Ashley Darby and her estranged husband, Michael, are finally moving forward with their divorce ... TMZ has learned.

Online court records show ... the "Real Housewives of Potomac" star filed to end her marriage -- more than 2 years after separating from the businessman.

It sounds like the exes' divorce will wrap up pretty neatly, Michael tells TMZ ... they've already reached "an amicable and fair settlement" -- further sharing that they had a prenup. He tells us ... Ashley's lawyers filed their agreed settlement with the court today ... which includes their decision to share custody of their 2 children, sons Dean and Dylan.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann's most recent call to cops started when she allegedly tried to take a bunch of stuff from the house ... sparking verbal arguments between the two.

TMZ has obtained the incident report from police ... with officers saying they arrived at the house Monday and found Kim waiting, who they say asked them to stand by while she gathered some belongings from their shared Georgia mansion.

The TikToker seems shocked, questioning why the men showed up at his house. The P.I.s asked if he'd been paid to talk about the Diddy content on his platform, and he replied, "No."

The streaming quality during the Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul fight was so bad, Netflix has actually just been hit with a class-action lawsuit over it, TMZ Sports has learned.

Court documents we obtained show Ronald "Blue" Denton filed the suit in Florida on Monday ... just three days after he says he and thousands of others struggled to watch Netflix's broadcast of El Gallo's big win over Iron Mike.

Denton claims that as soon as he and others tuned in to the broadcast at around 8 PM ET on Friday -- they "were faced with legendary problems, including: no access, streaming glitches, and buffering issues."
