'Game of Thrones' Queen Demands Anti-Texting App for Ex

The hot queen on "Game of Thrones" just struck a deal with her ex-husband -- they both must download an app that PROHIBITS them from texting or emailing while driving ... for the sake of their kid.

Lena Headey -- who plays Queen Cersei -- just sealed her divorce settlement with Peter Loughran. Peter has driving issues -- a very bad accident. So Lena was concerned about Peter driving their 3-year-old son around, and imposed a requirement that he download a smartphone app that prevents him from sending or receiving text messages while driving. The app also blocks the Internet. She agreed to do the same.

The boy is now a very young jet setter ... because Lena is going to take him along for the ride when she shoots the show in exotic locations, such as Ireland, Croatia and other places. But there's a cost to all of this. Lena has to pay so Peter can tag along. He gets airfare -- the least expensive class with a bed -- plus 1K a month in expenses.

It's good to be the Queen -- and Prince Philip.

'Game of Thrones' Creator Hobnobbing in the Shire

Prepare for a nerdgasm "Game of Thrones" geeks -- TMZ obtained photo evidence tying the show's creator to that other world of fantasy ... the "Lord of the Rings" trilogy!!

George R.R. Martin took a tour of the Shire movie set from the "Rings" movies this weekend on the North Island of New Zealand ... where, BTW, Winter is not coming (it's Spring down there).

The 65-year-old author and screenwriter looked pretty stoked to hang with normies on the tour -- but still proved he's top banana in the nerd world. Dude, arrived by freaking helicopter!

Gandalf would be proud.

Jason Momoa I'm Retiring From Slap-Battles

0-8uzd3kqk

Don't expect to see Jason Momoa slap-battling anymore random dudes at bars ... 'cause the "Game of Thrones" actor says he's hanging up his mitts for good.

Momoa was catching a flight out of LAX when we asked about the video that went viral this week of his dominating slap sesh ... and Khal Drago told us that was his final battle.

Momoa says the dumbass in the video who challenged him was a friend -- and after the battle the guy's hands healed quickly. Why do we think Jason's friend would have a different opinion?

Oh, yeah ... because we've seen the video.

Jason Momoa SLAP BATTLE

*** WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE ***

Jason Momoa -- the guy who plays the enormous and terrifying Khal Drogo on "Game of Thrones" -- slapped the bejeezus out of some guy in Atlanta last night ... and it was all caught on tape.

The slappee posted the video on YouTube -- after he stupidly challenged the 6’5” "Conan the Barbarian" actor to a game of slaps, and got his ass destroyed.

Check it out. The video is truly hilarious. And Jason is a bro.

Peter Dinklage On Game of Thrones: I DON'T WATCH

0-gdzuz58n

There have been tons of bombshells on "Game of Thrones" this season ... but the biggest one yet -- Peter Dinklage says ... HE DOESN'T WATCH THE SHOW!!!!!

Seriously ... Dinklage -- who plays scarred-up, drunken, whore-banger Tyrion Lannister on the show -- told photogs in Montreal he doesn't have an opinion on the infamous "Red Wedding" episode because "I don't watch the show."

He also says he doesn't have HBO ... but c'mon, he HAD to have been joking, right??

Right???

Jason Momoa Ready For Battle Or Broadway ... Depends

"Games of Thrones" star Jason Momoa doing a traditional Maori war dance is either scary as hell -- or totally non-threatening and ready-made for a musical.

Sorry Jason, but those are some jazzy hands.

'Thrones' Star Jason Momoa Scaring Everybody With Maori War Dance

0-hlv0bgek

Jason Momoa's character was killed off "Game of Thrones" WAY before it became trendy ... but he's keeping up with one CRAZY-INTENSE cultural tradition that would make even a Dothraki warlord quake in his sandals.

Check out Khal Drogo (middle) doing the "Haka" -- the traditional ancestral war dance of the indigenous Māori people -- at the beach in Auckland, New Zealand on Sunday.

Momoa hails from Hawaii but says he's obsessed with Polynesian culture ... he even did the Haka dance -- in character -- as part of his GoT audition.

Momoa's no hack at the Haka ... but if you want to see something REALLY scary, check out the New Zealand national rugby union team -- which performs the dance to scare the crap out of opponents before matches.

Not pictured: whatever's running down the other team's legs.

'Game of Thrones' Star Red Wedding was a 'Beautiful Episode'

0-d77ov7zd

There were a lot of reactions to this weekend's episode of "Game of Thrones" ... shocking, violent, traumatizing ... but the chick who plays Queen Cersei tells TMZ the ep was nothing short of "beautiful."

Looking less like a sociopathic power-hungry killer ... and more like an overalls-wearing hipster, Lena Headey hit up The Grove in L.A. yesterday when we talked about Sunday's infamous "red wedding."

Headey didn't seem bothered by the fact the throat-cutting wasn't as realistic as it could've been ... instead she praised the show as a thing of beauty.

Word is ... something HUUUGE is gonna happen in the next episode -- so don't be that person who whines about spoilers the next day ... and get caught up!!!

It's what Cersei would want.

'Game of Thrones' Throat Cut Totally Unrealistic Says O.J. Simpson's Witness

"Game of Thrones" is portraying throat-slashing ALL WRONG ... so says a forensic expert from the O.J. Simpson murder case -- and he outta know.

**SPOILER ALERT -- IF YOU HAVEN'T WATCHED LAST NIGHT'S EPISODE, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED ... but you should probably watch it asap **

When Catelyn's jugular was sliced at the Red Wedding in last night's episode ... her blood SHOULD NOT have cascaded out of her neck ... it should have sprayed like a hose from 1 or 2 important veins.

