BTS star Suga had his driver's license revoked over a driving-while-intoxicated scandal ... though the vehicle he was operating has raised questions.

Suga's label, Big Hit Music, has confirmed the singer was arrested Tuesday evening ... and shared the boy band member was booked after he fell while parking an "electric kickboard." Suga was spotted by a police officer in Hannam-dong in Yongsan District, in central Seoul, South Korea -- and was asked to take a breathalyzer test ... which he failed.

His license has since been revoked, and he has been slapped with a fine over the incident.

Justin Timberlake's lawyer may be convinced the singer wasn't intoxicated during his DWI arrest ... but new police documents paint a totally different picture of JT's state on June 18.

In the documents ... the pop star verbally refused a Breathalyzer test 3 times after he was pulled over by rookie cop Michael Arkinson for blowing through a stop sign in Sag Harbor.

Per Arkinson's notes, he followed field procedure, as he observed several signs of JT's alleged intoxication ... including the odor of alcohol, glassy eyes, divided attention, and an unsteady foot. Daily Mail was first to report the news.

Justin Timberlake's going to have to stay off the road for the foreseeable future -- 'cause a New York judge just suspended his driver's license during a hearing.

The singer-songwriter -- who appeared virtually from Belgium Friday -- had his driving privileges temporarily yanked ... with the judge citing the fact he turned down a Breathalyzer test when cops pulled him over in June.

Unclear exactly how long the suspension will remain in place -- presumably, until the case wraps. Worth noting ... this is SOP in NY -- the law requires the DMV to suspend a driver's license if they refuse a breathalyzer for up to a year. So ... this was already coming.

Justin Timberlake might have an ace in the hole to get his DWI case dismissed ... and it's a woman who took the keys to his car after his arrest ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Justin was busted for drunk driving last month, after partying with friends at a Sag Harbor hotel. Cops say they saw him blow a stop sign and swerve as he was following some friends.

After he was stopped, cops say he failed multiple sobriety field tests and also smelled of alcohol. He refused to blow into a Breathalyzer, and claimed he only drank one martini.

Justin Timberlake's DWI arrest never should've happened his lawyer says ... 'cause he just claimed in court the singer wasn't even intoxicated when cops arrested him.

JT's attorney -- Edward Burke Jr. -- tells us what he stated in court ... and that would be his argument his client wasn't intoxicated during his arrest, adding cops made serious errors in this case despite their best efforts. Justin's performing in Poland this weekend BTW, so he didn't attend the hearing in person or virtually.

Burke says he filed a motion to dismiss the case on the grounds of accusatory instrument defect ... basically arguing there was an issue with the document formally accusing Timberlake of a crime. The motion's under review now ... the case isn't likely to get tossed.

"Dance Moms" star Christi Lukasiak is facing a DUI charge after a violent car crash ... TMZ has learned.

We obtained the police report -- the reality star was busted in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania after cops say she crashed her vehicle into a tree. The wreck, which happened on June 27, left a telephone pole hanging over Christi's car.

Cops say she exhibited all the classic DUI signs ... bloodshot and glassy eyes, slurred speech and the officer on the scene reported the smell of alcohol on Christi's breath.

Oklahoma State football coach Mike Gundy's recent remarks about his star player's DUI arrest have infuriated Mothers Against Drunk Driving ... who tell TMZ Sports the words were "irresponsible" and "dangerous."

The 56-year-old made the controversial comments at Big 12 Media Day earlier this week ... when he was asked why he didn't suspend Ollie Gordon II following allegations the running back drove while intoxicated in June.

Gundy stated that after he had looked into how many drinks it would take to put a person over Oklahoma's .08 blood alcohol limit ... he seemed to admit he very well may have done the same thing as Gordon throughout the years.

Patrick Mahomes Sr. -- the father of NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes II -- has had yet another run-in with cops ... TMZ Sports has learned he was busted in Texas last month for driving on an invalid license.

According to court documents we obtained ... Mahomes Sr. was ticketed for the offense in Tyler, Texas at around 8:30 PM on June 29 -- less than five months after he was arrested for DWI in the same city.

The docs show Mahomes Sr. was given a warning for disregarding traffic signs in addition to the citation ... indicating he was initially pulled over for a routine violation.

An alleged drunk driver in New York careened through a nail salon at top speed ... and, the unbelievable moment was caught on video.

The shocking clip -- published by the New York Post -- shows the car speeding out of a Long Island parking lot late last month, but instead of turning onto the main road, it dashes straight across the street toward a strip mall.

The car jumps the curb and keeps on moving, before eventually crashing into Hawaii Nail & Spa ... reportedly killing four people including an off-duty NYPD officer, and injuring nine others.

"My intended point today at Big 12 media days was that we are all guilty of making bad decisions," Gundy said. "It was not a reference to something specific."

Gundy announced the 2023 Big 12 Offensive Player of the Year would not miss any playing time following his June 30 run-in with police ... and when asked about his decision at the conference's media day on Tuesday, Gundy explained how he felt it was best for Gordon, the school and the team.

Gundy said he did his research on blood alcohol content, body weight and how many drinks it would take to put someone over the legal limit in Oklahoma (0.08) ... and admitted he very well may have done the same thing as Gordon over the years.

Oklahoma State star running back Ollie Gordon II, who scored 21 rushing touchdowns last season, was arrested over the weekend ... after authorities said they believed he was driving drunk.

In court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, an Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper wrote they pulled over Gordon's black 2024 Cadillac at around 2:30 AM on Sunday ... after they say they saw it swerving and speeding on a local interstate.

During the ensuing stop, the trooper said in the docs "an odor associated with an alcoholic beverage" emanated from Gordon's ride ... so they conducted an interview with the 20-year-old football player.

Justin Timberlake seems ready to move on from his recent legal drama ... 'cause not only has he addressed the incident onstage again -- he's got jokes too!

The singer-songwriter seemed to mock his recent arrest on DWI charges in Boston Saturday night ... and, video of his one-liner is circulating online.
