Mac Miller Arrested for DUI, Hit and Run

Mac Miller is locked up after allegedly crashing his car while he was drunk and then fleeing the scene.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Mac was driving in the San Fernando Valley around 1 AM Thursday when his 2016 G-Wagon hit a power pole, knocking it down.

Mac and his 2 passengers fled the scene on foot. An eyewitness called the cops and told them which direction Mac and his buddies had gone. Cops arrived at the crash scene, ran the plates and got Mac's address. They went to his home and we're told he confessed to driving drunk and fleeing the scene.

Cops will give him this ... one law enforcement source tells us, "He was the most polite and nice intoxicated person we've ever seen."

Mac was cuffed and taken to jail. His bail was set at $15k. As of the time this post was published, he's still behind bars.

Mac and Ariana Grande just broke up earlier this month.

NFL's Jeremy Lane Gets Manual Labor ... In DUI Case

It's a good thing Jeremy Lane is in shape ... because he's been sentenced to 2 days of manual labor in his DUI case, TMZ Sports has learned.

The former Seattle Seahawks cornerback was arrested for DUI back in January after cops say he was driving while high on marijuana.

He eventually pled guilty to the lesser charge of reckless driving -- and now we've learned he's been sentenced to 2 years probation ... and 2 days on a "work crew."

The "work crew" in King County, Washington is described as "supervised manual labor for various public service agencies."

In addition, Lane must also complete a drug/alcohol evaluation and attend a DUI victim impact panel.

Lane has some free time these days -- he was cut by the Seahawks back in March and is currently a free agent.

Cop in Rodney King Beating Busted for DUI After Hitting Parked Truck

Stacey Koon -- the former LAPD sergeant who went to prison for his role in the Rodney King beating -- is in trouble with the law once again ... TMZ has learned.

Koon was arrested Tuesday afternoon in L.A. county for a DUI, after he hit a parked pickup truck with his 1999 GMC Yukon ... according to law enforcement.

We're told a neighbor nearby heard the accident and called 911. When the cop showed up, he determined Koon was under the influence of alcohol and made the arrest.

Koon was almost double the legal limit. Our sources say he was very cooperative during the arrest. He was cited and released to a family member, and fortunately there were no injuries.

After being acquitted in a California Superior Court on April 1992 for using excessive force on King -- a verdict that triggered the L.A. riot -- Koon was tried in L.A. federal court in 1993 for violating King's civil rights and found guilty. He served 30 months in prison.

Bam Margera Sentenced in DUI Case

Bam Margera just avoided jail time in his DUI case ... instead getting probation, AA meetings and some fines and fees.

We broke the story, Bam was pulled over by the CHP back in January for being on his phone while driving. Cops detected a strong scent of alcohol on the "Jackass" star, he took a breathalyzer and failed and was eventually charged with two counts of DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us he was hit with 3 years probation, has to attend an alcohol program, pay fines and fees, go to AA meetings and go through a "live in" program.

Margera checked himself into rehab shortly after the arrest.

Steve Wilkos Dodges Jail In DUI Case

Steve Wilkos caught a big break Monday in his DUI case after a judge ordered him to participate in an Alcohol Education Program in a case that could have landed him in jail.

The program will last 15 weeks. Wilkos must also participate on a panel with drunk driving victims. If he completes the program and keeps his nose clean for 1 year the DUI conviction will be erased from his record.

Wilkos had a shocking blood alcohol level of .29 -- more than 3 times the legal limit.

He was arrested after his SUV struck several polls and a tree before flipping over. He was taken to the hospital but miraculously suffered only minor injuries.

Wilkos told TMZ he was suffering from depression. He told us at the time, "This experience reinforces my commitment to get the professional help that I need and I have recently completed an intensive, medically supervised program."

MTV's 'The Challenge' Star Britni Thornton Busted for DUI

MTV star Britni Thornton was arrested for a DUI, but based on her mug shot ... she ain't even mad.

"The Challenge" contestant was busted in Georgia Saturday night around 10 PM and taken to the Columbia County jail, where she was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to maintain lane ... according to the report.

Britni's all smiles in her mug shot, though ... and was released after posting a $1,100 bond.

Thornton competed on the recent season of "The Challenge: Vendettas" and will reportedly be on the upcoming season of "The Challenge: Final Reckoning."

Lou Diamond Phillips Pleads Guilty to DWI ... Must Stay Sober for 2 Years

Lou Diamond Phillips took a plea deal stemming from his DWI arrest ... so now he's gotta stay off the sauce for a couple years.

The "La Bamba" actor pled guilty to driving under the influence back in November in Portland, Texas, and was sentenced to 2 years probation ... according to his lawyer.

The conditions of the probation reportedly state the 56-year-old actor must stay sober, take a DWI education class, not enter bars or taverns, report in-person to a probation officer for the first 4 months, and use a portable device to make sure he's not drinking alcohol.

As we reported ... Phillips got arrested after he pulled up to a cop and asked for directions, and the officer realized he was hammered. He flunked a field sobriety test and eventually blew a .20 -- two and a half times the legal limit.

Mary Kay Letourneau's Husband Busted for DUI After 3-Car Wreck

Mary Kay Letourneau's husband slammed into 2 vehicles stopped at a light, and when cops showed up they said he was drunk and high and busted him for DUI ... TMZ has learned.

