Aaron Judge GF Cuts Deal With Prosecutors ... Pleads Guilty To DUI

Samantha Bracksieck
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE DOING?"
TMZSports.com

Aaron Judge's girlfriend just cut a deal with prosecutors and pled guilty to DUI, TMZ Sports has learned ... 8 months after she name-dropped the New York Yankees star during an arrest in Arizona.

You'll recall ... Samantha Bracksieck -- who's had an on-and-off relationship with Judge for years -- was pulled over in Scottsdale back on Feb. 25 after cops say she was driving with her headlights off.

During the stop ... police video showed Bracksieck admitted to a cop she had wine at Mastro's Steakhouse prior to getting behind the wheel.

When officers eventually slapped the cuffs on her for alleged drunk driving ... that's when she became standoffish -- and ultimately brought Judge up to the officers.

"Do you know who my boyfriend is?!" Samantha said at one point during the arrest, before later telling another cop, "My boyfriend is not in a spot where I should be, like, having this happen."

Samantha added during the stop, "He's like a public figure. So, like, me being arrested for, like, having two glasses of wine is not OK."

Despite her bringing the MLB superstar into the situation ... law enforcement still ended up hitting Bracksieck with 5 charges, including extreme DUI -- which is classified as a BAC of .15-.19.

But, court records show Bracksieck cut a deal with prosecutors Wednesday ... agreeing to plead guilty to misdemeanor DUI.

In exchange, prosecutors agreed to drop the rest of the charges, including the extreme DUI count.

According to court docs, Bracksieck was sentenced to 10 days in jail, though 9 were suspended and she was given credit for 1 day for time served. So, she won't get any additional time behind bars if she keeps her nose clean.

Bracksieck was also ordered to attend an alcohol abuse screening and complete any treatment recommendations. She was ordered to pay over $2,000 in fines and fees, as well.

We've reached out to the Yankees for comment, but so far, no word back yet.

'Melrose Place' Star Amy Locane Resentenced To 8 Years In Prison ... For Deadly DWI Crash

Amy Locane -- who played Sandy in the original "Melrose Place" -- was just resentenced for killing someone in a drunk driving accident ... and she's getting 8 years behind bars.

A New Jersey judge gave Locane 8 years in prison for 2nd-degree vehicular homicide, plus 18 months for 4th-degree assault by auto ... she will serve them concurrently.

Locane will have to spend 6 years and nearly 10 months in the joint before she's eligible for parole under the No Early Release Act. The judge also ordered her to serve 3 years of parole once she's released.

The sentence, handed down Thursday by Somerset County Superior Court Judge Angela Borkowski, was the fourth time Locane was sentenced for the fatal drunk-driving accident, which happened back in 2010, and resulted in the death of a 60-year-old woman.

As we reported, prosecutors said Locane plowed into the passenger side of another car, killing the woman sitting in the front seat. She was arrested at the crash scene for DUI.

Locane's attorney, James Wronko, tells TMZ ... Amy was surprised with the sentence and is very worried about her 3 daughters after spending the last 5 years together.

Due to the pandemic, we're told Locane will likely remain in custody at Somerset County Jail until state prison starts taking prisoners again.

According to Locane's lawyer, she was originally sentenced to 3 years, served all 3 in state prison, and was released.

We're told prosecutors appealed the original sentence, claiming the judge was too lenient by giving her a sentence BELOW the applicable sentencing guideline range of 5-10 years.

Locane's lawyer says after 4 appeals on the issue, prosecutors convinced the appeals court they were right, so the trial judge has now handed down this new sentence.

Even though Locane is now sentenced to 8 years, we're told she'll only have to serve 5 because of her previous time served.

The actress says she hasn't had a drop of booze since the deadly crash, and she's been talking to kids about the dangers of alcohol since being released from the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women in Union Township in Hunterdon County.

Pittsburgh Steelers Broadcaster Bill Hillgrove Suspended 2 Games for DUI

Longtime Pittsburgh Steelers broadcaster Bill Hillgrove has been hit with a 2-game suspension over a wild DUI incident back in June.

The 80-year-old -- who's been calling Steelers games for 27 seasons -- allegedly crashed his Honda CR-V into a grocery store in Murrysville, PA around 5 PM on June 15.

Officials say Hillgrove smashed through 2 windows in the process -- but still went inside the store, got prescription medication and then returned to the vehicle, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.

Officials say Hillgrove left the scene and returned to his home -- where cops say he admitted to having "a couple of beers."

Officials say Hillgrove agreed to a breathalyzer and allegedly blew a whopping .16 -- twice the legal limit.

