Josh Duhamel may look like he's on steroids -- as he says, "Look at me!" -- but it's all an illusion.

Josh was in a jokey mood Friday at LAX when our photog asked about allegations that he -- along with Mark Wahlberg and WWE star Roman Reigns -- scored steroids from now-imprisoned dealer, Richard Rodriguez.

Josh did a little flexing under his jacket and made us believe he's juicin' ... but in the end, he called BS.

Dolph Lundgren -- aka Ivan Drago -- says he's down with the dude they cast as his son in "Creed 2" ... but tells TMZ Sports he's gotta make a big cosmetic change to sell the Drago look ...

BURN OFF HIS BODY HAIR.

FYI, Romanian bodybuilder/boxer Florian "Big Nasty" Munteanu was recently introduced as Drago's spawn ... and some 'Rocky' fans were complaining since he didn't really look like his pops.

But when we spotted Dolph in the Bev Hills, he told us Big Nasty's got the bod ... and is just a painful wax-sesh away from becoming a chip off the ol' block.

"Nice wax, a little bit of hair color ... I'm sure there's a way to adjust our looks."

If you guessed the horse and not the guy who plays Star-Lord in "Guardians of the Galaxy," then you're probably right -- but that didn't stop Pratt from sizing up a horse while filming an extensive workout scene Sunday in LA.

Gabi Garcia says she's got a damn good reason for missing weight in Japan ... she literally could've killed herself if she kept droppin' sweat.

"I decide not cut weight because I feeling like I almost died," said Gabi -- who insists she did NOT miss weight by 27 pounds, but rather 17.

The Brazilian MMA star told TMZ Sports about the scary events leading up to her weigh-in debacle ... saying her vision went dark once she started shedding pounds, which told her it was time to call it quits.

In a social media post, Garcia also said she suffered from gnarly headaches and bloody noses anytime she trained.

Still, Gabi feels terrible for having to scrap her fight with Shinobu Kandori ... and told us she's gonna learn from this and come back stronger.

"I accept this fight. It's my fault."

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber were hot and sweaty for each other Wednesday afternoon, but it was likely only because of the pilates class they just left.

Fresh off a New Year's trip to Cabo San Lucas, the back-on couple looked like they needed some water leaving their West Hollywood hot pilates class after an intense workout.

They've been enjoying a much healthier and active lifestyle together since getting back together a couple of months ago. Selena's often on the sidelines watching Bieber's hockey games, but looks like they've found an activity they can do together.

Michelle Obama and daughter Malia got some extra R&R during their Hawaiian vacation by hitting up a local yoga studio.

The former First Lady Wednesday was spotted at Corepower Yoga in Kailua, Hawaii where the Obamas have been vacationing for the holidays. Michelle looks incredibly fit -- as usual -- and visibly happy. That million dollar smile says it all.

Although Malia joined her mom... there was no sign of Barack or Sasha. As for the family as a whole, splitting your time between yoga classes and the beach doesn't seem all that bad.

Here's hoping Elsa Hosk starts a new kettlebell trend ... with her workout attire.

The Victoria's Secret Angel suited up in a lace leotard for day 28 of LOVE Magazine's Advent calendar. Her form was on point ... and her kettlebell workout wasn't too shabby either. Elsa strapped and chalked it up for some Russian swings, single-arm rows and goblet squats. It's all fantASStic.

Claudia Jordan said models are a lot like boxers -- making weight and looking the part is totally part of the job.

We got Claudia outside Delilah Sunday night in WeHo and asked her about claims her former "Deal or No Deal" co-star Tameka Jacobs made ... saying Meghan Markle was told to stuff her bra and watch her figure in her 1-year stint as a briefcase model.

Check it out ... Claudia gets brutally honest ... not only confirming Tameka's claims, but taking it a step further by saying the inspections didn't cross the line, because models have to look good.

'Biggest Loser' trainer Dolvett Quince is trying to scare every L.A. runner straight ... off the street or trail during the intense wildfires.

We got the super toned trainer at LAX, and asked if it's still safe to run, or exercise at all, with the fires smoking up much of the L.A. basin. Remember ... some of the hard hit areas -- in Bel-Air, Malibu and the San Fernando Valley -- are home to tons of celebs who enjoy training outdoors.

Meghan Markle is going full Karate Kid ahead of her Royal nuptials -- because she's hired Michael Jackson's former bodyguard to learn how to defend herself ... TMZ has learend.

Our Royal sources tell us Meghan has hired celeb security adviser and trainer Matt Fiddes to teach her martial arts and self-defense -- as well as to get her in shape ahead of her wedding with Prince Harry in May.

Meghan just landed back in L.A. Wednesday to spend time with her mom ahead of the holidays -- and we're told Matt booked a last-minute flight to Hollywood this week, so the training could begin STAT.

Matt's a natural fit for Meghan. He owns one of the biggest martial arts franchises in the world -- Matt Fiddes Martial Arts -- and works with tons of celebs, including Tom Cruise.

He's also got close ties with the Royal Family -- MJ was tight with Princess Diana, and he became part of her inner circle. Plus ... he's a Brit, so he'll be geographically desirable.

We're told Meghan's endgame is not about fitness -- sources close to Matt tell us Meghan hired him specifically to learn self-defense. Sounds like she's supplementing her hostage training.

Holly Holm better be on her game come UFC 219 ... 'cause Cris Cyborg tells TMZ Sports one of the top dogs in women's fighting is joining her training camp to help her prep.

We got Cyborg in Downtown L.A. ... and the UFC women's featherweight champ told us undefeated boxing superstar Cecilia Braekhus is flying in all the way from Norway to help her smash Holly (a former pro boxer) at UFC 219.

Cris got in some serious work with ex-boxing champ Mia St. John a couple weeks ago ... but Cecilia's a whole different animal (and a proven team player).

As for the fight itself ... Cyborg admits that she and Holm are cool -- but says that ain't gonna stop her from taking her head off!!

Ashley Graham brought the temp up a few degrees in NYC with an insanely sexy shoot for Love Magazine's Advent Calendar.

Nick was leaving an L.A. gym Friday when he showed off his guns as he sipped on a protein drink. He hits the gym pretty much every day.

We're told after he got his workout in he went to work, although its unclear which work. Since he's acting, singing and appearing in concert, it's hard to know what he was doing afterward.

Bethany famously returned to pro surfing after losing her left arm in a shark attack ... so hanging 10 with a 6-month-old fetus seems pretty tame in comparison.

The kid is due in March -- and Bethany's 2-year-old son, Tobias, is pretty stoked to be a big brother ... as you can see in their adorable announcement video.

Meek Mill's been sprung from solitary confinement and moved to another prison with greener pastures ... literally.

An official at the State Correctional Institution in Chester, PA tells TMZ ... the rapper was just transferred to their prison and out of Camp Hill. He's now in general population and he has his own cell.

We broke the story ... Meek wanted out of solitary because he feared it would take a severe toll on his mental state.

Meek can now hit up the yard in the morning or afternoon. He can ball out on the court or go for a jog. Should he fancy himself with a book, he can read it at the on-site library or in his cell. Gym time will depend on which job he ends up taking ... which, by the way, pays 19 cents an hour.

P!nk wasn't kidding when she said her next performance would be the craziest and most insane ... because hanging off a 34-floor hotel is MADNESS!!!

She's known for her awesome acrobatics, but stepped up her game during a Friday rehearsal for the American Music Awards. We got P!nk hanging by wires off the J.W. Marriott Hotel in Downtown L.A. and doing dance moves, flips and generally floating in the wind.

One look at this video, and you'll understand why she's worried about being able to breathe Sunday night during the show.
