Sam Asghari says he's got no worries over Britney Spears' memoir, and he knows because he's already read it.

We got Sam out in Bev Hills Thursday, and despite their acrimonious split, he has nothing but kind words for Britney and her soon-to-be-released memoir. He says he's extremely proud of her.

Sam apparently is spared Britney's slings and arrows, because he says he's excited for the book's release. Given their explosive relationship, it's kind of surprising.

Now as for dating, Sam says that's not happening now. His life is all about acting and stunt training.

As we reported, Sam filed for divorce from Britney in August after 14 months of marriage --sources told us Sam believed she cheated on him with a staffer at her home ... and alleged footage showed them in a compromising position together.

We were told all communication was cut off between them since the divorce, but the way he's talking, it sounds like things may have smoothed over.

One caveat ... even if Sam read the book, he may not have seen the final version. We're told Britney made some changes after they split.

Colin Kaepernick clearly wasn't lying when he said he still works out religiously, despite being out of the league for 6+ years ... 'cause the star QB's lookin' ripped on the cover of Men's Health magazine!

The world's largest men's magazine is celebrating the "35 Strongest Men of the Past 35 Years" for their October/November issue ... and Kap is featured on the cover.

"Grateful to be a part of @menshealthmag 35 strongest men of the last 35 years!" Kaepernick wrote on Instagram.

The cover features a shirtless Kap holding a football, rockin' his afro ... but what really stands out are Colin's ripped abs and massive arms!

It shouldn't come as a surprise... just last month Kap discussed his workout regimen, revealing he will still hitting the gym hard in hopes of being signed by an organization.

"My training schedule has remained the same for 6 years; Monday through Friday, 5 AM-8 AM training on the field and weight room," Kap wrote in a letter to the NY Jets after Aaron Rodgers went down with an Achilles injury.

In addition to Colin, this month's issue recognized several other star athletes ... including LeBron James, Lewis Hamilton, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Michael Phelps, and Magic Johnson.

Other celebrities like Chadwick Boseman, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jackie Chan, and RuPaul were also named.

As you know, Trump surrendered to Fulton County authorities at the end of August and was charged for his alleged efforts to overturn Georgia's 2020 election results.

The booking docs claimed the "Blond or Strawberry" haired 77-year-old was 6'3" and 215 lbs.

On a related note ... Trump and/or his legal team had bags of McDonald's delivered Monday to a NY court where he's currently on trial for his $250 million civil fraud case.

We're not sure if Arnold had that information when he guessed ... but we might wanna take another swing at it.

Pauly Shore is determined to get Richard Simmons on board with his plans to produce and star in a biopic ... and he has a new plan to appeal to the reclusive fitness guru.

Pauly joined us Monday on "TMZ Live," and he told us he wants to get the director from the Elton John biopic, "Rocketman" involved ... so they can bring something real to Richard and appeal to his heart.

The way Paul envisions things shaking out ... Dexter Fletcher directs a 10-minute presentation they can take to Richard, so they can show him the biopic is not some joke, but an important story that needs to be told for Richard's legion of fans.

Problem is ... Richard's so far been unreceptive. As we first reported, RS doesn't want to get involved in Pauly's project and prefers to continue living his life in private, remaining out of the spotlight.

Pauly's not giving up so easily though, and sounds confident he can change Richard's mind.

Richard's been out of the public eye for years ... and last summer TMZ released "TMZ Investigates: What Really Happened to Richard Simmons" on FOX and Hulu, which drew a huge response and led to Richard posting a rare message to his fans.

We're told Richard & Co. get offers and pitches almost weekly and he turns all of them down. He's just not interested in going public, much less getting behind some big production about his life.

As for the Pauly pitch, our sources say someone from Pauly's team did connect with Richard's ... but Richard's rep politely turned a thumbs down.

Moments after Blueface got stabbed in a boxing gym, his trainer dialed 911 and the call got pretty intense ... with the operator trying to get details of the attack, as the trainer tried to get medics to save Blue.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained audio of the 911 call that launched paramedics to the bloody scene on August 23 at the Kaminsky Boxing Gym in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley.

On the call, the trainer -- who also owns the gym -- tells the operator a random guy came in and "stabbed my client" ... and then the miscommunication begins.

Seems the gym owner couldn't really hear the operator's questions about whether the assailant was still there -- and the gym owner quickly grew frustrated as he urged the operator to send help right away for Blueface ... who was bleeding from his leg wound.

As we previously reported, the alleged assailant didn't get very far, before eventually surrendered, and LAPD arrested Brandon Henry Snell. We're told the L.A. County D.A. is now reviewing the case to determine charges.