Hillgrove later told police the car "just got away from me."

He was charged with driving under the influence and he's due in court to be arraigned in October.

Steelers team president Art Rooney II told the Tribune, "He’s been a great part of the Steelers Sundays for a long time ... We’ll be happy to have him back."

Shocking DUI Cops Let Falling Down Wasted Man Leave After He Hit 3 Cars!!!

3 SHEETS TO THE WIND
Fox LA

LAPD is investigating what you will see is painfully obvious in this bizarre video ... a dangerously intoxicated man -- who couldn't even stand -- smashed into parked cars, and yet somehow cops did NOT arrest him.

It's all on video ... the guy is stumbling and mumbling on the scene when cops arrived to see his Dodge Charger had swiped several parked cars in L.A.'s Los Feliz neighborhood on Aug. 22. Whatever he was on ... he was struggling to stay upright as he spoke to the owners of the other cars and exchanged info with them. He nearly fell on his face right in front of a cop who, for some reason, seemed to ignore the behavior!!!

The witness who shot this video is stunned in disbelief as the cops tell the victims to contact their insurance ... as they simply let the wasted guy walk -- sorta -- away. People on the scene were pissed, and with good reason.

LAPD says it's looking into what happened here, but it seems pretty obvious. Cops asleep at the wheel ... much like the Charger driver, whose car was simply towed from the scene.

Unreal!!!

Jon Jones DWI Arrest Changed My Life ... 'Set Me Free'

Jon Jones says there's a silver lining to his March drunk driving arrest -- "it set me free in so many ways" -- and now he's focused on staying clean.

"It embarrassed me, it reality-checked me," Jones said on Steve-O's "Wild Ride" podcast ... "I've never been on camera drunk for the public to see like that."

"It was humiliating, and somewhat of a bottom for me -- and I'm ready to snap it into high gear."

As we previously reported, Jones was arrested around 1 AM on March 26 after cops responded to reports of gunfire in the Albuquerque area.

When cops found Jones alone in his Jeep, he appeared intoxicated and admitted to drinking earlier in the evening.

Jon Jones told police he had vodka before getting behind the wheel of his Jeep Thursday morning -- and needed to get out of the house because he was going '
YOU'RE UNDER ARREST

32-year-old Jones later plead guilty to DWI and was sentenced to 1 year probation, ordered to house arrest and forced to wear an ankle monitor.

During Steve-O's podcast, Jones said he's been thinking deeply about his life ever since his arrest ... and he's trying to cut out the bad influences who have led him astray in the past.

Jones also says the COVID-19 pandemic is helping him learn how to stay away from the party scene -- "detach from the nightlife."

"The coronavirus really helped though -- it helped me learn how to stay home on Fridays and Saturdays."

"Before the world got put on hold, I had this fear of missing out ... and coronavirus helped me realize 'Jon you're not missing anything out there.' And, anything that really matters is happening during the day time with your wife and kids."

Jones also talked about his work with the C.A.R.E. project -- which is raising money and support for communities impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic in NM.

"I'm trying to create a life of more substance outside the UFC," Jones says.

Aaron Judge's GF DUI Arrest Video ... 'Do You Know Who My Boyfriend Is?!?'

Samantha Bracksieck
"DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU'RE DOING?"
TMZSports.com

Aaron Judge's GF brought up her relationship with the Yankees star during a DUI arrest in February ... straight-up asking officers during the stop, "Do you know who my boyfriend is?!"

It's all in new police video obtained by TMZ Sports ... which shows Judge's longtime GF, Samantha Bracksieck, name-dropping the NYY outfielder several times to arresting officers.

And, spoiler alert ... it didn't go so well for her.

Here's the deal ... the 26-year-old was pulled over at around midnight on Feb. 25 in Scottsdale, AZ after cops say they spotted her driving without her headlights on.

During questioning ... video shows she admitted to an officer she drank two glasses of wine at Mastro's Steakhouse before getting behind the wheel.

When cops suspected her of being too drunk to drive ... they put her through field sobriety tests and administered a breathalyzer. And, after they say she bombed the tests and blew a .12 ... they put the cuffs on her.

That's when Samantha became standoffish toward officers ... telling them, "Do you understand what you're doing right now?"

"I just need to get home," she added. "Do you know who my boyfriend is?!"

The officers responded, "We don't."

"This is going to be bad for me," Sam continued. "I'm just saying that right now."

Officers didn't even ask a follow-up and put her in the back of a squad car ... but that's when she pulled the Judge card a few more times to another cop.

