"Game of Thrones" star Jason Momoa -- who also played Conan the Barbarian in the 2011 remake -- is finally revealing how he maintains his insane physique ... sexercise.

Momoa -- who recently chopped his trademark locks -- was out in NYC last night when we started talkin' gym habits ... specifically, how do you stay in shape ... CrossFit? Pilates?

"I f*ck a lot" ... Momoa said.

Seems like it's working ...

Great news ... "Game of Thrones" finally started filming new episodes! So, fans ... get excited, plan a party, and ... take a long, long, long nap -- 'til next year when this footage airs. Seriously?

TMZ has obtained a photo of "Game of Thrones" star Kit Harington on a dinner date with his smokin' hot redhead co-star Rose Leslie in London earlier this month.

The two were pictured holding hands and smiling at each other ... and sources inside the Rossopomodoro restaurant tell us they were even sucking a little face during the meal.

For those unfamiliar with "GoT" ... Kit's character and Rose's character have CRAZY sexual chemistry on the show ... with Ygritte constantly teasing Jon in a sexual manner. They even fell asleep together once, but it turned out to be a trick and she ran off ... lured him into a trap and got him captured by the Wildlings. They still might eventually bang though.

Still ... if Ned Stark found out about this, he would lose his head.

"Game of Thrones" star Lena Headey -- who plays the cruel Queen Cersei Lannister on the show -- has filed for divorce from her real-life husband ... TMZ has learned ... and no, it's not her brother.

Lena filed the docs last week in L.A. County Superior Court against husband Peter Loughran, citing "irreconcilable differences."

The couple was married in May 2007. They have one son, born in March 2010.

As far as we know ... her son is NOT an intolerable little twit bent on world domination.

Pretty shocking considering the guy has made a career on the small screen ... with TV classics like "Baywatch: Hawaii" ... "Baywatch: Hawaiian Wedding" ... and "North Shore" (which took place in Hawaii).

But Jason's opposition to technology doesn't end with the tube ... dude also says he won't carry a cell phone either.

HBO and the honchos behind "Game of Thrones" have issued an official apology for putting George W. Bush's head on a spike in an episode during Season 1.

You may have heard ... producers recently revealed they used a Dubya mask as the base for a prop of a decapitated head ... which actually appeared on the show.

Show creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss insisted the move was NOT a political statement ... but an honest mistake.

The two released a joint statement saying, "We use a lot of prosthetic body parts on the show: heads, arms, etc. We can't afford to have these all made from scratch, especially in scenes where we need a lot of them, so we rent them in bulk. After the scene was already shot, someone pointed out that one of the heads looked like George W. Bush."

They continued, "We meant no disrespect to the former President and apologize if anything we said or did suggested otherwise."

Sean Bean -- who played Eddard Stark on "Game of Thrones" -- was arrested in London yesterday on suspicion of harassing his ex-wife.

According to the Daily Mail, the 53-year-old actor has been accused of making abusive phone calls and sending a bunch of text messages to his 4th wife Georgina Sutcliffe.

Bean was reportedly bailed out after being questioned and fingerprinted at a London police station.

Bean and Sutcliffe divorced back in 2010.
