Patrick Mahomes is leaning into his dad bod era ... going shirtless by the pool during his vacation down in Mexico -- with a couple bebidas in hand, no less.

The Super Bowl LVIII champ and in-game MVP kicked back and relaxed Thursday, lounging around a lavish Los Cabos beach resort in standard gringo attire ... board shorts and a straw hat. The Chiefs QB looked like he was enjoying himself -- with Brittany right by his side.

It's pretty obvious ... Patrick's enjoying some R&R, fully embracing the offseason after a grueling season that culminated in a second straight Super Bowl title. What better to unwind than double-fisting a couple canned beverages ... which is exactly what he did here.

Hard to tell if these are beers or seltzers, but they do look refreshing.

As you know ... Pat's on a Mexican getaway this week with family and friends, and we've already gotten a look at his wife Brittany's bikini bod.

Remember ... BM's nursing a back injury, but she's powering through ... which is a lot easier to do from a resort in Cabo. Patrick and Brittany have their kids in tow ... and they look to be joined by another couple.

Now, Pat's clearly letting it all hang out here ... no shame to his game, nor should there be. The three-time Super Bowl champ also showed off his dad bod during the NFL playoffs, when he went shirtless during the locker room celebration, which went viral at the time.

Patrick defended his physique in the aftermath ... and he's clearly not shy about it here either.

"134 Innocent Hostages including 6 Americans are still being held by Hamas, Gazans and Palestinians. Not one word DEMANDING THEIR RELEASE from our President."

That's Auburn head basketball coach Bruce Pearl ripping into Joe Biden ... and suffice it to say, he wasn't a fan of POTUS' State of the Union speech Thursday night.

63-year-old Pearl, who is Jewish, laid into the 81-year-old president for failing to adequately pressure Hamas to release over 100 hostages that they took during the October 7 attacks in Israel during his third SOTU speech.

"On Oct 7th the Jewish People experienced the worst genocide since the Holocaust and we hear more about the suffering of Gazans than the constant threat for survival Israel and the Jewish people live with everyday!" Pearl wrote on X.

"And let's reward them with another State and launching pad for terror. Your lack of support for the Jewish people and the State of Israel was loud and clear Mr President!"

Of course, the coach is referencing Biden's push for a "two-state solution" in the region ... something he clearly believes is a bad idea.

On Friday, Pearl, who has been at Auburn since 2014, wasn't ready to move on ... and again went to social media to air out JB.

"President Biden saying 'I won't rest until we get the hostages home' isn't getting it done," Bruce tweeted, referencing a line from the president's speech, before urging action from POTUS and one of his top cabinet officials, the Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.

Pearl is referencing a line from Biden's SOTU ... where he said, "We will not rest until we bring their loved ones home." The coach wants much more done.

"Send [Blinken] to Qatar and tell Hamas leaders they have a limited number of days to release all hostages and surrender. If they refuse Israel gets the green light to destroy Hamas and them!"

The United States, Israel, and Hamas, as well as other involved parties, are negotiating in Cairo, in an effort to strike a deal for a temporary ceasefire which would presumably lead to the release of at least some of the more than 100 remaining hostages.

Kelce's pals seemed to be enjoying the concert too ... Ross Travis was sitting right by his side groovin' to the tunes -- while Harry Clark posted a vid of Taylor crooning with the caption, "Go Tay Tay."

Afterward, Kelce was waiting for Swift stageside so he could plant a big ole' congratulatory kiss on the pop star.

It's the second time in the last couple weeks that Kelce has flown across the world to watch his girlfriend perform ... in late February, he jetted to Sydney to support her down under.

It's unclear how long Kelce will be in Singapore to be with Swift -- or if any zoo dates are in the works. But she's slated to perform through Saturday night, and with the Chiefs in the middle of their offseason, it seems like a safe bet he'll be around for the weekend.

The two could spend significantly more time together after that as well ... because following her Singapore shows, she's not slated to return to the stage again 'til May.

Even though the Denver Broncos paid tens of millions of dollars for Russell Wilson to get off of their roster, Warren Moon says he's convinced the quarterback isn't washed ... telling TMZ Sports this week there's "no question, Russell can be very effective."

Moon -- a former Seattle Seahawk who stayed close with the franchise in retirement -- has seen the majority of Wilson's career up close ... and he seems sure that despite what the 35-year-old signal-caller has put on tape these past two seasons in Denver, he's still got juice left.

Moon says, though, it will take surrounding him with talent -- and a good offensive scheme -- to bring that all out.

Of course, there aren't too many organizations with those traits who are looking for a quarterback at the moment. Most have franchise guys they like -- and the ones that don't appear poised to select one of the top QBs in next month's loaded draft.

