Gervonta Davis has threatened to "kill" Ryan Garcia if they actually sign a contract to fight.

Now, Ryan Garcia has a message for Tank ... LET'S DANCE IN DECEMBER!

The 21-year-old rising boxing star made it clear to TMZ Sports he ain't afraid of Floyd Mayweather's prodigy ... even after the way Tank violently dismantled Yuriorkis Gamboa last month.

"I'm already the bigger star," Garcia (19-0) told us outside of Westside Boxing Club ... "Now, I'm about to prove who's the better boxer, and that's me."

Both guys clearly want the smoke -- Davis (23-0) made that abundantly clear on Tuesday saying straight-up, "I will kill him."

"I’m being quiet and wait till that contract signed and then you will see the bad guy vs the good guy and I’m taking that role proudly."

These guys have been on a collision course for years ... back in early 2019, Floyd even offered to promote the fight if Garcia could get through some top-flight competition.

For his part, Garcia told us back in August a brawl with Davis "would be the biggest fight in boxing history."

All hell broke loose at the end of the Kansas vs. Kansas State game on Tuesday ... with the players getting in a bench-clearing brawl.

It all got started in the closing seconds of the Jayhawks' 81-60 win ... when K. State's DaJuan Gordon stripped the ball from Kansas' Silvio De Sousa to try for a last-second bucket.

De Sousa ended up catching up with Gordon, stuffed his layup attempt ... and then proceeded to stand on top of his opponent.

The 2 players started going at it -- and then both teams rushed over to defend their teammates.

That's when MAYHEM ensued ... with players, coaches and other staff members getting involved. Punches were thrown, kicks and even one player thought about using a stool before an assistant coach yanked it from him.

Cops on the scene eventually broke up the fight after several minutes ... and both teams went to the locker room to cool off.

The craziest part??? The teams ended up having to come BACK out on the court to finish the last 0.1 seconds left in the game so K. State could shoot technical free throws.

Of course, there WILL be punishment handed down ... so it's just a matter of time before the teams find out the consequences of the melee.

Oprah says she's 100% in support of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's exit from Royal life because she knows it was NOT an impulsive decision -- no matter what the British media says.

Oprah spoke out Tuesday night in NYC, telling Adam Glyn she has no issue with the Duke and Duchess stepping back and forging their own path, and more than that ... said everyone should respect it.

She says Harry -- and even Queen Elizabeth herself -- made it clear he and his wife had been thinking about this for a long time. O, who ya gotta remember is in business with Harry, says his move wasn't made lightly either. PH noted that last weekend during his speech.

You gotta see how Oprah frames her staunch defense of Megxit -- she says when someone chooses what they believe is best for them, who are we (the public) to criticize that?

Her pal, Gayle King, was there too, and says nobody in the Royal family was "blindsided" ... especially not QE2.

As we've reported, Prince Harry and Oprah are coproducing a mental health series for Apple TV -- so, we expected her to back him -- but her explanation for why might influence other opinions.

It's kinda what Oprah does.

Robert De Niro's lawsuit against his ex-assistant is getting nastier -- he now claims she made veiled threats against him, if he didn't ante up on her demands.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the famed actor says Graham Chase Robinson sent him an email in August 2019 claiming she would disclose personal info about him. He insinuates it's no coincidence she sent that when she did, because just days later he sued her for misusing the company credit card and binge-watching "Friends" on the job.

He also claims that in a separate email Robinson threatened to write a memoir containing personal information about De Niro if, again, her demands weren't met. In the docs, De Niro doesn't specify Robinson's alleged demands.

What's more ... De Niro claims Robinson only counter-sued him in October -- alleging harassment and discrimination -- because he called her out for her work misconduct.

De Niro denies making sexually-charged comments and, as we first reported, De Niro's attorney, Tom Harvey, called the allegations "beyond absurd."

Rep. Tulsi Gabbard just slapped a lawsuit on Hillary Clinton, claiming the former Secretary of State attacked her character simply because Tulsi refused to back her in 2016.

The current presidential Democratic candidate and Congresswoman claims in new court docs that Clinton was out to ruin her campaign this year ... and took deliberate steps to torpedo her chances. Specifically, Tulsi mentions the "Russian asset" comment HC made.

You'll recall ... Hillary said on a podcast, "She's the favorite of the Russians. They have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far."

Dana White says Conor McGregor's next fight will almost definitely be a rematch with Khabib ... and the result of the match will have a major impact on the legacy of both guys.

TMZ Sports talked to Dana White outside T-Mobile Arena in Vegas after McGregor DOMINATED Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone ... and asked the UFC honcho who the Irish superstar wants next?

"Conor wants Khabib. Conor always has a lot of options. He wants Khabib, that's the fight he wants, and we'll see what happens."

We then asked White who he wants Conor to fight.

"I think Khabib makes sense too."

Khabib is scheduled to fight Tony Ferguson in April ... and if the 28-0 fighter wins, that could set up the Nurmagomedov-McGregor rematch -- and it'd be HUGE.

The only snag? Khabib and his manager, Ali Abdelaziz, have repeatedly said the Dagestani star will NOT rematch Conor.