"My boyfriend is not in a spot where I should be, like, having this happen," Bracksieck said. "He's like a public figure. So, like, me being arrested for, like, having two glasses of wine is not okay."

Bracksieck continued, "My boyfriend is in the spotlight of New York media in general. And, now here I am handcuffed here in Arizona ... like, that is not good."

The cop clearly didn't care all that much ... and eventually took Bracksieck to the station, where officers say in the police report they tested her breath two more times -- claiming she blew a .169 and .181.

Prosecutors ultimately hit Samantha with five charges over the incident, including extreme DUI -- which is classified as a BAC of .15-.19.

Samantha -- who's due in court for a hearing on the case in June -- is facing jail time and fines if she's convicted.

We've reached out to Bracksieck and the Yankees for comment ... but so far, no word back yet.

Buffalo Bills Ed Oliver Jr. Arrested for DWI ... Cops Find Gun

Buffalo Bills defensive tackle Ed Oliver Jr. was arrested Saturday night for Driving While Intoxicated ... and to make things worse, cops say he was also illegally carrying a GUN in his truck.

22-year-old Oliver was stopped in Montgomery County, Texas at around 9 PM after someone called 911 and said the truck Oliver was driving was swerving dangerously close to a construction zone.

When Cops approached Oliver -- who was driving a Ford Super Duty pickup truck that was hauling a trailer with a dune buggy -- they say the NFL player had an open can of beer between his legs ... not a great start.

Then he allegedly bombed a field sobriety test -- which included standing on one foot.

During a subsequent search of Oliver's vehicle, cops say they found a pistol.

Oliver -- the 9th overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft -- was arrested for DWI and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Cops say he was taken to a local hospital for a blood draw to get his blood alcohol level before he was ultimately taken to jail.

We reached out to the NFL players rep for comment ... so far, no word back.

Oliver was a 3-time 1st team All American in college during his days at the University of Houston.

He put together a pretty solid rookie campaign with 5 sacks and 43 tackles.

The star of Netflix's "Greenhouse Academy" has been arrested after he allegedly struck two cars, injuring one of the occupants, and then leaving the scene.

Chris O'Neal was driving in the San Fernando Valley at around 11 PM Friday when he struck 2 cars, injuring one of the people inside ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Cops got 2 911 calls from different people, responded to the scene and saw tire tracks. They followed the tracks to a nearby front lawn where they found Chris' '94 Camaro with the actor inside, fully awake.

They gave him a field sobriety test and say he blew just over the legal limit.

Chris, who also starred in Nickelodeon's "How to Rock," "Swindle" and "You Gotta See This," was arrested for felony hit and run and felony DUI.

As for the person who was hurt in the crash ... we're told the injuries are minor.

Dallas Cowboys' Ventell Bryant Bombed 'Every Single' DUI Test ... Cop Says In Arrest Video

TAKEN IN CUFFS

Dallas Cowboys WR Ventell Bryant took at least 3 DUI tests prior to his arrest this month -- and cops say he bombed ALL OF THEM ... and it's all on police video obtained by TMZ Sports.

Bryant was pulled over in Tampa, Fla. at around 2:30 AM on March 11 after cops say he was driving his 2019 Dodge Charger without headlights on.

Officers say during the stop, the 23-year-old NFL player had bloodshot eyes, smelled like booze and admitted to having 3 margaritas before getting behind the wheel.

Cops got Bryant out of the car and onto the street ... and you can see in police footage, the Cowboys wideout went through a litany of tests to determine his sobriety.

Officers made Bryant -- who caught a TD pass from Dak Prescott last season -- walk in a straight line, balance on one leg and touch his fingers to his nose while looking up at the sky.

In the video, it didn't seem like Bryant outwardly bombed the tests ... but cops clearly felt differently, 'cause they slapped the cuffs on him in a hurry.

"Arrested?" Bryant asks one of the officers. "I can't afford this, bruh!"

You can see Bryant's friends were NOT happy to learn of the football player's arrest ... and when one asked which sobriety test Ventell failed, the cop replied, "Every single last one of them!"

Bryant -- a rookie who was signed by the Cowboys just before last season and is expected to compete for a roster spot with Dallas in 2020 -- was charged with misdemeanor DUI.

He's due in court for a hearing on the matter later next month.

Austin Seferian-Jenkins DUI Arrest Drunk, Speeding And Stoned ... Cops Say

Austin Seferian-Jenkins was high, drunk AND speeding when he was arrested for DUI last week ... this according to cops in new police docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

Oh, and cops also say he didn't have the ignition interlock device installed in his car, stemming from a court order from a previous DUI.

