The infamous Kim Kardashian-Taylor Swift beef might be over -- well, that's if Kim's recent shout-out for Ivanka Trump's daughter’s birthday is evidence.

So here's the scoop -- Ivanka posted an IG carousel celebrating her daughter Arabella's 13th birthday, and there were a few pics of a Swiftie-inspired cake in the mix!

Taylor's favorite number, "13," made a perfect fit for Arabella's big day ... replete with big red candles. It also had the lyric, "Boys only want love if it's torture," from Taylor's hit song "Blank Space" written on top.

Tom Sandoval says he didn't mean to sue his ex, Ariana Madix, and is now withdrawing his lawsuit ... putting the blame on one of his lawyers.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star took to social media Thursday to clear up the legal action he took against AM -- where he countersued her in the case Rachel Leviss brought against him and Ariana regarding alleged revenge porn -- and made it clear ... this was a mistake.

11:30 AM PT -- Jake Paul was asked about Conor McGregor's comment during his own press conference just minutes ago ... and he went OFF on the UFC superstar.

Paul said he's going to embarrass the entire BKFC with what goes down with Mike Perry on Saturday ... calling the promotion's athletes "brawler, idiot, street fighter dudes."

Paul also accused McGregor of ducking him ... saying the dude needs to stay off the drugs and get back to training -- and then maybe they can talk about booking a fight after getting a few wins under his belt.

Conor McGregor took aim at Jake Paul ahead of his boxing match against "Platinum" Mike Perry ... calling the YouTuber-turned-fighter a "little dweeb of a thing."

Notorious unloaded the diss during the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship press conference at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella, Spain on Thursday ... when he was praising Perry's success with the promotion and what he's been able to do for his career.

Rep. Matt Gaetz is keeping his beef with ex-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy alive and well at the RNC -- taunting his nemesis on the floor ... and getting checked in the same breath.

A couple different videos from the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee show Gaetz heckling McCarthy as the former congressman gives a TV interview ... interrupting him while he was speaking and mockingly wondering if he was set to speak Tuesday night.

Gaetz -- who led last year's charge to oust McCarthy as House Speaker -- can be overheard taunting KM over his lack of a speaking slot at the RNC ... at which point Gaetz drops the hammer, saying ... "If you took that stage, you would get booed off of it."

The 'Crank That' rapper is releasing his new album "Swag Season" later this month ... a point revealed in his recent line of posts, where he takes big swipes at Drake!!!

On Tuesday, SB scolded Drake similarly to how Kendrick Lamar did on the last verse of “Not Like Us” ... suggesting all his homies abandoned him.

Miranda Lambert has a tendency to stop singing and start talking -- and she did that yet again this weekend ... getting on her audience's ass for apparently fighting in the crowd.

4:16 PM PT -- The two journalists -- who work for Starcade Media -- just released a statement on the matter ... insisting they did not mean to rile up Jerry Rice with their Chiefs-related question.

The guys said on their Facebook page they merely wanted to know if Kansas City's 2024 wideout group "had improved enough to continue winning at a high level" ... and nothing more.

"We meant absolutely no disrespect to Jerry or the 49ers when asking this question," they said. They added that they'd love the opportunity to discuss things further with the Hall of Famer.

Billy Ray Cyrus and his estranged wife Firerose are fighting over money as their divorce gets nastier ... and now a judge just ordered she has to stop using his credit cards.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a judge ruled Billy Ray's estranged wife can no longer use his American Express business account, or any other credit card account he or his business owns.

A source close to Firerose claims to us Billy spent the first part of this whole ordeal accusing her of fraud, which was found to be untrue. One of the many falsehoods he’s put out there that one can now point back to and clearly see were lies.

As we reported ... Billy Ray claims Firerose made 37 unauthorized charges on his American Express business credit card between May 23 and June 7 ... totaling a cool $96,986.05.
