Nev Schulman is ready to hit the road again after breaking his neck in a near-fatal collision last month.

The "Catfish" star tells TMZ ... he's on the mend after he was hit by a truck while riding his e-bike in Long Island, NY ... revealing he's set to get an X-ray next week to see if his spine has fully healed. If so, Nev will be allowed to take off his neck brace ... which is necessary if he wants to start training for a marathon sooner rather than later.

While Nev admits he still has a lot of nerve pain and discomfort in his hands and arms ... he's determined to complete 26.2 miles in the near future.

Lisa Vanderpump is ready to SUR-ve up some drama with a new cast of characters ... TMZ has learned cameras have picked up at her restaurant for a new project.

Sources familiar with the project tell TMZ … production crews have been filming a possible new show at LVP's West Hollywood hot spot, SUR, the last couple of weeks.

We're told the cast for the pilot is made up of entirely new faces, all of whom are employees at SUR -- much like how "Vanderpump Rules" first started with Tom Sandoval, Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor, Scheana Shay, among others, in 2013.

Colt Gray, the suspected Georgia high school shooter, came from an "absolutely horrible" home life ... with Child Protective Services called to the Gray family home as many as 4 times by their former neighbor, TMZ has learned.

The neighbor, Lauren Vickers, tells TMZ she called emergency services for help after she saw 14-year-old Colt wearing the same clothes daily, and his 2 younger siblings being locked out of the house at night, screaming and crying to get in.

Lauren alleges she witnessed Colt’s parents getting into heated arguments outside the house multiple times, often in the driveway.

Blueface’s 4-year prison sentence is underway now that he's been transferred from the Men’s Central Jail in downtown Los Angeles to North Kern State Prison in central California.

TMZ’s obtained Blueface’s new mugshot, snapped Thursday as he entered general population at his medium custody facility ... where he'll have a lineup of potential jobs and classes ahead, all aimed at prepping him for life after prison.

Blueface's already a successful rapper, so getting back into the swing of things after lock-up shouldn't be too rough.

TMZ's obtained legal documents detailing the lead-up to the porn star's arrest ... with an officer saying a white 4-door Lexus came to his attention when he spotted it driving over the speed limit.

He claims he checked the license plate and discovered the car had expired tags, at which point he pulled the vehicle over. The officer says that's when he noticed a THC vape pen on Kendra's lap -- she was sitting in the passenger seat -- and asked for her ID.

In his controversial new documentary, "Lover of Men" filmmaker Shaun Peterson makes a compelling case for the theory that President Abraham Lincoln was gay.

Peterson notes it was a common practice for men to share a bed in those days, as a way to save money ... but Lincoln did not face financial restraints at the time, earning several incomes from being a legislator and lawyer -- yet he still chose to split a mattress with businessman Joshua Fry Speed for 4 years.

"Basketball Wives" star Jennifer Williams' wedding plans are hitting a speed bump -- her fiancé Christian Gold is going to jail a week before he's supposed to be at the altar ... TMZ has learned.

Christian was taken into custody Friday morning in Georgia's DeKalb County courthouse for a probation violation. The judge sentenced Christian to 15 days behind bars, which must have been a major shock for Jennifer, who was in court supporting her man.

However, the judge showed some mercy for the couple's marital plans -- Christian's going to do 2 days in jail for now, and then he'll be temporarily released, so he can walk down the aisle.

2:18 PM PT -- The Atlanta division of the FBI confirmed the agency investigated threats made by then-13-year-old suspect Colt Gray via Discord in May 2023. The threats ... which included pictures of guns ... were to commit a future school shooting -- but no mention of when or where.

The FBI referred the threats to the Jackson County Sheriff's Office ... and deputies visited the home to interview the suspect and his father. The suspect denied making the threats ... and although there were guns in the home ... the father told deputies Colt did not have "unsupervised access."

It was determined there was no probable cause for arrest or any other action.

The suspect charged with murdering four people at a Georgia high school this week was banned from Discord for violating their extremism policy.

A rep for the popular messaging platform tells TMZ ... an account believed to be connected with Colt Gray was created in early April 2023 and banned just six weeks later for violating the platform's anti-extremism policy.

We're told "Discord’s Safety team immediately responded to law enforcement," provided all necessary info for their investigation, and removed the user from the platform.

11:47 AM PT -- Colt Gray is being charged with four counts of murder, according to a statement from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

New video from the aftermath of the deadly school shooting at a Georgia high school shows the heroism of the teachers and staff ... with a woman tending to one of the gunshot victims.

In the footage, obtained by TMZ, you see a body lying face-down on the floor and bleeding out ... with a woman, presumably a teacher, trying to stop the bleeding with rags and towels.

There's a ton of blood around the victim, who is down in one corner of the classroom ... chairs are knocked over and desks are askew ... indicating chaos and panic after shots rang out.

Jeannie says their divorce settlement calls for Jeezy to pay her for daycare costs and school tuition for their child, deposit at least $500,000 in an interest-bearing account for the kid, transfer the title for two cars, and cover four months of her rent.
