Fresh drama in the Kroy Biermann and Kim Zolciak divorce ... Kroy wants the judge to give him the power to force the sale of their Georgia mansion without Kim's input before it's foreclosed on ... and he's taking shots at her spending habits.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kroy claims their marital home is set for foreclosure next month ... but he says Kim is still scoffing at offers on the property, and racking up unnecessary expenses at a time when money is tight.

As TMZ reported, Kroy and Kim have reduced the price of their home down to $3.95 million ... but he says there haven't been any takers at that price ... and now Kroy says Kim balked at a $3.5 million offer he thinks a buyer is willing to pony up ... because she insists she won't take a dime under $3.85 mil.

A couple in Florida is suing the Orlando Police Department for what they say was a bogus SWAT raid at their home, stemming from false allegations of child porn ... and they say cops kept their baby for hours in a soiled diaper.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Christian and Laurie Ann Campbell claim OPD raided their home back in August 2020 based on false info that they were child molesters.

TMZ obtained video of the raid, and there's a massive police response ... and the sheer number of officers involved here is almost comical.

Denard Robinson has struck a deal with prosecutors to close out his drinking and driving case, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court records, the former University of Michigan superstar pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of operating while visibly impaired last week. In exchange, records show officials agreed to drop the misdemeanor operating while intoxicated count he had been first hit with.

A rep for the Ann Arbor City Attorney's Office tells us ... Robinson is now facing a sentence of up to 93 days in jail, up to $300 in fines, and four points to his driver's license. Under the initial OWI charge, Robinson had been facing up to 93 days in jail and a fine of up to $500 -- plus six points on his license.

Nikki Bella is on the hunt for a divorce lawyer ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Nikki has been making calls since Friday, and we're told her intention is to file to end her marriage to Artem Chigvintsev.

Nikki began the search a day after Artem allegedly attacked her, resulting in some physical injury that triggered his arrest for felony domestic violence.
