Scarlett Wactor tells TMZ she fears Leonel Gutierrez, 18 -- who pleaded guilty to attempted robbery and grand theft charges in connection with the case -- was merely charged with whatever was available for his alleged participation. But, she thinks that's not good enough.

Scarlett believes he'll probably only end up serving 1-2 years due to prison overcrowding ... and then will walk free to live a full life -- something Johnny will never get the chance to do.

Nikki Bella wants to keep her son with her ... asking for legal and physical custody of her son Matteo in her divorce from Artem Chigvintsev.

The family of accused Apalachee High School shooter Colt Gray is calling out bullying at the hands of the suspect's father, Colin Gray.

A relative of Colt's mother said the Gray patriarch felt his 14-year-old was too "tender" and began calling him names -- "sissy" and "bitch" -- to underscore his disdain ... this according to the NY Post.

5:00 PM PT -- Tyrese was released from custody Monday after his attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham filed an appeal of the judge's ruling ... according to law enforcement sources.

We're told the appeal means Tyrese did not have to pay the $73K before he was released. That does not mean he no longer owes the back child support, it's just delayed, for now. It's the same legal maneuver Tyrese and his attorney made last year when the judge ordered him to pay up the child support.

Marcee Gray got a text from her son, which read, "I'm sorry, mom," according to Colt's grandfather, Charles Polhamus, who spoke with the New York Post.
