Artem Chigvintsev and Nikki Bella are about to start a new chapter in their lives ... because we've learned they've settled their divorce.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Artem and Nikki went to mediation earlier this month and hammered out a divorce settlement.

Our sources tell us Artem and Nikki decided to quickly settle their divorce because they both want to move on, in part because it was getting very expensive to pay lawyers ... plus the whole process was becoming emotionally draining.

Zach Bryan has some folks thinking his onstage outburst while singing about "exes" was a direct shot at Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia ... but it's been part of his act since long before their nasty split.

The country star -- who has been at the center of a contentious breakup with the Barstool Sports personality -- hit the road for the next leg of his "Quittin' Time" tour, making his first stop since August in Edmonton, Canada over the weekend.

All eyes were on Zach during the show, as the crooner has been noticeably tight-lipped amid Brianna's many claims of abuse and infidelity in the weeks following their breakup.

6:10 PM PT -- In the new "BFF's" podcast episode, Brianna LaPaglia dove into some of the emotional abuse she endured while dating Zach Bryan.

Starting off with a huge admission ... Brianna was allegedly offered $12 million by Zach's team to sign an NDA ... which she clearly rejected.

Brianna talked about the infamous Raya profile screenshot that went viral on social media ... revealing that she got a bunch of DMs telling her Zach was on the dating app.

BL says he allegedly merely responded that he "reactivated" the app when confronted ... which is why she claims he posted about the breakup ... 'cause he got caught.

What's more ... Brianna says there was a lot of isolation and manipulation in their relationship, giving the example of Zach allegedly not liking her Golden Globes dress and not wanting to date someone who presented themselves like that ... so he unfollowed her -- but he later reposted the dress snap, claiming she was beautiful ... among many other examples throughout the podcast.

Brianna claims there was never a breakup convo, and their relationship ended with Zach telling her he 'couldn't do this,' only to head back to Oklahoma by himself.

Brianna LaPaglia appears to not be wasting any time moving on from her rocky split with ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan -- a moving truck was spotted outside his Massachusetts mansion.

TMZ obtained a picture outside Zach's waterfront mansion an hour south of Boston Thursday. He bought the property for $7.450 million in July to be closer to Brianna, who splits her time between NYC and MA, where she's originally from.

It's very clear based on this picture that the breakup, which has been splashed all over headlines, is complete.
