Derek Carr's recent touchdown celebration was "Bad" in the eyes of the NFL -- 'cause the New Orleans Saints quarterback was just fined a solid chunk of change for channeling his inner Michael Jackson against the Dallas Cowboys.

The pretty shocking moment (considering the subject) went down during the second quarter of the Saints' routing of America's Team in Week 2 ... when No. 4 executed a QB sneak to help put his squad up 35-13.

Once he reached the end zone, Carr did his best MJ impression ... doing a leg kick and grabbing his junk before making his way back to the sidelines.

The Arizona Cardinals are apologizing to one of their fans and season ticket holders ... after the woman was forced to throw away her MAGA hat, or risk missing Sunday's game.

The controversial incident went down before the Rams vs. Cardinals game at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ ... when Susan Rosener, who was with her husband, was stopped at a checkpoint.

Stadium security informed Rosener she couldn't enter due to her "Make America Great Again" hat, Donald Trump's famous slogan.

Cleveland Browns rookie Michael Hall Jr. just entered a plea in court to close out his domestic violence case ... and now, his attorney says he's got his sights set on getting back on the field soon.

Hall Jr. -- who had been facing a first-degree domestic violence charge stemming from an alleged violent altercation with a woman on Aug. 12 in Avon, Ohio -- pled no contest to a reduced count of misdemeanor disorderly conduct on Thursday morning.

In court, Hall Jr. -- a second-round pick in this year's NFL draft -- told the judge he lamented "the whole situation and wish this never happened." The 21-year-old added he's been undergoing counseling "and trying to better myself" since the incident.

It ain't Christian McCaffrey, Breece Hall or Bijan Robinson ... no, the best tailback in the NFL is Alvin Kamara!!

... at least, that's according to the Saints star's teammate, Demario Davis, who tells TMZ Sports he's sure no one else in the league is as good a runner as Kamara.

Davis didn't mince words when we talked to him this week following AK's four-touchdown performance against the Dallas Cowboys ... saying point blank Kamara's the NFL's top dog.

Former NFL fullback Patrick Pass -- who spent seven seasons as Tom Brady's teammate in New England -- was arrested on Wednesday ... following allegations he shoved an elderly man during a gym dispute last month.

According to NBC 10 WJAR, police said the incident took place at a Planet Fitness in North Providence, R.I. back on Aug. 28.

Cops claim the former football player -- who's now 46 years old -- pushed an 82-year-old man to the ground during a spat over exercise equipment. Authorities allege the man sustained back injuries as a result of the altercation.

Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid says the team did its due diligence prior to bringing back Kareem Hunt ... telling reporters everything K.C. officials learned about the running back made them comfortable with the signing.

Reid spoke about the new roster addition at Wednesday's press conference ... where he was immediately asked about re-signing the former Cleveland Brown in wake of starter Isiah Pacheco's injury.

Of course, Hunt ended up in Orange and Brown after TMZ Sports published video of him kicking a woman during a dispute in a hotel hallway back in 2018. At the time, the Chiefs said Hunt lied about the incident ... resulting in his release.

Patrick Mahomes seemingly has everything -- a loving family, three Super Bowl rings and an NFL contract worth roughly half a billion dollars -- but Travis Kelce still tried to hook him up with a sweet birthday gift this week nonetheless.

The Chiefs' star signal-caller revealed during an interview with "The Drive" on Tuesday his favorite pass catcher got him a swanky Louis Vuitton golf bag for his big 2-9.

It's unclear how much Kelce dropped on the present -- but on the designer's website, there are a few different models that range from $22,600 to $31,500.

The Eagles superfan who wrecked his knee after chest-bumping Jason Kelce says he's doing just fine now ... not only because he'll eventually recover, but also thanks to the Philly legend for reaching out and making his dreams come true!!

Rob Dunphy went to social media to provide a pretty hilarious medical update on Tuesday ... saying he got some x-rays done on his knee after the "Monday Night Countdown" catastrophe -- and the results were essentially, "Man the f*** up."

The Carolina Panthers have no one to blame but themselves for how things played out with Bryce Young ... so says former No. 2 overall pick Ryan Leaf, who tells TMZ Sports the entire organization is a complete mess -- and he's hoping the quarterback gets the hell outta town.

Kareem Hunt is returning to Kansas City ... the Chiefs have just re-signed their former star running back -- some six years after they unceremoniously cut him.

The Chaffey Joint Union High School District in Southern California tells us ... Los Osos H.S. -- where Gold attended before her death -- will have several tributes at its football game Thursday, including a "gold game," where fans are strongly encouraged to wear gold.

Officials added there will also be a moment of silence for Gold at the event ... which is slated to kick off less than one week after the 17-year-old was found dead under a bridge on the 210 Freeway in Rancho Cucamonga.

The Eagles suffered a crushing last-minute defeat on "Monday Night Football" at the hands of Kirk Cousins and the Atlanta Falcons ... and their star running back, Saquon Barkley, is acknowledging his key fourth-quarter drop might have cost Philadelphia the game.
