Daniel Winter -- a popular tattoo artist better known by the moniker Winterstone -- tells TMZ ... Jessica came into his private West Los Angeles studio for a tattoo. While Winterstone wasn't supposed to work that day, he came in on his afternoon off to personally ink the star.

The actress got the quote "Life is transformation is life" tattooed on her arm in cursive ... running from her wrist to right around her elbow.

Sha'Vi Lewis, a reality star featured on "Project Runway" died on Monday ... TMZ has confirmed.

Sha'Vi's sister, Akira tells TMZ ... "We are in a state of disbelief as we come to the reality that our star has been caste into eternity. As the days move forward we will continue to wrap our minds around a future without your presence."

The Philadelphia Eagles have not formally rejected a visit to the White House ... that's because an invitation hasn't been extended yet, TMZ Sports has learned.

Reports that were published prior to the Super Bowl resurfaced over the weekend ... which stated if Jalen Hurts and Co. came out victorious against the Kansas City Chiefs on Feb. 9, they would not be making a trip to 1600 Penn to celebrate.

Lynne Marie Stewart, the actress best known for her roles in "American Graffiti,"  "Pee-wee’s Playhouse" and "It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia," has died, TMZ has confirmed.

Bette Smith, Stewart's manager tells TMZ ... the actress died unexpectedly yesterday afternoon at her sister's California home. In December, doctors found a tumor between the liver and gall bladder. Prior to the diagnosis, Stewart wrapped Ben Stiller's upcoming film "The Dink" ... as well as kept working on "It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia."

"She was the most talented and funny and most honorable person I have ever known," Smith told us of Stewart.
