Conor McGregor's return to the UFC Octagon has been put on the backburner ... as the combat sports legend says he's got some other business to handle first -- a boxing exhibition with Logan Paul.

Notorious dropped the bombshell news early Tuesday morning ... denying rumors he's slated to take on featherweight champion Ilia Topuria in Dana White's organization.

Instead, he says he's got his sights set on the WWE Superstar ... and it sounds like they're far along in negotiations, as McGregor claimed he's in "preliminary agreements" with the extremely wealthy Ambani family to take a boxing match with the Maverick in India.

James Kennedy was spotted helping his longtime girlfriend, Ally Lewber, load her personal items into her car just days after his arrest on misdemeanor domestic violence. Now, TMZ has learned the couple is currently spending time apart.

In photos taken Sunday outside their San Fernando Valley home, James appeared somber as he helped Ally carry a laundry hamper, suitcase, and other belongings to her car.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ ... despite the recent situation, James and Ally are still together romantically as of now. Ally, however, has temporarily relocated to an Airbnb nearby, where she plans to stay with her family, who recently arrived in town to support her.

12:04 PM PT -- A witness to the incident tells TMZ ... customers at another table were being rude and vulgar to Jamie, and he asked them to stop since his family was present ... which is when someone at that table allegedly threw the glass that hit him in the face.

10:59 AM PT -- A spokesperson for Jamie tells TMZ ... “Jamie Foxx was at his birthday dinner when someone from another table threw a glass that hit him in the mouth. He had to get stitches and is recovering. The police were called and the matter is now in law enforcement’s hands.”

Jamie Foxx was allegedly involved in a fight in the dining room of Mr. Chow Friday night ... and he may have been injured, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... police were called to the popular, high-end Beverly Hills restaurant around 10 PM on the report of a fight inside.

James Kennedy and Ally Lewber are putting up a united front ... we've learned the Bravo couple has no plans to split following the "Vanderpump Rules" star's domestic violence arrest.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... the DJ and his astrologer girlfriend are sticking together in the wake of the controversy, with Ally choosing to stand by James in this situation.

Former UFC star Nate Diaz has been charged with battery ... after he was accused of striking a Las Vegas nightclub employee in the face during an altercation earlier this year.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, the alleged incident took place back on Aug. 25 -- just after midnight -- while Diaz and some of his acquaintances were trying to get into the Omnia at Caesars Palace.

Cops say in the docs witnesses told them that Diaz and his crew were holding up the cashier line ... and when an Omnia guard came to try to see if there was an issue -- Diaz got physical with him.

Mariah Carey's night of celebrating the holiday spirit took an unexpected turn at her concert in Baltimore when some of her fans got into another physical brawl.

TMZ has obtained video of nasty physical altercation that broke out during Mimi's concert at CFG Bank Arena in Baltimore on Saturday. Witnesses who were nearby tell us the brawl involved 4-5 people and escalated quickly after a drink was thrown.

The video shows absolute commotion in the crowd as punches were exchanged and one person was even put in a headlock. We're told the brawl broke out while Mariah’s chorus was onstage, performing ahead of her return for the final song of the night.

Roy Jones Jr. wants to do what Mike Tyson couldn't ... test Jake Paul's chin in the boxing ring!

That's exactly what the 55-year-old legend told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs nightly on FS1) ... weeks after the former champion called the fight Jake and Mike fight for Netflix -- watched by over 100 million people.
