Americans who lost family members in the 9/11 attacks are feeling betrayed by their own government because of a plea deal for the accused terrorists ... a total slap in the face, so says a prominent victim organization.

Brett Eagleson -- the president of 9/11 Justice, an organization representing 9/11 survivors and relatives of victims -- tells TMZ ... the feds did not loop them in or consult them before the shocking pre-trial agreement, and he says it's upsetting for a number of reasons.

Halle Berry Says Ex Trying to Delay Co-Parenting Therapy ... Wants Judge to Force Him

Halle Berry says her ex-husband isn't meeting the terms of their co-parenting agreement ... claiming Olivier Martinez is trying to take the summer off from co-parenting therapy -- and now she's asking a judge to force him to go back.

In court documents obtained by TMZ ... Halle says she and Olivier agreed to co-parenting therapy to resolve issues related to raising their 10-year-old son Maceo -- but, she says he recently decided to delay the therapy sessions until September so he can take the "summer off" ... without first clearing things with her or the therapist.

She says he bailed on July sessions to travel to France and wants to skip August therapy because his brother will be visiting ... but Halle wants the judge to force him to stick to the schedule laid out in their agreement, which includes therapy sessions and other requirements.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ … the music mogul -- who co-founded Roc-A-Fella with Jay-Z and Kareem Burke -- will have his 33.3 percent interest in the company sold off by the U.S. Marshal at a public auction on August 29 in Manhattan.

Late rapper Juice WRLD’s estate is facing a lawsuit from a guy who says he helped produce one of the rapper's biggest tracks but didn't get paid what he's owed.

TMZ obtained the docs -- Plaintiff Joshua Jaramillo claims he worked on producing the late rapper’s posthumous 2021 track "Girl of My Dreams" in exchange for 5% ownership of the song and 1% of the royalties.

He claims, despite multiple requests, he still hasn’t been paid the full amount of what he's owed ... despite asking the estate how much the song has raked in.

Netflix seems to now be backtracking on the "true story" nature of "Baby Reindeer" -- they've reportedly admitted that the "real-life Martha" is not, in fact, a convicted stalker.

According to Deadline ... the streaming giant recently submitted a letter to Parliament's Culture, Media and Sport Committee in which their senior UK director of public policy admitted Fiona Harvey -- the woman who we all now know served as inspiration for Martha in the show -- was not actually convicted of stalking, despite being depicted as such on TV.
