50 Cent's admission that Desiigner wasn't worth signing back in the day has apparently gotten under the "Panda" rapper's skin -- because he's ready to roll out a "hit" in the form of a diss song!!!

During his recent Humor & Harmony Weekend, 50 couldn't remember Desiigner's name while chatting with Gillie and Wallo ... but remembered the Brooklyn native only had one chart-topper in the chamber when they sat down together circa 2015 as "Panda" was dodging comparisons to Future's sound.

Desiigner wasted no time putting together a reaction record -- which he captioned "POV: Another Hit" on Instagram, despite the song sounding pretty unfinished.

Artem Chigvintsev's domestic violence arrest is moving along ... 'cause the Napa County Sheriff just turned the case over to the D.A. -- and, formal charges could be coming.

Napa County D.A. Spokesperson Carlos Villatoro tells TMZ ... their office is currently reviewing the case, and no decision has been made yet on charges the pro dancer may face.

We're told the D.A. will make a decision after a thorough review of the case and will then make a public announcement.

Megan Thee Stallion scored a No. 1 hit in the form of a Nicki Minaj diss song to kick off her year -- the opening of the 2024 Rap Wars she has no clue how she got involved in!!!

9:26 AM PT -- Naomi Campbell was not late to Tuesday evening's Harlem's Fashion Row Fashion Show and Style Awards, despite Anna Wintour's dig ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Naomi tell TMZ ... the supermodel arrived at the time she was instructed to by the event's producers. We're told it was Anna who moved up the presentation slot ... since the Vogue editor wanted to make her way to the US Open.

AW did end up at the tennis tournament ... and was photographed having a nice time with the other attendees.

Naomi didn't know why Anna left early ... but we're told the model clocked the fashion guru's exit and was disappointed by it -- prompting her to make her own shady remark onstage.

NC wasn't just pissed about Anna snubbing her ... she was also upset about the designers who were putting on a show that night and wouldn't get to impress AW.

Naomi Campbell and Anna Wintour got into a catfight of sorts during an NYC fashion show ... with the two legends dissing each other onstage in front of a packed audience.

Charles Barkley believes Caitlin Clark is being grossly mistreated by her fellow WNBA players so far in her career ... and he's chalking it all up to "petty jealousness."

TikTok star OnlyJayus is not taking a recent breakup well, at least according to her ex-girlfriend ... who claims she keeps showing up unannounced in the middle of the night.

Brittany Lee Dejardo is seeking court-ordered protection against Isabella Avila, AKA OnlyJayus, AKA Bella Rose, claiming her ex keeps coming around her home, is verbally abusive, and uses her massive social media accounts to berate her.

The radio dispatch from the Artem Chigvintsev domestic violence case reveals ... he did indeed call 911 to request medical assistance, but then added his wife, Nikki Bella, had thrown shoes at him.

TMZ has obtained the dispatch call, in which the dispatcher says, "Initially came in as requesting medical, but now he is stating he got into an argument with his wife and his wife threw shoes at rp [reporting party]."

The dispatcher notes, "There is a child on scene. Medical en route," adding, "There's an active 415 [disturbing the peace] in the background responsible."

Joe Rogan is not happy with MSNBC ... after the network "deceptively" edited a video to make it seem like he'd given Vice President Kamala Harris his endorsement.

After MSNBC's video began making the rounds online, Rogan addressed the inaccurate edit head-on during Tuesday's episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience."

While Rogan made it clear he will not be suing MSNBC for the blatant mistake, he clarified the footage in question was of him talking fondly about former U.S. representative Tulsi Gabbard -- who recently endorsed Donald Trump.

A hard foul during a women's college soccer game led to punches being thrown ... and the wild fistfight was caught on video!
