Kanye West's beef with Adidas is far from finished, despite the fact he recently posted a shot with its CEO Bjorn Gulden -- making it seem like the cold war had thawed, but now he's accusing the company of creative "rape."

On Monday, instead of celebrating his "Vultures 1" album staying at No. 1 for the 2nd straight week, Ye called out Adidas for selling colors of his popular Yeezy sneakers that he never approved, and claiming it was using contract clauses to "rape an artist, one of y'all's favorite artists" -- clearly referring to himself.

Adidas is aggressively promoting the Yeezy Boosts in a new "steel grey" shade which Ye says is as fake as a $3 dollar bill.

Ye says Adidas is using legal loopholes and muddled language to pull a fast one without his consent, in addition to suing him for $250 million.

And Ye is calling for his true fans to turn their back on the brand.

Maitland Ward crossed paths with convicted child molester Brian Peck on the "Boy Meets World" set before she knew he was a bad seed.

We got Maitland in Bev Hills and she told us about her experience with Brian, the 'BMW' guest-star who, in the early 2000s, was convicted on child sexual abuse charges.

Maitland says she was always suspicious of Brian ... saying he always wanted to hang around the cast, including Rider Strong and Will Friedle, despite being much older than them.

The way Maitland remembers it ... Brian made her feel like he was jealous she might get in between him and the cast ... and she's not surprised Brian got in tight with Rider and Will, because she felt that was always his intention.

As we reported ... Rider and Will recently talked about Brian's case on their "Pod Meets World" podcast, expressing shame and regret for ever affiliating themselves with him.

Ex-NFLer Shareece Wright Accuses High School Trainer of Sexual Assault

Ex-NFL player Shareece Wright is one of 12 former high school football players accusing their trainer of sexual assault ... claiming he was groomed into having an inappropriate relationship when he was a minor.

Wright opened up on the allegations in an interview with ESPN ... stating Colton High School trainer Tiffany Strauss-Gordon, the daughter of then-head coach Harold Strauss, performed numerous sexual acts on him at the team facility when he was a member of the football team.

The former cornerback said he first met Strauss-Gordon in 2002 -- when he was 15 and she was 21 -- and as time went on, she became increasingly flirty.

Over the next three years, Wright told the outlet Strauss-Gordon would touch him inappropriately and perform oral sex on him while receiving treatment ... and eventually, they had sex during team dinners at his coach's home.

Wright claimed the interactions were no secret among the team ... with his teammates referring to receiving oral sex from Strauss-Gordon as the "Tiffany treatment."

The outlet stated the school was made aware of the allegations back in 2011, which led to a temporary leave and internal investigation ... but she was allowed to return to her job after meeting with officials.

Strauss-Gordon has denied the allegations ... but was placed on administrative leave after the players filed lawsuits against her and the school district in 2022.

She has not faced charges from the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office due to insufficient evidence.

Wendy Williams Lifetime Doc Still Coming Out ... Despite Guardian Suit

update

12:25 PM PT -- TMZ obtained legal docs spelling out the reasoning behind denying Sabrina's TRO request -- and the court cited unconstitutional prior restraint ... which courts tend to frown on, generally speaking.

A woman claiming to be Wendy Williams' legal guardian is s*** out of luck as it pertains to this Lifetime documentary -- despite her 11th-hour efforts, we've learned it's still coming out.

A rep for the TV network tells TMZ ... "Lifetime appeared in court today (Friday), and the documentary 'Where is Wendy Williams?' will air this weekend as planned." The doc is slated to drop on Saturday, and based on what they're saying here ... it's moving forward.

TMZ also confirmed that there's been some major updates on this case in just the past 24 hours. According to new legal filings, obtained by TMZ, Sabrina Morrissey -- the one who filed suit -- has already filed an appeal ... this after requesting injunctive relief just yesterday.

What this seems to mean -- we don't know for sure since the case is under seal -- is that a decision was reached on granting her request to halt this ... and it appears to be one she didn't like, since she's already appealing and asking for another judge to take a look at her argument. That tracks with Lifetime moving forward ... sounds like the court sided with them.