At least according to Dr. Michael Baden -- a board-certified forensic pathologist who was a defense witness at O.J.'s trial and also worked on the government investigation into the JFK assassination.

"Just by chance I walked in during the scene when everyone was being killed," Baden tells us ... explaining, "Blood doesn't come out like that."

"If cut deep enough, the right and left carotid artery will spurt a few feet, just like a hose .... not this broad blood-flowing out like a waterfall from the whole neck."

He adds, "There would have been squirting from the right or left carotid artery, carotid arteries spurt.”

Baden also says ... the victims wouldn't have died so quickly ... because death from a throat slashing, "takes much longer than that."

... and now you know.

Dr. Who vs Robb Stark Who'd You Rather?

Here's "Dr. Who" star Matt Smith, who announced this weekend he's leaving the show ... and "Game of Thrones" star Richard Madden, who made no such announcement.

So we gotta ask ...

In related news .... WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY????????????????

'Game of Thrones' Co-Creator We LOOOVE Torturing Theon Greyjoy

0-jw1creak

David Benioff is one sick bastard ... 'cause the "Game of Thrones" co-creator tells TMZ he was actually LOOKING FORWARD to shooting the Bobbitt-ing of Theon Greyjoy scene for "quite some time."

Benioff -- who runs "G.o.T." along with D.B. Weiss -- was leaving the gym in L.A. yesterday when we asked ... as a man, how difficult was it to produce that crazy brutal de-penising scene??

We also asked if the torture will ever stop -- and while Benioff wouldn't give a definitive answer, he did give us this:

"All I can say is ... we love Alfie [the actor who plays Theon] but we also enjoy torturing him."

One more fun fact -- apparently there's a casting director who gets to screen all the naked extras for the show. Ya gotta hear our photog beg David for a job as her assistant.

Pretty funny.

'Game of Thrones' Star How Do You Say Boobs In Dothraki?

"Game of Thrones" star Emilia Clarke -- aka the chick with the dragons -- had to bust her ass to prepare for her role ... mastering not one, but TWO, fake languages.

It's almost as impressive as all the nudity producers keep putting on the show.

'Game of Thrones' Star 'I Have Less than $5 in My Bank Account'

Actress Lena Headey -- aka evil Queen Cersei from "Game of Thrones" -- claims she's dead broke with "less than $5 in her bank account" ... and she desperately needs her tax refund to cover her living expenses.

Headey opened up about her dire financial situation in new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, which she filed in response to her husband Peter Loughran's demands for half of their $46,000 tax refund from 2011 ... which technically could be community property from their marriage.

Lena -- who filed for divorce from Peter last year -- says she needs $6,000 from that refund ASAP because she's barely scraping by, living off credit to make ends meet for her and their 2-year-old son.

It's pretty shocking since she's currently a main character on one of the most popular shows on TV.

Lena says she expects to receive acting income in the near future, but she needs the $6,000 advance from the refund right now.

Lena says she's willing to give Peter $6,000 from the refund to cover his living expenses ... but she wants the rest placed into a two-signature blocked bank account pending a settlement.

The judge denied Peter's emergency motion for half the money, and Lena's proposal got tossed out with it ... so it's still unclear how the exes will split the money.

'Game of Thrones' Stars A New Season Is Coming ... Let's Drink to That!

"Game of Thrones" stars Peter Dinklage and Kit Harington just got schooled on the funniest drinking game ... based on their show! Fair warning: Your liver probably won't enjoy it as much as you.

'Game of Thrones' Star OOPS ... I Didn't Mean To Call Ex a Risky Dad

Lena Headey -- the chick who plays bitchy Queen Cersei Lannister on "Game of Thrones" -- "INADVERTENTLY" characterized her soon to be ex-husband as a reckless dad ... so claims the lawyer for the estranged hubby.

Peter Loughran's lawyer sent us an email, telling us we inaccurately painted Peter as an "unfit father." He says we latched on to "a statement that was inadvertently included in the court papers." Ironically, the inadvertent statement was included right in the middle of Lena's declaration -- which she signed.

As we reported ...Headey successfully blocked Peter from taking their 2-year-old boy to Ireland over XMAS. She argued in her declaration that Peter had an alcohol problem and suspected when his car drifted into oncoming traffic on December 15 it had something to do with booze.

Lena also said that Peter was also a bad example for their kid ... as evidenced by his decision to post 2 pictures of him on Facebook toting an assault rifle. She even attached the photos to her declaration ... which doesn't exactly feel inadvertent.

But in the email we just received, Peter's lawyer, Michael Gulden, claims both Peter and Lena feel she was taken out of context and say "the exaggerated allegations in the story are misrepresentative of Peter." They say they are working together to find a good co-parenting arrangement for their son.

'Game Of Thrones' Star My AK-47 Toting Hubby Poses a Risk to Our Kid

Lena Headey -- the hot chick in "Game of Thrones" -- says her estranged husband is too reckless to care for their kid, and a key example was Peter Loughran's decision to post pictures of himself showcasing an AK-47 . . . this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Lena was trying to block Peter from taking their 2-year-old son to Ireland. In her legal docs -- filed in her ongoing custody war with her ex -- Lena says Peter has exhibited bad judgment and cannot be trusted alone with the boy.

As an example, she attached 2 pics to her docs -- ones that Peter allegedly posted on his Facebook page, showing him sporting an assault rifle.

She also claims Peter -- a one-time hairstylist -- has serious alcohol issues, citing a recent case where his car veered into oncoming traffic. She believes it was alcohol-related, but he denied it.

The judge sided with Lena and refused to grant Peter's request to take the kid to Ireland.
