21 Savage Career Being Derailed By ICE ... No End Date, Can't Leave
-
Exclusive
- 1.2K shares
21 Savage is a prisoner of America's immigration system -- he's facing deportation, he can't leave the country, his ability to make a living is severely impaired and he doesn't even have a court date.
As TMZ reported ... Savage was arrested in Atlanta back in February and placed in ICE custody. Turns out he entered the U.S. legally from the UK back in 2005, but his visa expired and he's been here illegally for years.
The rapper wasn't even able to get a work permit for 8 months, which meant he couldn't work domestically. He finally got one last month, so at least now he can work in the U.S. ... but traveling out of the country is out of the question until he gets things cleared up with immigration.
As you know, selling records doesn't cut it anymore, so artists make their money by doing concerts, and every country out of the U.S. is off-limits to him.
Here's the underlying problem ... we're told immigration courts in the ATL are ridiculously overcrowded with hundreds of backlogged cases. There are people who have gotten court dates for 2022. Savage hasn't even gotten a court date, so it could take years to resolve his case.
Little did we know the slow-turning wheels of American bureaucracy have been screwing him over behind the scenes. Kinda opens your eyes, huh?

Anthony Scaramucci Wife's Insurance Goes After Feds ... You Wrecked Her 2015 Land Rover!!!
-

The Department of Homeland Security was anything BUT secure when it wrecked Anthony Scaramucci's wife's SUV ... so claims her insurance company in a new lawsuit.
According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Deidre Scaramucci's insurer, Cincinnati Insurance Co., claims a DHS agent was following Mrs. Mooch too closely on August 14, 2017, as she drove through Manhattan.
The agent, behind the wheel of a Ford SUV, collided with Deidre's 2015 Land Rover in what turned out to be a 5-figure wreck ... according to Cincinnati Insurance. It forked over $41,785.58 to cover the damages -- and now wants some payback from the U.S. of A.
As for why the agent was even driving behind Deidre -- the lawsuit doesn't say he was on the clock, so it could just be coincidence. It's worth noting the accident happened 14 days after President Trump said adios Mooch-acho after his infamous 10 days on the job as White House Communications Director.
Soooo, in this case anyway, the insult came before the injury to Mrs. Mooch's whip.
A government spokesperson declined to comment.

Alec Baldwin Sues Man in Parking Space Dispute ... I Didn't Punch You!!!

Alec Baldwin says he never punched a man during a heated parking space dispute -- despite what the guy claimed -- so now Alec's suing the guy for defamation.
According to the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- the "SNL" star claims Wojciech Cieszkowski repeatedly lied about what went down during the 2018 spat.
Baldwin says, "When two New Yorkers get into an argument over a parking space, typically what happens is they exchange a few sharp words and then move on with their lives. But that is not what happened here. Cieszkowski has instead made up a false story about the encounter and refused to move on unless Baldwin succumbs to his extortionate demands."
As we reported ... Baldwin says the whole thing started when Cieszkowski pulled into a parking spot and came way too close to his wife and child waiting on the curb.
Baldwin does fess up to "lightly" pushing Cieszkowski during the dispute but says his opponent then lied to cops, claiming he was badly assaulted. Baldwin points to hospital records and video surveillance footage to back up his side of things. The video seems to back up his story.
Baldwin cut a deal with prosecutors earlier this year and was only charged with harassment in the 2nd degree. He was sentenced to just a few anger management courses ... but now he wants a jury to decide if he's the victim ... of defamation.

Kate Beckinsale is a single woman again, TMZ has learned, because her divorce is now final.
The family law judge just made it official. Kate is no longer married to Len Wiseman, whom she married in 2004.
The relationship hit the rocks in 2015, when Len was spotted out with model CJ Franco.
The couple had no kids together, so all that was left after the marriage disintegrated was dividing property. Our sources say there was no prenup. Kate had asked in her divorce docs, filed by disso queen Laura Wasser, to keep her jewelry and personal effects. She also wanted to keep her earnings after the date of separation.
In the divorce docs, both Kate and Len waived any right to spousal support.
As for Kate ... she was briefly dating Pete Davidson, but no word if she's moved on to someone else.

Felicity Huffman Serving the Community ... As is Required
Felicity Huffman is still doing time -- a few hours at a time -- as part of her community service sentence for her role in the college bribery scandal.
The actress appeared to be in good spirits as she left The Teen Project near Los Angeles Sunday, even flashing a slight smile as she walked to her ride.
Felicity spent 3 hours inside the center for the nonprofit organization -- which serves at-risk homeless and sex-trafficked young women -- presumably to chip away at the 250 hours she needs to log per her sentencing guidelines.
As we reported ... Huffman was released from prison after doing just 11 days behind bars at FCI Dublin in Northern California, but she's been serious about settling her debt to society since she got out.
Her husband, William H. Macy, has been by her side a lot as she handles her probation business ... even giving her a lift in his classic Porsche.