But, Dana doesn't sound worried.

"Listen, Khabib has never turned down a fight. The guy's 28-0. He's one of the baddest dudes to ever do it," Dana tells us.

"This fight's important for his legacy too. When you start looking back at Khabib's career and if he goes undefeated and retires. You're looking at the names, and the names mean everything. He beat Conor McGregor. He beats Tony Ferguson. He beat Conor McGregor again. He beat this guy, that guy."

That's not all ... White also talked Floyd Mayweather -- who teased a Floyd-Conor II and Floyd-Khabib bout Saturday night -- and made it clear TBE still wants to fight.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro doesn't know why Jen Harley was allegedly snooping around his house before launching an attack with an eyeliner ... they're not dating and there was no invite.

Sources close to Ronnie tell TMZ ... they are absolutely not back together and Ronnie did not tell Jen she could swing by his place the night of the alleged attack.

We're told Ronnie finds it puzzling that Jen would show up on his doorstep ... after all, she's got a restraining order against the "Jersey Shore" star.

As for how Jen could've possibly slipped inside ... law enforcement sources believe she still had a key to his place. We're told there were no signs of forced entry.

Step one for any breakup ... change those locks!!! Can't say Gloria Gaynor didn't warn ya.

Alex Volkanovski ain't done G.O.A.T. hunting ... 'cause the new UFC champ -- fresh off taking out Max Holloway -- tells TMZ Sports he's got his eye on another legendary fighter.

Khabib Nurmagomedov.

We were talking to the the 31-year-old featherweight champ when the convo moved to going up to 155 pounds ... and fighting the undefeated Daghestani superstar.

"I'm not going looking for these fights, but you'd be silly if it doesn't cross your mind," Volkanovski says.

"I'm the type of person, I'll look at all opportunities and I'll at least let me play in my head. Whether I think they're realistically happening anytime soon, alright, maybe not. But, I'm still gonna think about it."

Volkanovski continued ... "People will be like, 'He's trying to call out Khabib.' They can take it however they want, but if that opportunity comes ..."

"Again, my goal is to defend my belt in the featherweight division, we've got a stacked division, so I'm happy to defend it there. But, if that opportunity comes up, I'm not gonna lie, obviously I'll take it."

Alex is 21-1 as a pro -- and hasn't lost since 2013 (that's 13 wins in a row) -- so no shocker he believes he matches up great against Nurmagomedov.

"Let's be honest. I'm not an easy man to hold down. Me being short sometimes works in my favor. These little limbs get me up pretty easily. I'm very strong, I've got a very good base. And then, obviously, you know that I can strike."

"She's Muhammad Ali's daughter, she's not Muhammad Ali."

That's boxing superstar Claressa Shields essentially telling Laila Ali to put up or shut up ... after Ali trashed Shields this week as an inferior fighter.

Shields appeared on the "TMZ Sports" TV show (airs weeknights on FS1) to respond to Ali's insults ... and yeah, Shields was FIRED UP!

"Let's just keep it honest. Don't say that I'm not talented because I'm the most talented female fighter there has been in the history of boxing."

Of course, 42-year-old Ali went on "Sway in the Morning" and said she would destroy Shields if they ever fought because Claressa isn't talented enough to hang with her.

FYI, Ali was 24-0 as a pro. She last fought in 2007. 24-year-old Shields is currently 10-0 and looks unstoppable.

"Laila Ali is all bark, no bite," Shields said ... "If a girl call me out, I answer."

Shields says Ali ducked Ann Wolfe back in the day. Wolfe is widely considered one of the best female fighters of all time.

Instead, Shields says Ali's resume is packed with bums, not legit top flight opponents.

"She fought against soccer moms and probably strippers or something. I fight real fighters."

Now, Shields says she's down to settle this in the ring.

Claressa says she'll give Ali one year to train up -- and even has a pay structure in mind.

"The loser gets $5 million. The winner gets $10 million."

DaBaby likes his fans, but only so much, because when they ask for too much he might attack.

Check out the video ... from a security cam at a Bev Hills hotel. We're told the guy in the video is a hotel employee who followed DaBaby outside the lobby to get a pic. We're told DaBaby turned the guy down, so he walked back in the lobby.

That's when DaBaby and crew decided to administer some western justice, slamming the guy against the wall and roughing him up.

The incident, which went down December 19, was a day after DaBaby performed at the Shrine.

DaBaby and crew left the hotel without further incident. Cops were not called.

It's not DaBaby's first run-in with fans. Last year he attacked a fan outside Louis Vuitton store in North Carolina. Also last year, DaBaby and crew beat a fan outside a concert in Massachusetts after the guy asked for a pic.

DaBaby's attorney, Michael Heiskell, tells TMZ ... "Any actions taken by DaBaby were likely in self defense based upon his recall of the events and until the video is thoroughly reviewed we have no further comment at this time."

Kamaru Usman says he'll whoop Conor's ass worse than Khabib ... and the beating will be so bad, McGregor might never fight again.

The beef heated up earlier this week at UFC 246 media event when "The Notorious" took aim at the welterweight champ, saying a Masvidal fight would be more entertaining 'cause Usman "has the similar style of Khabib, the sniff the jockstrap style."

