Mike Shouhed's entering a diversion program after his alleged 2022 assault of his then-fiancée Paulina Ben-Cohen ... and TMZ has obtained shocking video of the violent incident.

The "Shahs of Sunset" alum went to court Tuesday ... where a judge ruled he must enter one year of a mental health diversion program after he was arrested in 2022 and charged with assault and battery.

A protective order for Paulina has also been issued, and Mike must not use or threaten force or violence.

The O.C. must be smaller than we realize, as another love triangle is set to shake up "Real Housewives of Orange County" ... Alexis Bellino's ex-husband Jim and Elizabeth Lyn Vargas are now an item.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … Jim and Elizabeth have been dating for around a month now, after meeting through one of the co-hosts of the "Girls Talk" podcast.

We're told Jim and Elizabeth are both huge golfers and initially hit it off over their shared love of the sport.

Huge break in the case involving the alleged attempted murder of fitness influencer Miguel Angel Aguilar ... cops say they've made arrests.

The LAPD announced Wednesday three men have been arrested and charged with felonies in connection to Miguel's September shooting.

TMZ broke the story ... Miguel was allegedly followed to his Los Angeles home by four men, who approached him with guns when he got out of his car and shot him in the face during an attempted robbery.

Patriots DT Christian Barmore accused Providence police of acting "unprofessional" and racist during a traffic stop on Wednesday. However, body camera footage released by PPD seems to tell a different story.

"I just experienced for the first time 5 Providence cops being very unprofessional racism at it's finest," the 25-year-old former 2nd round draft pick wrote on X at 1:22 AM in a since-deleted tweet, describing the incident as he saw it.