Lil Rel Howery My Baby Mama's a Liar!!! Asks Judge to Let Son Live with Him

Lil Rel Howery claims he was hustled, scammed and bamboozled by his baby mama, who he alleges led a double life -- so he's filed docs requesting sole custody of their kid.
Now, buckle up, because this is one of the more mind-blowing child custody cases. According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Lil Rel claims his baby mama, LeChez Davis, told him he fathered their son, and also that she had divorced her husband. Rel also claims she told him the child had his last name.
Things got twisted though -- according to the "Get Out" star, Davis allegedly told her husband the same story -- that HE was the daddy. Rel claims Davis even put her hubby's last name on the baby's birth certificate, instead of Rel's.
In docs, Lil Rel says Davis kept playing him and her husband ... while he was flying her and the baby from Illinois to Cali for visits -- and voluntarily providing financial support for the child.
He says everything went south, though, when he posted a picture on Instagram calling the kid his son. Rel says someone contacted him and told him the real father is Davis' husband.
As a result, Rel claims he took a paternity test in October which revealed -- drumroll, please -- Rel IS the biological father!!!
Rel says Davis used their kid as a pawn in a "nefarious scheme replete with concealment, misrepresentations and deception in an attempt to defraud."
He now wants full custody and the legal authority to make all parental decisions for their now 2-year-old son -- including, moving him to California.
A judge has yet to rule on his request.

5:27 PM PT -- Andrew's painting a very different version of what went down.
A rep for the actor tells TMZ ... Andrew claims he never hit anyone and says he pushed his roommate in self-defense after the man came after him in a drunken rage.
Andrew's team also claims he did not know about the restraining order when he returned to the apartment, and he has not been served with the paperwork.
Even the guy who scored as sweet a role as Leatherface in "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" has roommates -- ahh, the actor's life -- and one of 'em's accusing him of getting violent.
Andrew Bryniarski played the masked mass murderer in the 2003 version of 'Chainsaw' ... alongside Jessica Biel. According to docs, Andrew's currently residing in L.A. with 3 roommates, and in the days leading up to Halloween an argument broke out over the house rules and rent.
Marcus Silver claims Andrew "sucker punched" him during the Oct. 23 confrontation ... putting him down on the ground with a split lip. He says Leatherface bolted from their home the next day but left some threatening voicemails and text messages.
According to the request for a restraining order -- filed by Marcus -- one of Andrew's texts sounds like an outtake from 'Chainsaw.' He allegedly wrote, "Before you open yr mouth again and say dumb s**t to me or about me ... remember from here on. Lessons and repercussions in the form of pain and the loss of basic life functions will come find you swiftly and justly w no delay or restraint no regret. I'm not the one to f**k with."
If that's not scary enough ... Marcus claims there was another text that simply read, "F**k w me and I'll shatter the illusions along w yr facial bones." Method acting at its finest?
According to the docs, Andrew -- who also famously played Lattimer in "The Program" -- returned with police on Oct. 29, attempting to move back in, but his alleged texts had scared his roommates enough that they changed the locks.
Marcus says they're expecting Andrew's return any day now, which is why he filed for, and was granted, a restraining order. The actor now has to stay 100 yards away from Marcus and the other 2 roommates.

Vicki Gunvalson Kelly Dodd Tried to Burn My Biz Rep ... I'm Suing Her Ass!!!
-

4:15 PM PT -- Vicki's attorney just told us they've filed to dismiss the lawsuit against NBCUniversal and Bravo. Good news for the networks, however they're still suing Kelly.
Vicki Gunvalson is fuming over some good ol' fashioned trash talk her 'RHOC' costar Kelly Dodd dropped because she fears it could sink her real-life career.
According to docs filed Friday, and obtained by TMZ, a Jane Roe is suing Kelly and "The Real Housewives of Orange County" producers at Bravo and NBCUniversal over 3 statements Kelly allegedly barked at Vicki while shooting an episode in Key West:
- "You prey on older people."
- "You are a con woman."
- "You engaged in 'fraud.'"
Vicki says those things are all lies, and she told producers so, in writing ... explaining why each claim was false and could be damaging to her livelihood if they air.
Now, it's pretty clear the person behind the pseudonym, "Jane Roe," is Vicki because she describes herself as a TV personality on 'RHOC' who is also a retirement planning specialist and prez of an insurance and financial services company. So, yeah ... it's Vicki.
In the suit, Vicki points out she's never been sued over the last 31 years of her profession ... and has an A-Plus rating with the Better Business Bureau.
It's unclear from the docs if Kelly's remarks are actually going to air on the current season of 'RHOC,' but Vicki's going on the offensive because she believes the producers are going to leave it in the episode. She has reason to be worried ... in the trailer for season 14, Kelly drops the "con woman" line.
Vicki's not asking producers to kill the whole episode, she just wants those 3 sentences from Kelly's lips to be left on the cutting room floor. As she puts it, NBCUniversal "will suffer no harm to their popular TV program by removing a fraction of an overall episode."
Vicki's suing to get an injunction to block the episode from airing as is, and also for damages.

