The Ohio shooting that nearly took out Bounty Tank -- the famed bounty hunter -- is all on video recorded for his show, and TMZ got the first look at the incident he's lucky to have survived.

This never-before-seen raw footage shows the moment Frank Frazier -- better known as "Bounty Tank" -- is struck by gunfire. You see him rounding a corner outside a house in Akron last month as he tries to serve a warrant, commanding the suspect to put his hands up ... when suddenly 2 gunshots ring out.

Scary moment at home for Brooks Nader ... the Sports Illustrated cover model claims someone tried to gain entry into her home ... and now police are involved.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brooks called police to her Bel Air rental home last week after she claims she experienced a possible trespassing attempt.

Our sources tell us Brooks told police two men and a woman showed up at the gate to her property and were denied entry, but one of them made it past the gate and onto her property.

Big break in Liam Payne's death investigation -- Buenos Aires authorities have charged 3 people they believe were involved ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 3 people were charged Thursday, and at least one of the suspects worked at the CasaSur Palermo Hotel, where Liam died.

We're told one suspect is described as a "friend" who was in Liam's hotel room with him, but left him there at some point before he died. That suspect has been charged with abandonment of a person before death.

Brianna LaPaglia appears to not be wasting any time moving on from her rocky split with ex-boyfriend Zach Bryan -- a moving truck was spotted outside his Massachusetts mansion.

Incoming Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman says one of his first orders of business is tackling Erik and Lyle Melendez's bid for freedom ... and the clock's ticking.

Hochman, who just defeated incumbent George Gascón at the ballot box, tells TMZ ... if the Menendez brothers' resentencing case lands on his desk on his first day as D.A., on December 2, he will hit the ground running, poring over documents and talking to all parties involved.
