Demi Lovato had a big day Friday ... celebrating 6 months of sobriety.

Demi hit up an L.A. gym and returned home to a delicious surprise ... a cake with a message from her team ... "HAPPY 6 MO WE ARE SO F***ING PROUD OF YOU."

Demi has landed on her feet after her extended stint in rehab, following her near-fatal overdose last July.

She's been back in L.A. since November and has been dating her sober companion, Henry Levy.

Demi, who has struggled with addiction for years, was sober for 6 years before her relapse and has clearly made sobriety her priority. Several years ago she chose to live in a sober house for an extended period of time to help ensure she would not relapse.

Jason Momoa not only owns the land beneath the sea ... he owns the ski slopes too!

We got the coolest man at the Sundance Film Festival Friday night leaving Butcher's Chop House in Park City, Utah, and he declared his impending dominance on the slopes. Jason says he's breakin' out the snowboard Saturday and he will be king of the mountain.

He's certainly king of the sea. "Aquaman" has become the highest grossing DC superhero flick, grossing more than a billion bucks.

Jason's at Sundance to host a panel on, "The Creatives Behind Some of YouTube's Buzziest Channels."

Andy Murray's freein' the nip in retirement ... ditching his shirt to catch some rays with his mom in Australia!!

The British tennis superstar announced his plans to retire due to injuries earlier this month ... and might've just played his last match after losing in the first round of the Australian Open.

Murray started his first full day off with a topless suntan in Melbourne with his mom ... strollin' the Yarra River and enjoying the R&R.

BTW -- Murray has 3 grand slam titles and was once the top player in the world.

The 31-year-old has hinted at a possible return down the road ... so maybe we haven't seen the end of Murray. But, if it is the end, the dude looks like he'll be just fine.

Tisha Campbell-Martin's done being a doormat -- she's heading into 2019 with some badass moves, so any haters or dark clouds, in general, better steer clear!!!

We got video of the "Martin" star putting in some serious work during mitt drills with her trainer, Jason Ross, from X2U Fitness. An easy way to tell Tisha's serious about her workouts ... check out her breathing and how she seamlessly ducks and pivots after mixing jabs and combinations.

Tisha's been boxing since she was 18 but we're told she recently rebooted her training sessions.

She could use the stress-relief after a tumultuous 2018. As we reported, Tisha pulled the plug on her marriage with Duane Martin almost exactly a year ago.

It's been a rough go since then, but just know Tisha's ready to kick ass going forward.

Forget the #10YearChallenge -- 'Bad Boys' Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are showing off more than 2 decades later ... in these shots from the third installment of the film franchise.

Will and Martin -- aka Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett -- got the action going Monday in Atlanta, reprising their roles as the cool, wise-cracking Miami cops for the latest sequel, "Bad Boys for Life."

As you know ... the first movie was released in 1995, "Bad Boys II" followed in 2003, and now -- 25 years later -- 'BB4L' is set to hit theaters in January 2020.

Both stars are now in their 50s, but judging by these pics -- including Lawrence with a bloody bandage on his head -- they're still fully capable of cranking it up and getting bad when the director yells action.

This probably goes without saying but, just in case ...

Alex Honnold is f-ing incredible ... the guy who completed the first free solo climb of El Capitan is humble and almost nonchalant about his superhuman feat.

We got Alex at AMC Empire 25 Saturday night in NYC and asked about his historic climb in June 2017 ... now the subject of "Free Solo," a National Geographic documentary.

He says the 3,000-foot climb, on the mountain called the epicenter of the rock-climbing world, was not particularly scary ... meaning he really didn't think about death.

He made the 3-hour, 56-minute climb without any rope or other preventative measure that would break a certain death fall.

People have called the accomplishment the moon landing of free soloing.

Alex, who says he's going back to what he knows -- climbing -- seemed overwhelmed by the sights and sounds of the Big Apple.

The Atlanta Falcons running back was doing some conditioning drills on the beach when he stopped his workout to chat up a few pretty young things who caught his eye.

Granted, it looks like Asahd was a bit more interested in just good old-fashioned playtime ... but we'll give Khaled props for setting the example on alternative fitness techniques. The father and son eventually started kicking around a soccer ball in the grass.

We already know Khaled's about that fit life -- as he's shown us time and again on Snapchat and elsewhere -- so it's good to see him passing on good habits to his boy.

Diamond Dallas Page took a 475-pound man -- and nearly cut him in half -- helping the guy shed 200 POUNDS ... with some help from comic Bert Kreischer.

It's an unbelievable story ... Bert -- who famously performs without a shirt -- has been on a health kick and posted a story on his social media about Vance Hinds, an obese man who wanted help losing weight.

The pro wrestling legend stepped up and reached out to the 475-pound man ... offering to coach him through his patented DDP Yoga program -- the same program that Jake "The Snake" Roberts credits with saving his life.

The results ... AMAZING.

After 365 days, Hinds dropped 198 pounds ... and he documented the entire journey on video.

DDP tells TMZ Sports he couldn't be more proud of the guy -- but the work ain't done yet. Hinds says he's gunning to drop another 100 POUNDS with Page's help.

Of course, Page is super confident he can hit the goal weight -- and if you know anything about DDP, dude doesn't ever fail.

Diddy might want to ask for a refund from his former trainer ... because sources claim the guy he hired to keep Cassie in shape was banging her on his dime ... but she says his timeline is wrong.

Here's what we're told. Diddy's trainer, Jamal Liggin, got so busy he hired several trainers as backup, including Alex Fine. Diddy tagged Alex to train Cassie over the last year.

As we reported, Diddy and Cassie broke up several months ago after a decade-long relationship, but our sources claim Cassie and Alex hooked up before the split. We're told what especially galls Diddy ... he paid Alex to train his then-girlfriend and feels betrayed.

Cassie sure seems smitten with Alex. She has not ever publicly talked about a timeline, but we're told Diddy is convinced there's an overlap.

Sources connected to Alex and Cassie insist the two did NOT start dating until after she broke up with Diddy.

Diddy has bigger issues to deal with, like raising his 3 children after the death of Kim Porter in November. Diddy was destroyed when Kim died, saying they were more than soulmates.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez's New Year's resolution appears to be a simple one -- keep looking good together ... and they got it started with a trip to the gym.

Alessandra Ambrosio may be retired from Victoria's Secret, but she's clearly still got game.

We got pics of the 37-year-old mother of 2 puttin' on a show on the shores of Brazil, hitting the beach in a red and white striped bikini and then taking in a little V ball.

Alessandra retired from walking the runway -- which she did 17 times -- for Victoria's Secret. She started way back in 2000 and hung up her wings last year.

She's hawking a swimsuit line called Ale by Alessandra. We might add, she's hawking it effectively.