Plus, guys like Kirk Cousins and Justin Fields look like they might be available for QB-needy teams as well.

But, Moon says he thinks Wilson will land on his feet somewhere ... it just might take a minute.

As for if he could see Wilson settling for a backup job in 2024 -- Moon said he doesn't think that's a possibility. He believes Wilson would just hold out until a starting job opened up -- similar to what Joe Flacco did with the Browns last season.

Former NFL executive Marc Ross also talked with us about Russ this week ... and he says he's not so sure he'd bet on Wilson getting a starting gig in '24.

Tom Brady was an emotional wreck over the infamous Deflategate scandal ... with former Patriots players revealing just how hard the quarterback took the allegations following the AFC Championship Game in 2014.

Hall of Famer Darrelle Revis -- who played for the Pats for one season -- says a visibly upset Brady spoke with his teammates at some point prior to Super Bowl XLIX ... and he burst into tears as he denied any wrongdoing.

"When Deflategate happened and Tom was the headliner of the whole situation, he addressed us as a team," Revis said in the "The Dynasty: New England Patriots" documentary on Apple TV+. "You could tell he was distraught."

"He was actually bawling his eyes out in front of us."

According to Revis, Brady explained he would not ruin the season for his teammates ... and all the claims were false.

Pats owner Robert Kraft also weighed in on the challenging time for the face of the franchise ... saying the two weeks between the AFC title game and Super Bowl were "very difficult on Tommy."

Brady was accused of asking team managers to release pressure in the game balls below the league requirement for the Pats' win over the Indianapolis Colts ... which eventually led to a four-game suspension.

Danny Amendola added the whole scandal took a toll on Brady ... especially because his kids dealt with hecklers at school over it all.

Lane Johnson is a BEAST!!!

The 33-year-old 5x Pro Bowler hit up Rooks Performance in Guthrie, Oklahoma (Lane starred at OU), where he's a regular, for a heavy lifting sesh ... and we emphasize the word heavy.

Johnson loaded up a hex bar with a bunch of big plates, totaling 705 lbs., before picking up the massive amount of weight and walking it across the gym -- a.k.a. a farmer's walk.

The exercise is a great test of strength, as it works your back, legs, core, grip, and more.

It's no surprise the 6'6", 330 lb. All-Pro lineman is strong as an ox ... but lifting over twice your body weight is insane.

In fact, anything over 1.25 times your BW is considered incredibly strong ... which in Lane's case would be north of 413 lbs. He lifted 705 ... or 213% of his body weight. 😲

It's far from the only time that Lane has flexed his muscles ... he's proven his strength carries over to other exercises including the vaunted deadlift.

To put the farmer's walk weight into perspective, The World's Strongest Man competition routinely works the farmer's walk into their events ... often using weights less than what Johnson carried around the gym.

Brittany Mahomes is proving she's just as tough as her NFL star hubby ... pushing through a fractured back to make sure she and her fam have fun on their Mexico vacation.

The 28-year-old was spotted hittin' the beaches of Los Cabos on Thursday afternoon ... looking no worse for wear despite dealing with a painful ailment.

Brittany -- in a two-piece, green bikini -- was seen building sandcastles with her 3-year-old daughter and another child ... lugging around shovels and pales for the kiddos, ensuring they all enjoyed their day in the sun.

Britt -- who revealed Wednesday she's got a back injury that appeared to stem from her two pregnancies -- seemed to be moving around OK ... fluffing towels and playing with some water while getting dirty in the sand.

Then again, the mom of Sterling and Bronze might have had a little liquid help to manage it all -- as she was seen with an orange-colored cocktail in her hand.

Patrick, of course, was there to provide assistance too ... the Chiefs star was seen taking care of the tykes after they put a pause on their beach day.

Kansas City Chiefs fans literally sacrificed body parts to watch their favorite football team win an NFL playoff game ... because reports say some of them need amputations now.

When the Chiefs beat the Dolphins in sub-zero temperatures at Arrowhead Stadium back in January -- on their way to a second straight Super Bowl win -- dozens of fans who attended the game reportedly came down with frostbite in the aftermath.

Now, the medical director at the Grossman Burn Center at Research Medical Center in Kansas City says the vast majority of those frostbitten Chiefs fans are now being told to schedule amputations.

Among those frostbitten Chiefs diehards ... a man who took off his gloves for 5 minutes to put up a tent in the parking lot outside Arrowhead. HCA Midwest Health shared images of his injured hand, and it's pretty gnarly.