7:37 AM PT -- Conor McGregor does it again!!! He formally pled guilty in his pub attack case -- but received NO jail time, despite facing 6 months behind bars.
Instead, the court fined McGregor €1,000 ... which converts to roughly $1,116.
Plus, during the hearing, it was confirmed McGregor struck a private financial settlement with the victim, but the exact number was not revealed.
Bottom line, Conor's rich as hell ... so a fine is barely a slap on the wrist.
During the hearing, McGregor told the court, "I assure you nothing of this nature will happen again regarding me."
Yeah, we've heard that one before. By the way, during the hearing it was reportedly revealed that Conor has 18 previous convictions, including a prior assault in 2009. Most of the incidents are moving vehicle violations, like speeding, etc.
Conor McGregor just showed up in court in Ireland where his lawyer told the judge the UFC star will plead GUILTY in his pub attack case.
The UFC superstar is facing one charge of assault after he socked a man in the face at the Marble Arch Pub in Dublin back on April 6, in footage obtained by TMZ Sports.
The charge carries a maximum punishment of 6 months behind bars.

— Irish Daily Mirror (@IrishMirror) November 1, 2019 @IrishMirror
McGregor showed up to court Friday in a fancy suit ... but he wasn't smiling and goofing around. Instead, he was clasping his hands and had his game face on as he walked into the building.
Inside the courtroom, McGregor's attorney told the court his client will be pleading guilty -- but it's not over yet. The court is on a short recess and will resume at 7 AM PT.
The victim in the incident did NOT show up to the hearing and chose not to submit a victim impact statement, according to local reports.
Prosecutors are lobbying to screen the attack video in court before sentencing this afternoon, but Conor's side is trying to block that.
The decision will ultimately be made when court resumes after the break.
McGregor has previously admitted to ESPN he was "in the wrong" for punching the man at the bar ... saying, "That man deserved to enjoy his time in the pub without having it end the way it did."
"I tried to make amends and I made amends back then. But, it doesn't matter. I was in the wrong."
Seems like now he's worked out a plea deal with prosecutors. We'll find out soon how this whole thing will play out.
Stay tuned ...

Britt McHenry Ups Ante in Sex Harassment Case Against Ex-Cohost Tyrus
-
Exclusive

4:49 PM PT -- A FOX News spokesperson tells TMZ, "As we previously said, this matter was immediately and thoroughly investigated by an outside law firm charged with providing independent factual findings and recommendations for action based on the evidence. All protocols were followed; the recommendations we received were appropriate and promptly implemented."
The statement continues, "Since then, we voluntarily engaged a second outside investigator to look at any additional evidence presented, and to review the first investigator’s findings/recommendations in light of any evidence. Again, all protocols were followed and the second set of recommendations fully affirmed the first set."
Finally, "We respect the confidentiality of our employees and their involvement in any HR process and therefore will not comment on the results of either independent investigation. We will, however, defend the administrative charge filed in the New York State Division of Human Rights.”
Fox Nation host Britt McHenry is taking a big step toward filing a sexual harassment lawsuit against her former cohost, Tyrus and Fox.
Britt's beef with Tyrus made headlines earlier this year when she complained to the network about the former pro-wrestler sending her lewd texts -- but now she's raised the stakes by filing a sexual harassment complaint with New York State's Division of Human Rights.
In docs, obtained by TMZ, Britt details those alleged text messages, and several incidents she certainly considered creepy. For instance, in October 2018 she claims her "UN-PC" cohost sent several texts saying how much he loved her hair and legs, and specified sexual acts he wanted to do to her. In November, he allegedly sent one saying, "I'll show you what it mean to be bad Britt McHenry// D**k pic coming in 5 sec!!!!"
Britt says after that she tried to maintain a cordial working relationship with Tyrus ... so they went out to dinner in November 2018, after a taping. She claims he drank excessively and while walking after the meal, he "grabbed my hand in an aggressive and sexual manner." She says she pulled away and went to her hotel room, leaving him in lobby.
Then, a couple months later on New Year's Eve, she says her boyfriend came to NYC and Tyrus flipped out -- allegedly sending her angry texts. She claims the tormenting continued into January 2019, and she finally went to the executive producer of "UN-PC" to report Tyrus ... but she claims nothing changed.
Britt, who's hired celeb attorney Lisa Bloom, says she went back to the EP after an April 12, 2019 incident where Tyrus allegedly screamed at her on set. She claims the EP told her to quit complaining because she was "replaceable" and Fox "never wanted" her in the first place.
She says Tyrus was never disciplined and ended up getting his own show -- while Fox stopped promoting her and stopped inviting her as a guest on other Fox News programs.
All of this is a clear precursor to a lawsuit for 2 reasons. First, the filing with NY State has to be made before filing a lawsuit. Secondly, she's hired Bloom.
We've reached out to Fox News and Tyrus' reps for comment.

