Patrick Mahomes Sr. is back behind bars, but he has not been accused of further wrongdoing -- TMZ Sports has learned he's simply begun serving his sentence for his most recent DWI conviction.

A Smith County jail official tells us ... the father of NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes was booked on Tuesday afternoon at around 4:53 PM and took a new mug shot. He's now not expected to be released until Halloween.

Of course, the 10-day stint in the slammer was all planned ... as it was a condition of the plea agreement Mahomes Sr. reached with prosecutors stemming from his Feb. 3 arrest for drunk driving in Tyler, Texas.

Former NFL star Eddie Lacy is fortunate he didn't hurt himself or anyone else on the night of his DUI arrest last month ... 'cause cops claim he was driving around with a blood alcohol content level over FOUR TIMES the legal limit.

The Scottsdale Police Dept. says it all happened back on Sept. 30 ... after a woman dialed 911 and told dispatch that someone matching Lacy's Audi SUV description was driving so erratically, she was worried they were "going to kill somebody."

According to an SPD police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, cops pulled over Lacy in his Q8 a short time after the call was received ... and almost immediately, officers noticed something was off about the ex-Green Bay Packers tailback.

Jay Cutler’s feeling the heat from his DUI arrest -- he is still allowed to drive, but there are strings attached, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ the former NFL star can’t get behind the wheel without using an interlock ignition device. So, if he doesn’t pass the Breathalyzer in the car, that car’s not moving!

As we told you, the police report we got revealed Kristin Cavallari's ex-husband rear-ended another car Thursday night in Franklin, Tennessee -- and when officers showed up, they caught a strong whiff of booze. Police also said he had bloodshot eyes and was slurring his words.

Patrick Mahomes Sr. tried to use his son's name to get out of his DWI stop earlier this year ... with police video -- obtained by TMZ Sports -- showing the elder Mahomes tell cops multiple times that an arrest would likely cost the Chiefs star and his team Super Bowl LVIII.

It all happened back on Feb. 3 -- after authorities in Tyler, Texas pulled over Mahomes Sr. following allegations he was driving a white four-door Genesis that didn't have updated registration.

Initially, Mahomes Sr. -- wearing a hat with his son's branding on it as well as a "Kansas City Vs. Everybody" sweatshirt -- was cooperative and cordial with cops. The police video shows he handed over all of the information and paperwork that officers wanted -- and he even passed along an open can of Coors Light that he had in his center console cupholder.

Mike Perry is breaking his silence following his DUI arrest ... sharing his remorse for the inappropriate language he used toward law enforcement during the incident.

The 33-year-old posted an apology to his X page on Wednesday ... saying, "I understand that my words were hurtful and offensive, and I sincerely regret my actions."

"I recognize the important and often difficult work that law enforcement officers do to keep our community safe, and I truly respect the dedication and sacrifice that comes with the job. My behavior was inexcusable, and I take full responsibility for my actions."

MMA star "Platinum" Mike Perry was pissed off during his DUI arrest ... calling officers homophobic slurs as he was handcuffed and placed in the back of a cop car.

TMZ Sports has obtained body cam footage of the 33-year-old's traffic stop at around 1 AM Saturday morning in Florida ... in which he was initially pulled over for speeding.

During the stop, cops told Perry he reeked of alcohol, but he insisted he hadn't been drinking before getting behind the wheel. In the police report, they also claim he was having trouble maintaining his balance when he stepped outta the car and had red eyes.

MMA star "Platinum" Mike Perry was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol in Florida over the weekend.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Claremont cops says they were on routine patrol around 1 AM on Saturday ... when they observed a dark red Mercedes SUV driving up to "approximately" 20 miles above the speed limit.

Cops say they conducted a traffic stop for speeding, identified the driver as Perry and could smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath. They also claim he appeared to have "red, glassy eyes" and his speech sounded slow, to which he replied the officer's "speech was fast."

Matt Bush -- the first overall pick in the 2004 MLB Draft -- was arrested in Texas on Friday night ... after cops say he caused an accident while intoxicated ... and then tried to flee the scene.

According to the Arlington Police Dept., authorities initially attempted to pull over Bush and his 2023 Lincoln Aviator at around 8:25 PM after they say he was "driving erratically."

However, police lost sight of him after they claim he sped away from them.

Rapper YG is facing legal heat ... cops say he's been arrested for a misdemeanor DUI in Burbank, California.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there wasn’t any call about an incident -- we're told cops just happened to roll up on YG after he drove over a curb and was standing outside his car early Tuesday morning.

TMZ has also obtained a photo from the scene, which appears to show YG sitting on the curb with his head resting on his arms, just a few feet away from his car as a police officer stands in front of him.

Justin Timberlake already pled guilty to driving while ability impaired ... and, that's that, it seems -- 'cause the public probably isn't gonna see footage from his arrest.

TMZ put in a public records request for the body cam footage of Justin's traffic stop and subsequent arrest from Tuesday, June 18 ... but, instead of receiving the footage, the Office of the Suffolk County District Attorney told us it wouldn’t be released because the parties agreed to seal it.

It looks like JT's team and the prosecutors mutually agreed to seal the video ... preventing people from accessing it outside of the prosecutors and Timberlake’s team.

Denard Robinson has struck a deal with prosecutors to close out his drinking and driving case, TMZ Sports has learned.

According to court records, the former University of Michigan superstar pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of operating while visibly impaired last week. In exchange, records show officials agreed to drop the misdemeanor operating while intoxicated count he had been first hit with.

A rep for the Ann Arbor City Attorney's Office tells us ... Robinson is now facing a sentence of up to 93 days in jail, up to $300 in fines, and four points to his driver's license. Under the initial OWI charge, Robinson had been facing up to 93 days in jail and a fine of up to $500 -- plus six points on his license.

Star boxer Jermall Charlo has been formally hit with a DWI charge following allegations he drunkenly crashed his Lamborghini in Texas back in May.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, in addition to the DWI ... prosecutors also levied a misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident charge against Charlo. Court records show officials formally filed the misdemeanor counts against the 34-year-old pugilist on Aug. 20.

As we previously reported, Charlo was first arrested in the case on May 6 -- when cops claimed Charlo slammed his red Urus into another car on a Brazoria County roadway.

The man accused of killing NHL superstar Johnny Gaudreau and his little brother with his car on Thursday night admitted to authorities he drank "5-6 beers" before getting behind the wheel ... this according to court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports.

In the docs, cops say 43-year-old Sean Higgins admitted to officers he slammed his Jeep Grand Cherokee into the backs of the Gaudreau brothers -- who were on bicycles -- on a rural road in Salem County, New Jersey at around 8 PM.

Cops say Higgins told them he was attempting to get around an SUV on its left ... but when he thought the vehicle made a move to block him from passing -- he pivoted to try to get by it on its right. Seconds later, he collided with the brothers ... causing fatal injuries.

Former Univ. of Michigan star Denard Robinson was passed out behind the wheel after cops say he crashed into a street sign just before he was arrested for OWI earlier this year ... new police video, obtained by TMZ Sports, shows.

The footage was captured at around 3:05 AM on April 15 by the Ann Arbor Police Department ... a short time after Robinson allegedly got drunk and drove on a roadway near the Wolverines' headquarters in Michigan.

You can see in the video ... as officers approached his wrecked SUV, Robinson appeared to be sound asleep in the driver's seat.