We broke the story ... Morrisey ran to court Thursday on behalf of Wendy -- claiming to be her temporary guardian -- and said it was urgent she be granted a TRO to prevent the doc from releasing. She also wanted this all under seal, and like we said ... it is at the moment.

No word on whether Morrissey's appeal will be heard before tomorrow -- there's no new movement on the case that we can see ... so for the time being, it's full-steam ahead.

Porsha Williams Reportedly Files For Divorce ... Barely A Year After Wedding

11:27 AM PT -- According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, Porhsa and Simon have a prenup.

Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia are reportedly parting ways just over a year after getting hitched ... though it's apparently not over his recent legal issues.

According to People, Porsha filed for divorce from Simon Thursday in Atlanta ... interesting timing given there is a lot of talk online about Guobadia being deported to his native Nigeria. A source told the outlet the divorce is unrelated -- but, it's hard to imagine Porsha didn't consider it before filing.

The reported filing seems to mark the end of a whirlwind romance for the couple, who got engaged just one month after they started dating in 2021. The engagement lasted longer than the marriage ... with Porsha and Simon tying the knot in November 2022.

The timing comes just a few weeks after Porsha signed up to return to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" after a two-season hiatus ... and ya gotta imagine producers are gonna jump on her reported divorce for a storyline.

WENDY WILLIAMS TUTOR PRESENTA DEMANDA Contra Lifetime Parent Co.

Wendy Williams Guardian Files Sealed Lawsuit ... Against Lifetime Parent Co.

Wendy Williams' guardian just filed a lawsuit against Lifetime's parent company -- and the timing is nothing short of suspicious, 'cause there's a doc about her from them coming out.

A woman named Sabrina Morrissey -- who says she's acting in her capacity as temporary guardian of W.W.H. (presumably Wendy Williams Hunter) -- just filed suit against A&E Television Networks, but she did it under seal ... meaning the public can't peep what exactly she's running to court for.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, there are a few clues that could indicate what this might be about ... and all signs seem to point to some connection with the 'Where is Wendy Williams' 2-part doc that's dropping Saturday.

Morrissey is also seeking a temporary restraining order in her action -- again, that's often the mechanism used when someone wants a judge to step in and halt the release of a film or television project. Considering the doc's release date is just a couple days away ... that would make sense, although it's impossible to tell for sure with the docs being under seal.

Now, what's interesting in the docs here is that the judge actually ordered all the docs to remain temporarily under seal -- and set a hearing date for next week to determine whether they should stay that way as the case plays out.

Of course, the Wendy doc drops this weekend ... and while the hearing on the sealing issue falls after the release date -- it's possible the court will rule on the merits of what Morrissey's asking for ... namely, injunctive relief against A&E -- while the docs are temporarily sealed. No word yet on a ruling on that front.

We've reached out to Morrissey and A&E for comment ... no word back from her yet, but A&E told us they had no comment.

Brandi Glanville Threatens to Sue Bravo ... Andy Cohen Responds to Facetime Claim

update

Andy Cohen just responded to Brandi's claim about the video she says he sent her -- and he now says she's blowing it out of proportion.

He writes, "The video shows Kate Chastain and I very clearly joking to Brandi. It was absolutely meant in jest, and Brandi’s response clearly communicated she was in on the joke.  That said, it was totally inappropriate and I apologize."

Brandi Glanville is putting Bravo's parent company and others on notice that she's prepared to take them to court over this whole 'Girls Trip' drama she's been roped into ... and lays out her grievances in no uncertain terms in a letter that her attorneys just fired off.

The 'Real Housewives' star has lawyered up with the likes of Mark Geragos and Bryan Freedman -- big shot lawyers in Hollywood -- and they sent NBCUniversal a demand letter Thursday that threatens a lawsuit on behalf of their client ... and they're telling the network to preserve all potential evidence as Brandi prepares for what could be a messy legal battle.

The letter, obtained by TMZ, spells out exactly why Brandi is considering suing here -- and according to her legal team ... she feels like she's been chewed up and spit out by Bravo and all other parties involved in producing and airing a show that makes them millions.