4:23 PM PT -- The D.A.'s office now tells us it was referring to a version of our video that had been edited by another outlet when it said the video was incomplete. Prosecutors have now clarified ... our video shows the complete physical encounter.
12:58 PM PT -- The D.A.'s office released a statement saying, "We’ve provided defense counsel a short clip from one of the incidents and, within 24 hours, that video had been released to the media."
It continues, "We feel that the release is inappropriate and an effort to taint the jury pool. The video released was also incomplete and only shows conduct from immediately after the charged incident."
We've asked the D.A. to specify the incident, as the only other incident mentioned in the indictment is a sexual remark Gooding allegedly made ... but we have not gotten clarification.
11:51 AM PT -- Cuba's attorney, Mark Jay Heller, just spoke to reporters and went off on prosecutors ... calling them out for "maliciously prosecuting" Cuba. Heller said he's confident this case will not result in any conviction.
As for the TAO video ... Heller describes it this say: "At roughly 4:30 AM at the end of the day, Cuba is exiting the facility and, with the back of his hand -- his fingernail -- he taps the lady in the back and turns around to give her a high-five just as a salutation of goodbye. It's not criminal conduct whatsoever."
11:31 AM PT -- Cuba has just pled not guilty to the new charges. He was seen walking into court in handcuffs for his arraignment. As we reported ... he faces 2 more sexual abuse charges after a third NYC accuser emerged.
A smirking Cuba Gooding was smirking as he was lead into court in handcuffs for his arraignment in new sex assault charges. pic.twitter.com/QLigl1ELrN
— Myles Miller (@MylesMill) October 31, 2019 @MylesMill
Cuba Gooding Jr. definitely made contact with the backside of a TAO nightclub server -- that's clear in this surveillance video, but it could still be key in helping the actor beat the charges.
TMZ's obtained security footage of the alleged butt-touching incident that got Gooding indicted on 2 of the 6 counts he's facing. Natasha Ashworth claims he used his right hand to pinch her right buttock as he was walking past her at TAO in NYC ... around 4:20 AM on Oct. 24, 2018.
Two camera angles back up much of Ashworth's account of what went down. After the initial contact, you can see she's agitated and there's a heated convo. She claims she told Gooding not to touch her butt, and he replied, "Aw, that's no fun, and I didn't, I touched your back."
The video shows Cuba attempting to point out where he claims he touched her. However, as prosecutors said in the indictment ... you see Natasha grab his arm and motion him away.
What's NOT clear from the video is what kind of contact Gooding made with Natasha's backside -- a glancing touch, a pat or the "pinch" she and prosecutors allege. That could help the Oscar winner if this goes before a jury, where prosecutors would have to prove the allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.
On the other hand, Gooding is charged with sexual abuse in the third degree and forcible touching -- and a jury could see the contact constituting the latter.
His attorney, Mark Jay Heller tells us, "This is a bogus butt grope claim. The video proves Cuba is innocent beyond a reasonable doubt."
Gooding will be in a Manhattan courtroom Thursday to be arraigned on counts 5 and 6 -- related to a separate accuser.
TMZ broke the story, there's also security footage of the rooftop bar incident from this past June which resulted in the initial indictment. You'll recall, that accuser claims Gooding touched her breast.
He's pleading not guilty to all 6 counts.
As we first reported ... Ashworth is also suing Gooding Jr. for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Her attorney, Joshua Kleiman, declined to comment on the surveillance video.

He also provided some details on the case ... sounds like it will be ongoing for months, at the very least.
R. Kelly's officially got problems from head-to-toe -- an infection on one of his little piggies forced him to miss a date ... with the judge.
The singer's lawyer, Steven Greenberg, says Kelly was absent from federal court in Chicago Wednesday because he had an infection that required his toenail to be removed.
Kelly was worried someone would step on his ailing tootsie if he appeared in the courtroom ... according to Greenberg. He adds that Kelly is in a walking boot as he recovers from the infection and procedure.
As for the hearing ... it was mostly procedural and just the lawyers for both sides were present -- no defendants were there either. The next hearing was scheduled for February.

No word if any future hearings for any of those cases will be impacted by the, umm ... bump and grinding of his toenail. Nasty.
