Kourtney Kardashian has shed light on the emergency fetal surgery she had last year that saved her baby's life -- an ordeal that left her panic-stricken.

During "The Kardashians" season 5 premiere Wednesday, Kourtney -- who welcomed her and Travis Barker's little dude Rocky in Nov -- said she felt grateful 'cause a doctor caught something worrisome during a scan 2 months ahead of giving birth.

Kourt said, "Something caught his eye where he wanted me to see a couple of specialists and I had to go in for fetal surgery where they do surgery on the baby, which was terrifying."

Nicole Brown Simpson's mother Juditha took on the daunting responsibility of telling Nicole's children about her death ... her sister Dominique revealed in a new interview.

Ahead of the 30th anniversary of Nicole's murder, her sibling shared with People insight into how the family operated in the wake of their tragic loss. Per Dominique, Nicole's kids Sydney and Justin, who were just 8 and 5 at the time, were told "Mommy's in heaven" by Juditha.

Dominique recalled how she and her sisters stepped in to help with Sydney and Justin, whom she tried to protect from the horrifying realities of the situation.

As we previously reported, Die Aktuelle ran the controversial cover story back in April 2023 ... claiming it secured the first feature with Schumacher following his 2013 ski accident that resulted in a serious head injury and left him in a coma for months.

At the very end of the article, the outlet fessed up to the interview being fugazi ... but that didn't stop the seven-time champion's family from taking legal action.

According to ESPN, the family confirmed the payout from Die Aktuelle's parent company, Funke Media Group.

Following the backlash, Funke fired the editor-in-chief in charge ... and apologized for the error of judgment.

Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough, is fighting tooth and nail to prevent Graceland from being sold in a foreclosure auction -- a move she claims is based on fraudulent documents.

Riley -- who inherited Graceland from her late mother Lisa Marie Presley -- filed docs to block the foreclosure auction of the historic Memphis property, which is set to go down in just 2 days.

The notice of the sale says the foreclosure is based on Lisa Marie having signed docs to borrow $3.8 mil from a company called Naussany Investments and Private Lending, and she apparently used Graceland as collateral.

Roddy Ricch and his ex-girlfriend Alexandra Kiser have reached a custody agreement for their 3-year-old son ... finally putting an end to their parental tug-o-war.

"The Box" rapper will have joint legal custody and is getting physical custody of the kid for a couple days each week from Tuesdays to Thursdays.

He also has to pay Alexandra $8K a month in child support ... on top of their son's private school tuition, medical bills, any special-needs therapy, and additional extracurricular activities.

Dabney Coleman -- an absolute legend in Hollywood best known for his villainous turn in "9 to 5" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The actor's daughter, Quincy Coleman, tells TMZ ... "My Father, Dabney Wharton Coleman, took his last earthly breath peacefully and exquisitely in his home on Thursday May 16th, 2024 at 1:50 PM."

She adds, "My father crafted his time here on earth with a curious mind, a generous heart, and a soul on fire with passion, desire and humor that tickled the funny bone of humanity. As he lived, he moved through this final act of his life with elegance, excellence and mastery."