They're strong, writing ... "Over the past year, Ms. Glanville has been subjected to a vicious media campaign based on false allegations of sexual misconduct. The false narrative, which NBC and Shed Media have apparently decided to foment, arises from Ms. Glanville’s experience on 'Ultimate Girls Trip: Morocco.'"

Her attorneys add ... "While the experience has been a nightmare for Ms. Glanville, it is far from the first time Ms. Glanville has been used and abused by NBC, Bravo, Warner Bros., and Shed Media. Indeed, Ms. Glanville has long been taken advantage of by the institutions with which she is indelibly tied personally, professionally, financially, and in the public mind."

Brandi's lawyers claim that while she's been loyal to NBCU over the years ... she's only received mistreatment in return -- including this latest saga with fellow 'Housewife' Caroline Manzo, who recently sued Bravo claiming she was the victim of sexual misconduct from Brandi during the filming of 'Girls Trip: Morocco,' but BG defends herself here.

Long story short ... Brandi's attorneys say that Caroline's narrative of being forcibly kissed and groped by Brandi during the filming of that show was actually consensual -- with Brandi's team claiming Caroline was inviting that sort of behavior, which she also alleges was facilitated and even encouraged by producers during the filming.

SERIOUS ACCUDATIONS

There's another salacious allegation that Brandi's attorneys float in this letter they sent -- evidence for which is not attached in their correspondence -- that invokes the name of Andy Cohen.

Brandi's team claims that in 2022, Andy subjected Brandi to sexual harassment by sending her a video -- one in which she claims he boasted of his intent to sleep with another Bravo star that night ... and allegedly inviting her to watch it all via Facetime.

Her attorneys characterize her role in all this one of a "sacrificial lamb," and they say Brandi isn't going to take it anymore ... so she's telling Bravo and co. to get ready to go to battle.

She hasn't sued just yet ... but it sounds like she's ready to go to war if they can't resolve things outside of court. We've reached out to NBCU for comment ... so far, no word back.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed Involuntary Manslaughter Trial Begins ... Opening Statements

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed's manslaughter trial kicked off Thursday, and both the prosecution and defense have revealed their hands for the court battle ... with the prosecution laying the blame squarely on HGR while the defense is pointing to a broader institutional failure.

The "Rust" armorer -- who was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins -- appeared in a New Mexico court, and the opening statements took place not long ago.

The prosecution started the whole trial by first saying they believe it was Gutierrez-Reed's fault the live round that killed Hutchins ended up on set in the first place.

Prosecutors say Hannah didn't always adhere to safety protocols on set ... for example, they claim she didn't offer to show the actors the rounds inside the weapon or have the gun inspected in front of them -- a protocol prosecutors insist she was supposed to follow.

Hannah not following protocols was common on set according to the prosecution, which claims they'll provide several witnesses who will testify about Gutierrez-Reed not adequately performing her duties.

They say she regularly left guns and ammo just lying around the set ... and even allowed live ammo to make its way on set. They even claim Hannah couldn't recognize a live round when it was sitting in her lap.

In Hannah's defense, her lawyers say she was tasked with multiple jobs on set when she was just 24 -- both armorer and prop assistant -- which was a lot to ask her to do. Her team claims Hannah's age and relative anonymity make her an ideal scapegoat for the tragedy.

And, they're also saying she did her job well ... noting she even asked the production manager for more armorer days -- because she was splitting time between jobs and wanted to focus on her responsibilities in that domain. Her lawyers say her request was ultimately denied by the production.

Matt Araiza Signing With Chiefs 2 Months After Sexual Assault Lawsuit Dropped

Matt Araiza -- the former Bills punter who was cut by Buffalo in the 2022 preseason after a woman alleged he sexually assaulted her -- is now signing with the Chiefs ... roughly two months after his accuser dropped her lawsuit against him.

The 23-year-old football player's agents announced the move on social media Thursday afternoon ... praising the kicker for how he's handled everything since the allegations were first brought against him nearly two years ago.

"We are grateful to Brett Veach, coach [Andy] Reid and the @Chiefs organization for giving Matt this opportunity," JL Sports officials wrote on X. "Matt has been to hell and back in the last 18 months. He has handled himself with grace and humility that is truly inspiring."

