Here's the deal ... a Lamborghini Urus burst into flames early Saturday morning in L.A.'s San Fernando Valley -- TMZ was first to post the video, showing good Samaritans pulling a male driver from the exotic whip right before it burst into flames. The driver had been evading cops chasing him for alleged reckless driving.

Bhad Bhabie -- aka Danielle Bregoli -- got dragged into this mess Monday, when a local L.A. station reported the burnt-up Lambo was registered to her, and the driver was reportedly her brother.

Liam Payne's fatal fall was witnessed by a hotel guest who was at the CasaSur Palermo in Buenos Aires for his wedding, and he is haunted by what he saw.

Bret Watson was in a room on the first floor of the hotel with his wedding planner, and as they looked out the window they saw Liam in free fall. Bret appears in our new documentary, "TMZ Presents: Liam Payne: Who's to Blame?" airing on FOX tonight at 8 PM ET and streaming on Hulu beginning Tuesday.

Bret and the wedding planner ran to the balcony and looked down ... and immediately identified Liam, who he believes died instantly.

Bret says the sound of Liam's body hitting the ground was even more haunting than the fall itself, and it's apparent from the interview he's still having pretty severe emotional difficulty.

Brandi Glanville is turning to Dr. Terry Dubrow as she searches for a way to repair her face ... the two connected over the weekend and Terry's got a plan of attack.

3:22 PM PT -- The LAPD has released an update to the case ... "The Los Angeles Police Department received notification from Customs Border Protection that Hannah Kobayashi had presented herself on December 15, 2024, for entry into the US and appeared in good health.

"This case is now closed. Hannah Kobayashi has been removed from the Missing and Unidentified Persons System (MUPS)."

Hannah Kobayashi -- the Hawaii woman who temporarily went missing back in November -- is back on American soil ... after crossing the border into Mexico.

Our sources tell us Hannah crossed back into California from Mexico over the weekend, and she was questioned by U.S. officials to make sure everything was OK.

We're told Hannah appeared healthy and was not under any duress ... and she met her lawyer at the border and left with him after crossing into the United States.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's house was visited by police once again ... this time over a simple parking dispute -- TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... a moving company came by Kim and Kroy's Georgia home Sunday morning to move some of the last items out.

However, we're told Kroy parked his car in front of the moving truck so it was unable to leave ... allegedly because he didn't want Kim leaving with items he didn't think she should have.

The lawyer representing Erik and Lyle Menendez's victims who are also family members says the handwriting is already on the wall with the new L.A. County District Attorney ... and the writing he saw reeks of bias against the bros.

Bryan Freedman wrote a scathing email, obtained by TMZ, to new D.A. Nathan Hochman, calling him out for meeting with only one Menendez family member ... the one who has gone on the record calling the 2 men cold-blooded killers and advocating that they rot in jail.
