Two men have been arrested for allegedly plotting a terror attack on Taylor Swift's show in Vienna, Austria ... TMZ has confirmed.

A rep for the Vienna State Police tells TMZ ... two Austrian citizens, including one 19-year-old suspect, were arrested for allegedly planning a terror attack at one of Taylor's shows this weekend. It's not clear what exactly they planned to do.

A bomb squad reportedly found chemical substances after raiding the 19-year-old's home, who was suspected of possessing an explosive device, according to police. Authorities are investigating whether the substances found in the residence could have been used to make a bomb.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are desperate to sell their mansion ... 'cause they slashed the price again -- taking another quarter-million-dollar chunk off recently.

The embattled couple's Georgia home is still stuck on Zillow ... and, they took $250K off the price Wednesday -- two months after slicking $300K off asking. The house is now listed for $3.95 million.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, the rapper filed trademark applications for two phrases ... "Defamation of Character" and "Intrusive Thoughts" ... which she says she wants to use for music albums.

Cardi's trademark applications also state she wants the phrases for music videos and downloadable music files, plus potential other uses ... basically everything an artist would need to make money off their music.

Sara Ramirez is one step closer to being legally single ... as Sara has settled their divorce from their estranged husband, Ryan Debolt.

In new court documents obtained by TMZ ... Sara and Ryan have reached a settlement on all issues between them. Neither Sara nor Ryan will be receiving spousal support.

The settlement is pretty cut and dry ... as the exes share no minor children and have been separated for the last 6 years.

Kim Kardashian has a scary connection to Emma Roberts ... they both were victims of the same alleged stalker.

Kim just filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, asking a judge to grant a restraining order against Melvin Jeffery Conley. According to the docs, Kim got a call from Emma, warning her a man who had broken into Emma's house told her about his desire to make contact with Kim and her kids.

Back in May, Conley allegedly broke into Emma's house and used her landline to dial her cell phone. Emma missed the call but saw someone was calling from her landline ... she figured it was a family member so she called back and Conley answered. He claimed Emma gave him permission to stay at her home ... she did not.

Justin Timberlake's lawyer may be convinced the singer wasn't intoxicated during his DWI arrest ... but new police documents paint a totally different picture of JT's state on June 18.

In the documents ... the pop star verbally refused a Breathalyzer test 3 times after he was pulled over by rookie cop Michael Arkinson for blowing through a stop sign in Sag Harbor.

Per Arkinson's notes, he followed field procedure, as he observed several signs of JT's alleged intoxication ... including the odor of alcohol, glassy eyes, divided attention, and an unsteady foot. Daily Mail was first to report the news.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is not on police radar in New York for dumping a dead bear in Central Park a decade ago ... TMZ has learned.

NYPD sources tell TMZ they aren't investigating the independent presidential candidate. We also checked with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, and RFK Jr.'s in the clear there as well.

NYSDEC said they conducted a 2014 investigation into the Central Park bear cub's death, concluding the bear died from blunt-force trauma consistent with a high-speed collision. Due to a lack of evidence, they closed the probe later that year without issuing any citations.

Billy Ray Cyrus is closing the book on his marriage to Firerose ... because he finalized his divorce from his now-ex-wife ... and it didn't take long at all.

Billy Ray's divorce case just settled and is signed, sealed and delivered in the Tennessee court system ... lawyers from both sides confirmed to TMZ.

Cops in Nevada are investigating after a Black man shared a video where he claims a white man called him racial slurs and told him about a "hanging tree."

The viral footage picks up with the white man smiling and flipping off the Black man, who has since been identified as Rick Johnson. Johnson asks where the supposed "hanging tree" is and the white man fires back, "In your backyard."

The video was filmed Friday outside the Firehouse Saloon in Virginia City, Nevada during a classic-car show called "Hot August Nights" ... and Johnson says he was there registering people to vote.

A cop in West Virginia allegedly threatened to shoot a woman during a traffic stop ... then he smashed her car window and body-slammed her to the ground ... and it's all on video.

The intense police interaction went down Thursday in Marion County, where Monongah Police Chief Nathan Lanham was captured on video threatening to kill a local woman named Beth Delloma.

In the footage, you see Lanham standing outside the woman's car, pulling on the door handle ... it appears the window is cracked as Lanham is heard shouting, "You roll up that window and I swear to God I'll f****** shoot you."

Rapper T.I. was arrested on Sunday night at Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson Airport, but it was a case of mistaken identity ... TMZ has learned.

A warrant had been issued for another man named Clifford Harris -- the same as T.I.'s real name -- who was wanted in Baltimore, Maryland.

The suspect is wanted for alleged involvement in violent behavior toward a woman, stalking, and possibly involving a gun.

New footage of journalist Evan Gershkovich's 2023 arrest in Russia shows his terrifying encounter with the country's intelligence agents, who used physical force to detain him.

Check out the vid ... the Wall Street Journal reporter gets put in a headlock and thrown to the ground before being cuffed by the plainclothes agents from Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB). The officers first pinned Evan down on his stomach and then guided him outside the eatery ... all the while keeping him in the headlock.

As you know, Evan was busted in March 2023 on these bogus espionage charges after he went to meet with a source for a WSJ article he was working on.