They added, "Matt can now move forward knowing that this ordeal is behind him. He is thrilled to move forward as a part of the #ChiefsKingdom."

As we previously reported, Araiza's accuser claimed in a suit filed back in August '22 that when she was 17 years old, Araiza and two of his college football teammates raped her while she was attending a 2021 Halloween party at the punter's San Diego-area home.

Araiza was adamant at the time the claims were false ... and in December 2022, some four months after she filed the suit, prosecutors announced they would not be pressing charges against the NFLer.

"There is no path to a potential criminal conviction," they said in revealing their decision.

A year later, in December 2023, Araiza's attorneys announced the woman had dropped her suit after the parties reached an agreement.

"Matt is not paying the plaintiff any money," Araiza's lawyers said in a statement, "and he is reserving his right to pursue the plaintiff’s attorney, Dan Gilleon, and his law office for the harm that they have caused him."

Araiza was a sixth-round pick in the '22 NFL Draft ... and was slated to be the Bills' starting punter that season before the allegations came to light. He'll now compete to be Kansas City's starter -- after its longtime punter, Tommy Townsend, is expected to hit free agency this offseason.

Gabby Petito Family Settles Emotional Distress Lawsuit ... Avoids 'Prolonged Personal Conflict'

Gabby Petito's family has reached a settlement with her killer Brian Laundrie's family in their emotional distress lawsuit ... but the details aren't being released to the public.

An attorney for the Laundries, Steve Bertolino, released a statement on the settlement Wednesday, according to CNN, saying the two sides had reached an accord to avoid going to trial in the case.

Bertolino said the terms of the settlement are confidential ... so, unclear exactly how much money they settled for, if any. But, it ends a years-long saga that began when Brian killed Gabby in late August 2021.

The Petito family also made a statement through their lawyer who said the sides "reluctantly agreed" to avoid a difficult legal battle and "prolonged personal conflict."

A couple days after Laundrie killed Petito, he reportedly called his parents and told them Gabby was "gone" and he was going to need a lawyer before going on the run and sparking a statewide manhunt. He was later found dead, and the death was eventually ruled a suicide.

This call was apparently made weeks before Gabby's body was found in Wyoming ... a killing Brian later seemingly confessed to in a series of writings found at his death scene.

Ex-Soccer Star Dani Alves Sentenced To 4 1/2 Years In Prison ... Over Rape Conviction

Former Brazilian soccer star Dani Alves was sentenced to four and a half years in prison after being found guilty of raping a woman in a nightclub in 2022.

Spain's top court in Catalonia decided on the sentence on Thursday following a three-day trial earlier this month where the 40-year-old former Barcelona star was found guilty of the December '22 crime.

The woman testified at trial that after dancing with Alves at a New Year's Eve party, they went to the bathroom, but she decided she wanted to leave ... that's when she said she was raped.

As for the 4 1/2 year punishment, the court said, "the sentence considers that it has been proven that the victim did not consent and that there is evidence, in addition to the testimony of the plaintiff, to consider the rape proven."

Alves will also have to pay a near-$163k fine to the victim.

It's not nearly the sentence length prosecutors were hoping for ... they wanted Alves thrown behind bars for 9 years. The victim was hoping for even more.

Despite the sentence, the victim's lawyer, David Saenz said they were happy the court acknowledged "that the victim was telling the truth and that she suffered."

Alves initially denied any wrongdoing, claiming he didn't know the woman, but later changed his story several times.

After biological evidence was presented, Alves admitted he had sex with the woman, insisting it was consensual ... saying he only lied because he was married.

Alves' lawyer Ines Guardiola continued to insist her client's innocent, announcing they'd appeal.

"I still believe in Dani Alves' innocence. We haven't read the whole sentence yet because it's very long, but we are going to study it in detail now. We defend [Alves'] innocence."

Before the arrest, Alves was considered one of the best defensive players of all time ... and spent time with Barcelona, Juventus, and Paris-Saint Germain during his 20-year career.

He has won major titles, including an Olympic gold medal and two Copa Americas for Brazil.
