President Biden's proving he has rappers on speed dial just like Donald Trump does -- recruiting a pair of hip hop legends to help rally his down south supporters!!!

TMZ Hip Hop got this video of Fat Joe and E-40 performing onstage Friday for the prez and First Lady Jill Biden's post-debate rally in Raleigh, NC.

Biden displayed a jolt of energy he didn't have during last night's debate, and it's safe to say, the audience was feeling it.

A biker outlaw legend is weighing in on the new motorcycle club action-drama "The Bikeriders" ... saying people will flock to the life after seeing the flick, but they'd better earn their stripes the right way.

We talked with George Christie -- a former Hells Angels president for the Ventura chapter of the infamous motorcycle club -- and he knows a lot of young men and women will want to join big-name clubs after watching the feature film ... especially because America's obsessed with outlaw culture.

But, if they don't join a club, and just try to wear a Hell's Angels patch ... George says they could encounter big problems -- ranging from a "good ass-chewing to a good ass-kicking."

Polo G's family drama is spilling into the court system -- his mother Stacia Mac just filed for a domestic violence restraining order against her own daughter.

In court docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Stacia points to April 1 -- the day after Easter 2024 -- as the start of the trouble ... when she and her daughter Leilani almost took each other's heads off.

According to the filing, Stacia claims an intoxicated Leilani entered her home without her knowledge, and began attacking her inside her bedroom ... before running around the house destroying as much property as she could.

"Saturday Night Live" star Darrell Hammond isn't laughing about Thursday's presidential debate ... and is instead issuing a very stern warning regarding the country's future.

Darrell famously used to impersonate Donald Trump, Al Gore and Bill Clinton on 'SNL' ... but he told us he saw nothing funny about Thursday night's presidential face-off, calling the whole event sad and potentially dangerous.

This might sound odd coming from Darrell, who lampooned Trump for years, but he says fans should avoid mocking Trump's mannerisms ... because it makes him seem less dangerous.

These days, he thinks voters should take very seriously Trump's prior comments about wanting to become a dictator.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says if Joe Biden withdraws from the presidential race and another Democrat steps in, he's prepared to make the same offer he gave Biden ... if that candidate has a better chance of beating Trump, he'll withdraw from the race.

Kennedy appeared Friday on "TMZ Live" and restated his challenge ... if someone like Governor Gavin Newsom, Senator Raphael Warnock, Governor Gretchen Whitmer or Governor Wes Moore snag the nom, he wants an independent poll taken in October. Whoever polls better against Trump will cross the finish line, and the other will withdraw.

Biden never responded to RFK's offer ... which he said wasn't surprising. A different candidate might, however, take him up on the offer to create unity.

TikToker Eva Evans' official cause of death is suicide ... TMZ has confirmed.

A NYC medical examiner rep tells TMZ ... Eva died after hanging herself in her NYC apartment Saturday.

As we reported, law enforcement sources found Eva hanging inside her place after obtaining a key from a friend who last saw her the previous morning. When paramedics arrived, they pronounced her dead at the scene.
