U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett isn't holding back, still ... she's putting the House Oversight Committee Chairman in checkmate after she clashed with Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene over their physical appearances.

Speaking to TMZ Tuesday, Jasmine says she's lost hope for MTG, who hurled the "fake eyelashes" jab that set off last week's epic Congressional spat -- but as for Chairman James Comer's call not to boot Greene ... she's taking major offense to that.

JC says she's all about following the rules in Congress and expects her fellow legislators to do the same -- which is why she was disappointed to find out Rep. Comer was sticking by his decision to give Greene a pass.

Kelly Rowland's not the life of the party at the Cannes Film Festival ... in fact, the way she's waving her finger, seems she's downright pissed about something going on at a big glitzy event.

The Destiny's Child alum was strolling in Tuesday for the premiere of "Marcello Mio," rocking a striking blonde bob and a bold red dress -- looking very celebratory, but photographers captured several less than thrilled looks on Kelly's face as she had a heated exchange with a security guard.

Jerry Seinfeld's become the #1 celeb target of pro-Palestinian protesters -- for the 2nd time in a week they went at him in public ... this time repeatedly heckling his stand-up routine, and fighting with other audience members.

King established himself as a legitimate rapper and opens the track with aggressive bars, "I dare one of you n****s to scream out ‘No Diddy’ ... f**k that n****a up!!!" -- and then answers the constant question about Diddy's whereabouts, "Asking where my pops at?/He on a G6 getting a lineup."