Remember ... the AFC Wild Card playoff game between the Chiefs and Dolphins was played in -4 degree temperatures ... with a wind chill of -27 degrees at kickoff.

The game was the coldest in Chiefs franchise history ... and the fourth-coldest contest in NFL history ... but the weather didn't stop the 70,000-seat stadium from being packed to the gills.

Doctors are advising amputations for about 70% of patients coming into the Grossman Burn Center with frostbite ... while the other 30% have to spend weeks in hyperbaric oxygen tanks.

Jalen Hurts is sportin' a new look for the first time in YEARS -- he's shaved off his signature goatee ... but fans are already demanding he grow it back.

The Philadelphia Eagles QB took the razor to his face sometime between last month's NFL Pro Bowl Games and a trip to the dentist's office this week ... and so far, it's been met with mixed reviews, to say the least.

Remember, Hurts has rocked the facial hair since his college days -- and no one's really seen him with a babyface since.

A Mahomes is dealing with a significant injury -- but it's not the one who gets tackled by 300-pound linemen weekly -- no, it's actually Patrick's wife, Brittany, who revealed this week she's suffering from a fractured back.

The mother of two announced the diagnosis on her Instagram page on Wednesday ... appearing to say not taking care of her body properly following two pregnancies led to the ailment.

"Just your daily reminder," she wrote in an IG story, "once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously."

"From: a girl with a fractured back," she added.

Brittany didn't disclose any further details about the situation ... but she seems to be handling it well despite the apparent severity of things -- even joking that a vacation with her hubby and her children "will maybe make it better?"

Brittany and Patrick welcomed their first child, Sterling, into the world back in February 2021. Nearly two years later, in November 2022, she gave birth to the couple's first son, Bronze.

Rashard Mendenhall, a former NFL player turned Hollywood writer, is selling his lavish estate ... which just happens to be the iconic former home of comedy legend Richard Pryor.

Rashard, who played 6 seasons as a running back with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Cardinals, just put the 6-bedroom property on the market for $4,236,000.

Richard lived there for several years after purchasing the home way back in 1976 ... and it's where he once hosted Barbara Walters for a famous sit-down interview.

It's also where Pryor infamously doused himself in rum and lit himself on fire while freebasing cocaine. Pryor suffered severe burns on more than 50% of his body and referenced the incident in his comedy special "Richard Pryor: Live on the Sunset Strip."

The property is tucked away in the exclusive Sherwood Forest neighborhood in Northridge -- outside L.A. in the Valley -- with 9,000 square feet of living space on a 2.2-acre plot of land.

It ain't Malik Nabers, Rome Odunze or Brian Thomas Jr. ... no, according to Chad Johnson, Marvin Harrison Jr. -- the son of Colts legend Marvin Harrison Sr. -- is the best wideout available in this year's loaded NFL draft class.

The former Bengals wideout didn't mince words when we got him on the topic out in NYC this week ... saying the Ohio State star is straight up "the best receiver in the draft right now."

Of course, after the combine performances that Odunze and Thomas Jr. had in Indianapolis last week ... there are plenty who would argue otherwise.

Thomas Jr. ran a blazing 4.33 40-yard dash, while Odunze clocked a 4.45. Both guys then went on to show flashes of brilliance in on-field drills. And, while Nabers opted out of the event, his game tape alone had pundits wondering if he were the top guy over Harrison Jr.

But, Ochocinco made it clear he's got Harrison on top of the heap ... telling us, "No disrespect to any of the other young fellas that are in there -- Malik Nabers and the rest of the draft class -- but Marvin Harrison Jr. is the best receiver in the draft class this year."

As for if it could be the top wideout class ever -- after all, some experts think SEVEN total guys could go in the first round -- check out the clip ... Chad ain't exactly sold on that.

Derrick Henry is proving once more he's superhuman ... showing off a pair of biceps on Wednesday that'd make even the biggest pro bodybuilder envious.

It was apparently arm day for the NFL superstar on Wednesday ... and in a video of his sweat sesh posted by his trainer, you can see the running back had a whole lot of bis and tris to work out once he got in the gym.

Henry -- sans shirt -- got a pump in through various different exercises ... including a bunch of curls with heavy weights -- and some pushups with a plate on his back.

Of course, seeing Henry toss around iron is nothing new ... the 6-foot-3, 247-pound tailback has been putting his freakish ability on display since high school -- but given his current situation, this feels just a little more significant.

If you weren't aware, the former Heisman Trophy winner is slated to be a free agent when the new league year kicks off next week. And, normally, that'd mean good things for him, as he'd be in line for a huge payday.

But, with 2,030 carries on his resume already ... some have wondered just how much is left in the tank for the 29-year-old.
