 because it's her lucky number. Also, she was born on Dec. 13.

The money from the auction will be donated to the Boys and Girls Club -- so get in there and SPEND SOME MONEY.

The PGA Tour superstar is hockin' dress shirts these days in addition to sinking putts on weekends ... and for his first-ever ad with the shirt company -- he threw down a cascade of dad dance moves.

Since rekindling things, the duo have been hard to keep track of ... they got engaged in the Bahamas, then returned to NYC, then spent this past weekend in Miami only to wind up in Atlanta.

TB12 hit the course with his mom, dad and niece on Monday in what shoulda been a fun family time ... until Tom needed two mulligans to get off a tee.

The Pats QB snap-hooked his first shot and screeched out a "DARNIT!!"

His next stroke wasn't any better ... leading to a hat toss.

He finally got it straight on the third swing ... but, if you're counting at home -- he's lyin' five when he gets to his ball in the fairway.

Don't worry ... Tom cooled down eventually to take an adorable pic with his fam.

By the way ... his niece, Maya Brady, is a legit softball player -- committed to play at UCLA after her senior season at Oaks Christian next year.

Calvin Johnson will NEVER play football again ... telling TMZ Sports his fingers are so jacked up, "I ain't trying to catch no more footballs."

We got the future NFL Hall of Famer out at LAX ... and -- since training camps kick off in a couple weeks -- we had to ask ... when are you coming back to the gridiron?!

Peyton Manning says he couldn't throw a football the same way after his neck injury a few years back -- but he adjusted his game and found success ... and he's convinced Tiger Woods will do the same.

The NFL legend played with Tiger at PGA's Memorial Pro-Am in Ohio -- when he was asked if he thought Tiger could return to greatness after back fusion surgery.

"I can certainly relate," Manning said ... "It's about being flexible, being adaptive."

"I couldn't throw the ball the same way after my injury, but you learn to use your experience and football intellect. That's what he's doing. He's adjusted his game and his swing and using his experience and using other parts of his body to get some strength and power."

"For a golf fan, it's great to see him back out here."

Manning was also REALLY impressed with some of Tiger's shots -- and judging from the video ... you can see why.
