America's most famous prisoners won't be home for Christmas ... but that doesn't mean it's just another day behind bars ... look no further than their prison menus.

TMZ did some digging, and celebrity convicts are being served traditional Christmas fare ... like Cornish hens.

Just hours after the NYG signal caller caught grief online, DeVito made things right with a local Jersey restaurant owner and fans by showing up and hanging out with a gang of Big Blue fans ... where he took photos, signed autographs, and ate!

The controversy started this week when the owners of Coniglio's Old Fashioned pizzeria in Morristown (NJ) accused the 25-year-old rookie of going back on his word, alleging Tommy agreed to a $10k appearance fee, only to double his rate after the Giants' big MNF win over the Packers on December 11.

But, we're told the whole thing was just a big misunderstanding.

Sean Salci, DeVito's marketing agent and attorney, told us his client wasn't aware of what was going on, and there was never a concrete deal in place.

Still, DeVito was criticized, and the young signal caller wanted to make everyone happy ... so he made a surprise appearance at the pizza parlor.

"DeVito and the owner made good," Salci said. "He got the full experience today."

There hasn't been a more popular player across the league over the last month than DeVito -- an undrafted rookie (2023) -- who took over the starting job when Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor went down with injuries.

Guy Fieri is cooking up a storm at home ... revealing he plans to die broke and leave his sons none of his multi-million dollar fortune unless they get at least two degrees.

"Shaq said it best," the "Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives" star began to Fox News Wednesday ... adding, "Shaq said, 'If you want this cheese, you got to get two degrees.'"

The celeb chef -- who shares Hunter, 27, and Ryder, 17, with wife Lori -- added that by two degrees, he meant they also obtain a postgraduate.

Although his kids are doing well, Guy says his youngest son Ryder hadn't taken the news sitting down ... finding it unfair he's already pushing him to get an MBA when he has yet to get past college.

On the whole, we can guarantee that they'll be working their butts off for that inheritance ... especially as Guy's just signed a mammoth $100M, 3-year contract with the Food Network.

Here's what happened -- Babcock was enjoying the UFC 294 fights with some buddies back in October ... when a longtime TMZ Sports producer from Buffalo decided to whip together his hometown's signature grub on the stove.

Donald Trump's going viral for jabbing President Biden over a couple deaths linked to Panera lemonade ... but someone's putting words in Trump's mouth because it's all bogus.

Here's the deal ... there are a series of screenshots from a recent Trump speech going viral online, and they claim to quote Trump blaming Biden for two deaths linked to a new drink from Panera.

Trump and Biden are easy targets here ... it's not crazy to believe Trump would go after Biden for such a story, but it turns out lots of folks are being duped ... because the quotes are totally fake.

The viral images have made up quotes attributed to Trump, where he's saying ... "Everything is bad under Biden. Even the lemonade is killing people. Did you see that? People drink lemonade and die."

The fake Trump quote is referencing a couple recent deaths linked to Panera's new Charged Lemonade, which is super caffeinated.

Other fake Trump quotes included ... "The lemonade didn't kill you when I was president. It was tasty and fun to drink. We loved the lemonade, didn't we?"

Another falsely quotes as Trump saying ... "We did, but not under Biden. Bacon is more money. Gas is more money. The lemonade is more money and it kills you."

The fourth and final says ... "When life hands you lemons, Joe Biden kills you with them."

The screenshots and fake closed captioning is from Trump's recent speech in Iowa ... but anyone watching the speech will find out there's no mention of lemonade whatsoever.

In-N-Out Burger -- a West Coast staple -- is officially opened in the hills of Idaho, but folks looking to get a Double-Double had to wait in their car for up to 8 freaking hours on opening day!

The popular grub spot opened its doors on Tuesday in Meridian, a Boise suburb, and the locals were clearly anticipating the rush ... because some people camped out the night before in 30-degree weather.

The drive-thru line for the burger joint was so long, it ended up starting in a nearby dirt lot ... with a sign that warned customers they'd be chilling in their cars for at least 7-8 hours -- but thousands withstood the long wait to get their food.

Weird. They're still just burgers, folks.

Anyway, many customers standing outside stayed bundled up with heavy coats to keep warm ... and one told IdahoNews6 they've been "waiting for years" to get their hands on some Animal-style goodness.

Todd Chrisley is one hungry jailbird ... claiming he's being fed animal-infested meals while behind bars -- though his prison begs to differ.

In a statement to TMZ, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) is adamant they operate safe and humane facilities despite Todd's claims that rats/squirrels are on the loose in their food storage facility & a dead cat dropped from the ceiling onto their food -- adding the quality of food consumed by their incarcerated population is a priority.

The FBOP also refutes Todd's claims the food is laden with black mold and out of date by at least a year ... saying that expired food is discarded and not utilized.

In fact, they work under FBOP regulations, and tell us ... their food service mission aims to provide healthy, nutritionally sound, and appetizing meals that meet the needs of every individual.

FBOP institutions -- including FPC Pensacola, where Todd is incarcerated -- are accredited by the American Correctional Association, which covers indoor living and other essential regulations such as environmental conditions like temperature and air quality.

Clearly, they're not thrilled Todd is speaking out about prison conditions while behind bars ... and the FBOP says it urges inmates to instead seek a formal review through the prison's Administrative Remedy Program for any concerns.

To add insult to injury, Todd's daughter Savannah recently accused prison officials of retaliating against Todd for speaking out about lock-up conditions.

On that issue, Chrisley's lawyer Jay Surgent, says Todd's bravery in speaking out about the state of the prison should be congratulated, not criticized. The Bureau of Prisons said it thoroughly investigates all claims of employee misconduct.

Remember, Todd's wife Julie Chrisley is serving her time at FMC Lexington, where we haven't heard a peep from her about the grub.

The wild scene happened in Truro, Nova Scotia ... after a man in a jacket and beanie got pissed with a Golden Arches employee over the toy in his Happy Meal.

Video from inside the eatery shows the guy was upset that he couldn't get Pokemon cards with his order -- and he demanded a refund.

The dude and the manager went back and forth about the situation for a while ... before the Allen fan stepped in.

The Buffalo Bills supporter seemed to want to order some food -- but when the man in the jacket had bigger desires to continue his spat over his toy ... the guys got into a verbal altercation.

"Dude," the Allen fan said. "I will knock you the f*** out."

After trading words for a few seconds, the man in Allen's No. 17 jersey eventually threw a punch ... and then a tussle ensued.

The guys locked horns for around a minute -- and at one point, the Allen fan appeared to be bitten on the forehead. When the guys eventually separated, the Bills supporter seemed to be bleeding from his eye area.

The fight, though, didn't stop there ... 'cause after they exchanged more words -- the Allen fan chucked a chair at the man -- before he took the guy's backpack and left the building.

Post Malone has become so synonymous with the Dallas Cowboys -- he's now joined the famed "88 Club" group text that includes Drew Pearson, Michael Irvin, Dez Bryant and CeeDee Lamb!!!

Pearson revealed the eyebrow-raising fact to TMZ Sports this week ... saying Post has demonstrated so much love to Dallas over the past few years that he and other Cowboys legends have now opened their arms -- and their text messages -- to the "Congratulations" crooner.

It's, of course, a huge deal ... because the "88 Club" has long been limited to Dallas players who have starred while wearing jersey No. 88 -- and only those players.

But, Pearson explained Post has just become that good of a friend and that big of a fan.

"Our honorary guy on the '88 Club' is Post Malone," Pearson said.

Pearson then told us Post actually chimes in on their group chat during games ... saying, "You know he's going crazy!" while watching the action on his TV screen.
