Jeremy Piven Accuser Calls BS on Kevin Dillon 'Entourage' Had Culture of Harassment
One of Jeremy Piven's accusers says she's not surprised Kevin Dillon came to his "Entourage" buddy's defense ... because he was privy to the culture of sexual harassment on the set.
Ariane Bellamar, who accused Piven of sexual assault -- tells us Dillon was on the set and saw the harassment firsthand, although she concedes he did not see any sexual assault. Piven adamantly denies sexually assaulting or harassing Bellamar.
While Ariane acknowledges she never experienced anything other than lewd comments from Dillon, she insists "Entourage" was a stewing pot for sexual harassment.
Kevin has not been accused of any wrongdoing. But that's not stopping Ariane from tearing into him.
We reached out to both Kevin and HBO ... so far, no word back.

Jeremy Piven Innocent Until Proven Guilty ... Anyone 'Memba That?
Jeremy Piven wants Hollywood to remember one thing amid the flood of sexual misconduct allegations against himself and others: Innocent until proven guilty.
Piven says, "We seem to be entering dark times -- allegations are being printed as facts and lives are being put in jeopardy without a hearing, due process or evidence." Last month, a woman claimed Piven had groped and sexually harassed her on the "Entourage" set. Two other women have also come forward with accusations against him.
Now, Jeremy says he's willing to take a lie detector test to prove his innocence, and adds he -- and perhaps Kevin Spacey, Harvey Weinstein and Louis C.K. -- deserve "the benefit of a doubt before we rush to judgment."
Spacey's already been axed from the feature film, "All the Money in the World," "House of Cards" and Netflix, in general. Weinstein's been banished from multiple Hollywood organizations.
Piven ended his plea on Twitter, saying, "Continuing to tear each other down and destroy careers based on mere allegations is not productive on any level."

Jeremy Piven Playing it Cool Denies Sexual Assault Claim
Jeremy Piven's still getting a big thumbs up from at least one smiley fan ... immediately on the heels of allegations he sexually assaulted a woman on the set of "Entourage."
Piven was out in NYC Tuesday to promote his new CBS drama, "Wisdom of the Crowd" ... and didn't outwardly seem concerned about Ariane Bellamar's claim he groped her in his trailer, and also at the Playboy Mansion.
Hey @ArianeBellamar
Piven responded to Bellamar Tuesday night, saying ... "I unequivocally deny the appalling allegations being peddled about me. It did not happen."
He added ... "It takes a great deal of courage for victims to come forward with their histories, and my hope is that the allegations about me that didn’t happen, do not detract from stories that should be heard."

'Star Wars' Screenwriter Sues Tinder Date Over Disastrous Breakup
A big-time screenwriter is suing a woman he met on Tinder, claiming she was using an episode of "Entourage" as a template to ruin his life.
Derek Connolly, whose credits include the upcoming "Star Wars: Episode IX," as well as "Jurassic World" and "Kong: Skull Island," met a woman named Ada Hui last May on the dating app. They dated until late last month, and the breakup was super bad.
He says she exploded in a fit of rage, posting their text messages on Instagram and threatening to damage his career. Connolly says Hui even insinuated he was in harm's way.
Then it got really ugly. Connolly says she told him to drop off her stuff by a certain time, or else it would be "Entourage S7 E7," a reference to Season 7 Episode 7 titled "Tequila and Coke," in which Ari Gold was blackmailed.
He says she threatened to "gut" his identity and self-worth. He says she cautioned, "You won't see it coming" before it hits him "like a ton of bricks."
Connolly is suing for stalking and invasion of privacy. He also wants the judge to order her to stop.

The "Entourage" star says he co-founded Fat Sal's with 2 of his friends and was the "driving force" behind its success. Ferrara claims he not only provided $74,500 for start-up money, but also used his celeb status to heavily promote the sandwich shop, and boost revenue.
Turtle says his old buds started squeezing him out when they opened several more locations. In the docs, he says they went to great lengths to hide profits from him. Jerry says they even deleted the "Our Story" section from their website where he was credited as co-founder.
Fat Sal's sued to officially 86 Jerry in August, but in his suit Jerry's demanding his equity share and at least a million dollars in damages before he goes anywhere.

Where the hell's Turtle when ya need him? "Entourage" creator Doug Ellin got stranded in the desert and had to use social media to find a knight in shining armor ... in the form of "Rambo" movie producer.
Ellin's Mercedes suffered a flat tire in the middle of the desert Sunday afternoon between Palm Springs and Los Angeles. With no spare tire, and AAA only willing to tow him seven miles, Ellin was SOL.
So he posted a photo of the bum wheel on Instagram and in a twist of fate, Randall Emmett -- who has produced movies like "Lone Survivor," "2 Guns," and the last "Rambo" flick -- happened to see the post and happened to also be driving back from Palm Springs ... so he decided to scoop up Ellin and his fiancée in his sick Rolls-Royce.
Emmett tells TMZ, "We were all in shock that the timing worked out and we were mostly blown away by the power of social media. We couldn’t believe it."
FYI -- Ellin's car is still in the desert, waiting to be towed. We smell a road trip for Turtle.

Kevin Connolly Broken Leg on the Set of 'Entourage'
There are some things a hug cannot fix ... like a broken leg.
That's the lesson learned by "Entourage" star Kevin Connolly, who broke his leg on the set of the movie last week while trying to catch a pass from Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson.
According to our sources, Connolly tripped on a sprinkler while trying to make the play, which resulted in Jerry Ferrara falling on his leg.
We're told it was a pretty clean break -- think of how bad it would have been pre-weight loss Turtle -- and that filming was not interrupted at all by the injury.
Way to take one for the team, E.
