An undefeated yet unknown fighter used the UFC 308 press conference to ask Dana White for a contract ... and it seems it's paid off in a massive way!

The UFC honcho, live from Power Slap 9, joined Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs nightly on FS1) ... where the fellas talked about Dorobshokh Nabotov's bold strategy to land a contract with the world's most popular MMA promotion.

If you missed it ... Dana was holding a media event in Abu Dhabi to promote UFC 308 when Nabotov, sitting in the stands with fans and the media, stepped to the mic and made his pitch to the UFC CEO.

The boxer who was knocked out cold after taking a wildly illegal kick to the face during a fight wants to make sure his opponent never gets an opportunity to do it again -- telling TMZ Sports he wants the guy banned for life.

If you haven't seen the crazy video of the incident already ... Bagher Faraji was going up against Idris Abdurashidov in Phuket, Thailand ... when out of nowhere, the Russian pugilist used his foot instead of his fists -- resulting in an immediate disqualification.

Faraji was outboxing Abdurashidov in the ring prior to the disgusting move ... and naturally, fans quickly called for swift and severe punishment.

Busta Rhymes was busting out some serious anger -- in fact, he was straight-up fuming, unleashing some serious wrath on someone who clearly pushed all the wrong buttons.

TMZ obtained a clip of Busta going off on a guy in a suit at Detroit Metro Airport over the weekend ... and he definitely wasn't holding back, dishing out a string of profanities.

Busta was getting all up in the guy's face, repeatedly yelling "f*** you," making sure his message was loud and clear.

1:06 PM PT -- Halton Regional Police informed TMZ Sports that they did investigate the altercation at the Pure Muscle Fitness location on Sunday and charged Van Wyck with two counts of assault.

Bodybuilding star Jeff Nippard was assaulted by another fitness guru while recording a workout sesh at a gym in Canada this week ... and the attack was caught on video!

Nippard -- known for his scientific approach to bodybuilding -- broke his silence on the incident after video surfaced showing Nippard being violently pushed to the ground by Mike Van Wyck at Pure Muscle and Fitness gym in Ontario.

"Mike Van Wyck jabbed me in the throat twice in the middle of the gym and then shoved my cameraman," Nippard said Monday on social media.

The wild moment went down shortly after the home squad secured the 120-117 win over the San Antonio Spurs ... and despite the contest not having any real significance, a few spectators decided it was a night worth fighting for.

It's unclear what led to the brawl ... but footage shows three guys throwing a slew of punches in the Kaseya Center seats, with a woman in a row above also getting involved by swinging at the group.

A Ravens fan took things way too far after his team's win against the Commanders, knocking an opposing fan out cold ... and Baltimore police are looking into the violent altercation.

The incident, which was caught on video, shows a fan wearing a Lamar Jackson jersey walking up to two individuals wearing Commanders gear. Then, seemingly unprovoked, he starts swinging at the men, landing a devastating right hook to the face of a fan wearing a Sean Taylor jersey, sending him careering to the ground.

The attacker then turns his attention to the other fan, wearing a Terry McLaurin jersey ... chasing him down and slamming him into a building wall. Luckily, it appears the man was able to get away before sustaining any more damage.

"Love Is Blind" star Stephen Richardson is getting tons of hate online for his role in a nasty split with his on-screen fiancée, but one reply in his IG comments is really striking a nerve ... a woman insinuating that he literally screws the pooch.

Stephen went nuclear on the woman after she left this comment on his page, "Someone call animal control because god knows wat this pervert does to satisfy his own selfish needs."

Jake Paul is hyper-focused on his megafight with Mike Tyson ... but the Problem Child also has an eye turned towards the future and an inevitable scrap with the great Canelo Alvarez!

And, 27-year-old Paul says when the day comes where the two men stand face-to-face in the squared circle, Jake will be anything but content to just be there ... 'cause he's in it to win it!

"Everything I've said has come true and why Canelo, you know, should be awake at night, because I'm coming for him," Paul told Babcock on the TMZ Sports TV show (airs nightly on FS1).

It turns out Conor McGregor is seeing action this year after all -- Notorious found himself in the middle of a fight at the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship weigh-in on Friday ... and all hell broke loose!!

The UFC superstar -- who recently became part-owner of BKFC -- was front and center when Franco Tenaglia and Tony Soto faced off ahead of their big bout for the vacant light heavyweight world title.

Tenaglia put his fist right up underneath Soto's chin ... who then reacted by lunging at his opponent.