Kamaru heard Conor ... and now he's firing back.

"Humans love the path of least resistance," Usman tells TMZ Sports ... "Fair play to him, I'd say. Fair play to Conor. But, this jock sniffer will humble him even worse than Khabib has humbled him."

Of course, Nurmagomedov dominated Conor during their October 2018 bout ... ultimately forcing him to tap midway into the 4th round.

"This is worse than steroids."

That's Cleveland Indians superstar Mike Clevinger going OFF on the Houston Astros ... ripping them for getting caught in a massive cheating scandal!!

"They shouldn’t feel comfortable looking at any of us in the eye let alone on the field," Clevinger said. "And any other MLB player feel different, they can get it too."

As we previously reported, the MLB dropped the hammer on Houston earlier this week ... revealing its investigation into the Astros found the team did, in fact, steal signs from opponents beginning in the 2017 season.

Tons of people have already lost their jobs over the findings ... the Astros fired manager A.J. Hinch and GM Jeff Luhnow, the Red Sox let go of Alex Cora and the Mets walked away from Carlos Beltran.

The MLB also took away draft picks from Houston and fined them a whopping $5 MILLION!!!

But, clearly, Clevinger doesn't think that's enough ... 'cause he said if Rob Manfred doesn't punish individual players, he's threatening a bean war anytime he plays the 'Stros!

"This is where throwing hard has its MF perks," Clevinger said. "so either police it @MLB or  I’ll get back to my training."

Clevinger even joked he wants the Astros to get booted to Canada, writing, "I hope they make y’all the Montreal Expos."

Things might get interesting when the Tribe and 'Stros face off in June.

Laila Ali believes SHE'S the greatest ... NOT Claressa Shields ... claiming she would WRECK the reigning women's boxing champ because Shields lacks the talent.

Shocking comments from the daughter of Muhammad Ali, who had a GREAT boxing career herself back in the day -- finishing 24-0 and racking up every belt she could along the way.

Now, with 24-year-old Shields obliterating opponents left and right ... there have been some comparisons made between her and Laila -- and Laila AIN'T HAVIN' IT!!!

"First of all, she could never beat me. Let me get that really straight right now," 42-year-old Ali said on 'Sway in the Morning.'

"Not simply because she's not strong enough, because I would definitely knock her out, because she's not talented enough."

"You're talented. You can box. You can throw those hard punches. But there's a sweet science to boxing."

"The reason you have not been able to knock out the opponents that you have faced, I can totally see it."

As for Shields, she respectfully disagrees with Laila. A fan tried talking trash to Shields on Twitter ... saying, "42 yr old Laila Ali would destroy and humble you."

Claressa responded, "No she wouldn’t but thanks telling me your thoughts."

Elizabeth Warren didn't just snub Bernie Sanders' handshake after the Democratic debate ... she got in his face and accused him of calling her a liar on national TV.

CNN released the audio of the testy exchange, which helps explain why Warren rebuffed Bernie's extended hand -- she was pissed off!

Warren storms past Joe Biden to walk up to Sanders and says, "I think you called me a liar on national TV" ... to which he replied, "What?"

After she repeats herself, Bernie says, "Let's not do it right now. You want to have that discussion, we'll have that discussion."

Here's R. Kelly's longtime girlfriend, Joycelyn Savage, pouting and looking super sad moments after her arrest for allegedly beating up his now ex-GF, Azriel Clary.

TMZ just obtained Joycelyn's mug shot, taken by Chicago PD, when she turned herself in to be booked for misdemeanor battery. We broke the story ... Joycelyn and Azriel got into an all-out brawl last week at R. Kelly's Trump Tower condo in downtown Chicago.

We also got the full video of the melee ... and you see Joycelyn and Azriel punching and screaming at each other as they went at it in the hallway outside R. Kelly's condo. Joycelyn was in a black sweater and, at one point, Azriel -- in a lighter-colored sweater -- drags Joycelyn by her hair. Kinda explains her hairline in that mug shot.

During the fight, Azriel alleged, on video, Joycelyn had sex with her while she was still a minor. It's still unclear if Clary plans to take legal action against Savage.

The fight video seems to show Azriel doing most of the ass-kicking, but still, Joycelyn was the only one who ended up posing for cops.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi is once again questioning President Trump's judgment on the Iran crisis after his open support for a doctored image of her and Sen. Chuck Schumer with the Iranian flag.

We got the Speaker of the House Monday leaving Washington D.C.'s Reagan Airport and asked her about Trump's early morning retweet of a photoshopped image showing herself and Schumer in Islamic garb. It was a random account with a mere 15,000 followers, but Trump blasted it out to his nearly 71 million followers.

Pelosi summed up the state of our democracy by repeating one of Trump's favorite social media phrases. A subtle counter-punch, for sure. She also took a bigger swipe, saying Trump doesn't know right from wrong.

As you know ... Republicans and Democrats are at odds over Trump's order to target and kill Iran's Gen. Qassem Soleimani, and the mudslinging is showing no signs of slowing down.