A Gig Harbor PD officer claims the NFL free agent was doing 48 MPH in a 30 in Gig Harbor, Wash. on March 9 at around 1 AM ... when the former Tampa Bay Buccaneer began driving erratically.

According to the officer, ASJ was swerving in his 2016 Dodge Charger ... and nearly turned onto a wrong-way offramp before he cut across multiple lanes of traffic without a blinker.

The officer eventually pulled over Seferian-Jenkins ... and says in the report, the tight end told him he was just headed toward a local McDonald's for some late-night grub.

But, the officer says he noticed ASJ reeked of booze and burnt weed ... and also claims the 27-year-old's eyes were red and bloodshot.

The cop says when Seferian-Jenkins got out of the car, he was swaying in circles when he was standing still ... and after the NFL player refused field sobriety tests, the officer arrested him on the scene, claiming he believed ASJ was both drunk and high.

Seferian-Jenkins was eventually hit with 3 charges ... 1 count of DUI, 1 count of driving with a suspended license, and 1 count of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, which tests the driver's breath for alcohol before they can start the vehicle.

The order for the device likely stems from a previous DUI arrest -- Seferian-Jenkins has been busted for DUI twice before ... once in 2013 and again in 2016.

ASJ was also issued a civil infraction for speeding and improper lane change ... and was arraigned on the charges on March 11.

Seferian-Jenkins signed with the New England Patriots last offseason but was cut before the 2019 season began. In his career, he has 116 catches for 1,160 yards.

Alex Jones 'InfoWars' Founder Busted for DWI ... After Alleged Family Disturbance

UPDATE

1:33 PM PT -- According to police docs ... cops were called to Jones' residence for a family disturbance. When they arrived, his wife claimed they had a verbal altercation that "was physical" earlier in the day. She allegedly told the officer Jones took off in his car and was possibly drinking.

UPDATE

Cops caught up with him shortly afterward -- sometime after 10 PM Monday night -- and pulled him over. The arrest report says the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Jones.

UPDATE

Jones allegedly admitted he drank a bottle of sake while he and his wife were at a sushi restaurant a couple hours earlier, and they got into an argument. Jones told the officer he walked home, but the argument continued there ... so he left to go to another residence to get away from her.

According to the report ... Jones demonstrated some impairment during field sobriety tests, such as swaying and losing his balance, but he did blow slightly below a .08 on the Intoxilyzer -- twice.

UPDATE

It should be noted ... it's unclear who the "wife" is in the report. Jones divorced his previous wife in 2015, and as far as we know ... he has not remarried.

Alex Jones has a fresh DWI case deep in the heart of Texas ... the former "InfoWars" host was busted early Tuesday morning in the Austin-area.

Jones was booked around 12:30 AM ... according to the Travis County Sheriff's Department. He was back on the streets by 4 AM, after posting a $3,000 bond -- and as you might expect, Jones is telling his own version of events.

He went on his "Alex Jones Show" podcast and said he blew under the legal limit of .08 ... so he thinks the whole charge will go away. "InfoWars" is already floating a conspiracy theory, saying Jones was caught in a DWI sting ... aimed at increasing the Sheriff's Department's number of arrests.

A New Jersey State Police spokesperson tells TMZ Sports ... the former first-round pick was pulled over on March 2 at 2:45 AM in Paterson, N.J.

NFL's Darren McFadden Gets Jail Time ... In Drunken Whataburger Case

Ex-Dallas Cowboys star Darren McFadden will be spending time behind bars ... TMZ Sports has learned the former running back just pled guilty in his drunken Whataburger case.

We broke the story ... back in January 2019, cops say McFadden was asleep at the wheel of his 2019 GMC Yukon in the drive-thru of a Whataburger in Texas.

Officials say after officers confronted him, McFadden resisted ... and in the scuffle, Darren's driver's side and passenger windows were smashed in.

Authorities eventually hit McFadden with charges of resisting arrest and DWI with a BAC of greater than or equal to .15 ... but we've learned the 32-year-old reached a plea deal last week to close out the case.

According to court records, McFadden pled guilty to drunk driving ... and in exchange, his resisting arrest charge was dismissed.

As for his punishment in the deal with prosecutors ... court docs show he's been ordered to spend 4 days in jail, although he did receive credit for 1 day of time served.

McFadden was also forced to pay fines and fees as part of the agreement ... and his driver's license will be suspended for 90 days.

We reached out to McFadden's attorney, who confirmed the case's disposition ... but declined to comment otherwise.

Darren went on to play 7 seasons with the Raiders and 3 more with the Cowboys, before retiring in 2017.
