Diddy's still got people on his side as the allegations and lawsuits pile up ... and the latest show of support comes courtesy of the mother of his youngest child.

Dana Tran, who has a daughter with Diddy, was spotted Saturday for the first time since his indictment ... and she was showing off her "LOVE" ring as she played with their little girl.

Dana and Diddy's daughter, Love, is turning 2 years old in a couple weeks ... but it doesn't look like daddy's going to be there, because he's behind bars in New York as he awaits trial on sex trafficking, kidnapping and racketeering charges.

His family is hoping to turn the tragedy into a healing and preventable moment for anyone battling mental illness, and released a statement Friday.

The statement reads ... “With the most profound sadness imaginable, we share the news that our beloved father decided to end his own Life. It’s been the most painful and personal experience of our lives but in honor of Suicide Awareness Month, we decided to share this truth. Dad would hope that this news may help someone else stay alive.”

Kim Richards has been shut out by her entire family ... TMZ has learned -- but it's a case of tough love because we're told she's fallen off the wagon and was placed on a psychiatric hold earlier this month, but that hasn't ended the drama.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... they showed up at a home Kyle owns in the L.A. area Wednesday night after a neighbor called them in hopes of getting Kim removed from the house. Apparently, the neighbors were concerned about Kim's behavior in the past.

We're told Kyle had let Kim live in the house but she moved out a while back ... but Wednesday Kim showed up again. Law enforcement says Kyle told them she did not want Kim in the house, because the family had cut all contact off in hopes it would shake Kim and get her sober again.

Madonna's family is in mourning ... because her stepmother has died.

The "Like a Virgin" singer's stepmom, Joan Ciccone, died Tuesday after a battle with a very aggressive cancer ... according to her obituary.

Joan was Madonna's housekeeper growing up in Michigan ... and a couple years after Madonna's mother died at age 30 -- also from cancer -- Joan married Madonna's father, Silvio Ciccone.

The Irvine Police Department released body cam footage of an officer-involved shooting last month ... when they say they shot and killed a 37-year-old man named Paul Montazer.

In the video, two officers arrive on scene -- guns pointed at a man crouched over the body of a woman on a sidewalk. One of the officers says into his radio the man's actively stabbing her ... before yelling at him to put his knife down.

Diddy's 4 children with Kim Porter are fed up with conspiracy theories and online rumors suggesting their father had anything to do with their mother's tragic death.
