Rose Namajunas has accomplished nearly everything over the course of her career in MMA ... and while she still has eyes on getting back her championship belt -- she tells TMZ Sports she wouldn't mind stepping out of the Octagon and into the boxing ring one day!

We caught up with the fifth-ranked UFC flyweight ahead of her upcoming bout against third-ranked Erin Blanchfield ... and while she is not sleeping on EB -- who is known for her grappling -- Rose believes she is overall the better fighter.

"I feel I'm superior in all areas of MMA," Rose said. "Especially being able to mix it all up, that's what I do best. I'm really looking forward to the challenge. I know she's a tough opponent, so I'm very prepared."

The impending Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul tilt just got even more interesting ... 'cause Iron Mike revealed this week he's now absolutely shredded!!

The fight is slated to go down in just 14 days -- on Nov. 15 -- and based on Tyson's Instagram post Wednesday, he's taking things very seriously.

The boxer who was knocked out cold after taking a wildly illegal kick to the face during a fight wants to make sure his opponent never gets an opportunity to do it again -- telling TMZ Sports he wants the guy banned for life.

1:06 PM PT -- Halton Regional Police informed TMZ Sports that they did investigate the altercation at the Pure Muscle Fitness location on Sunday and charged Van Wyck with two counts of assault.

Bodybuilding star Jeff Nippard was assaulted by another fitness guru while recording a workout sesh at a gym in Canada this week ... and the attack was caught on video!

Nippard -- known for his scientific approach to bodybuilding -- broke his silence on the incident after video surfaced showing Nippard being violently pushed to the ground by Mike Van Wyck at Pure Muscle and Fitness gym in Ontario.

"Mike Van Wyck jabbed me in the throat twice in the middle of the gym and then shoved my cameraman," Nippard said Monday on social media.

The wild moment went down shortly after the home squad secured the 120-117 win over the San Antonio Spurs ... and despite the contest not having any real significance, a few spectators decided it was a night worth fighting for.

It's unclear what led to the brawl ... but footage shows three guys throwing a slew of punches in the Kaseya Center seats, with a woman in a row above also getting involved by swinging at the group.

A Ravens fan took things way too far after his team's win against the Commanders, knocking an opposing fan out cold ... and Baltimore police are looking into the violent altercation.

The incident, which was caught on video, shows a fan wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey walking up to two individuals wearing Commanders gear. Then, seemingly unprovoked, he starts swinging at the men, landing a devastating right hook to the face of a fan wearing a Sean Taylor jersey, sending him careering to the ground.

The attacker then turns his attention to the other fan, wearing a Terry McLaurin jersey ... chasing him down and slamming him into a building wall. Luckily, it appears the man was able to get away before sustaining any more damage.