Vili Fualaau was arrested on February 2, according to docs obtained by TMZ, moments after he failed to stop his Mercury Mountaineer in Burien, WA. Cops say he had a dazed expression, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

Vili agreed to take a field sobriety test, but just as he was about to start, cops say Mary Kay drove onto the scene and yelled at her husband to stop because their lawyer was on the way. Vili took her advice, and instead took a blood test at the station ... 2 hours later.

Prosecutors say his BAC was .08 -- the minimum level for DUI -- but he also had THC in his blood. Vili was booked for DUI, and posted bail. He's got a court hearing this week.

Interestingly, he's now 34 ... the same age Mary Kay was when she started having sex with Vili, who was in the 6th grade at the time.

TMZ broke the story, Vili filed for separation from Mary Kay last year, but later withdrew it.

Albert Belle Witness Calls B.S. He Never Shook His Junk at a Kid!!

A man who claims he witnessed Albert Belle piss in the middle of a parking lot says the former All Star NEVER shook his junk at anyone.

As we previously reported, the ex-Indians slugger was arrested for indecent exposure and DUI on Saturday after a woman told police Belle shook his genitals at her family -- including her 15-year-old daughter -- while urinating in the Phoenix Rising Soccer Club Stadium parking lot.

TMZ Sports spoke with Ron Swindells ... who says he was 15 feet away from Belle when he relieved himself and didn't see anything remotely close to that happen at any point.

Swindells tells us the woman making the claims was upset with the way he downplayed the situation ... yelling "are you effing kidding me?!" and Belle responded "Don't look, then. You gotta go, you gotta go."

We've obtained a picture of the alleged act ... showing the 51-year-old with his pants halfway down his legs, appearing to relieve himself while covering his body with the door of his car.

Swindells says Belle remained in that position while peeing and only turned his head to address the woman ... and is willing to speak to investigators about the incident.

NFL's Jeremy Lane Cops Plea Deal ... in DUI Case

NFL player Jeremy Lane just copped a plea deal in his January DUI case ... pleading guilty to reckless driving, TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Lane was initially stopped for driving 80 mph in a 60 mph zone on January 14. When cops pulled Lane over, he had admitted to smoking weed 3 hours earlier.

At the time of the arrest, Lane had told cops he was worried people would think he was drunk, saying "This time I was more high than anything."

The 27-year-old was initially charged with DUI on March 12 ... but has now agreed to the lesser reckless driving charge.

Lane -- a current free agent after he was released by the Seattle Seahawks earlier this month --could be sentenced to up to 364 days in jail, but it's unlikely he'll do any time at all. He can also be forced to cough up a maximum fine of $5,000.

Lane is due back in court in May.

Albert Belle Exposed Himself To Minors ... Cops Say

Albert Belle exposed himself to 2 minors and 2 adults before getting arrested on Saturday in Arizona, according to cops ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Belle, 51, was arrested after cops got a call around 9:20 PM reporting a man had exposed himself to a group of people at the Phoenix Rising Soccer Club stadium -- where a game had been played.

It's unclear if the alleged incident occurred inside or outside the stadium.

When cops arrived, they say they located Belle in a vehicle ... attempting to leave the soccer stadium parking lot.

After investigating, Salt River PD determined there was enough probable cause to arrest Belle -- and another adult male.

Belle's charges include 3 counts of indecent exposure and DUI.

The case is being submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office for possible prosecution.

Ex-Indians Star Albert Belle Arrested for Indecent Exposure ... And DUI

Ex-Cleveland Indians star Albert Belle was arrested for indecent exposure and DUI in Arizona on Saturday.

Belle -- a 5-time All-Star during his 12-year MLB career -- was arrested in Scottsdale and booked into Maricopa County Jail.

The ex-slugger was arrested for 2 counts of indecent exposure and 2 DUI counts.

The 51-year-old is listed as 6'2", 270 lbs in the jail database.

This isn't the first time Belle -- who was one of the most feared hitters in the game -- has been in trouble with the law.

He spent time in jail back in '06 after pleading guilty to stalking his ex-girlfriend.

Jeff Hardy Arrested for DWI After Crashing Car

WWE superstar Jeff Hardy -- one half of the Hardy Boyz -- was arrested Saturday night after cops say he drunkenly crashed his car in North Carolina while THREE TIMES the legal limit.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, the 40-year-old was involved in a single-car crash and admitted to being the driver of the 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan.

Cops say he submitted to a breath test and blew a .25 -- more than three times the legal limit. He was immediately booked for misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated and is due back in court in April.

WWE addressed the arrest, saying ... "Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions. We are investigating the matter and awaiting information from local law enforcement officials."

Hardy has a history with the law ... back in 2011, he served time in jail stemming from a 2009 cocaine and prescription pill arrest.

Denver Broncos Owners Son Avoids Jail In 100 MPH DUI Case

John Bowlen -- son of Broncos owner Pat Bowlen -- has cut a plea deal in his DUI case ... the one where he told a cop, "So you know who my father is?"

As we previously reported, the 31-year-old -- who used to work for the Broncos -- was busted in July 2017 when cops say he was blazing down a California highway around 100 mph while drunk.

And to make matters worse ... he had a puppy in the backseat.

Now, we've learned ... John appeared in a San Luis Obispo court Thursday and pled no contest to driving under the influence. The good news for Bowlen? No jail time.

He ain't completely off the hook ... the judge sentenced him to 3 years probation and ordered him to pay $2,415 in fines and other costs. He must also complete a DUI education program.

FYI -- this wasn't Bowlen's first brush with the law ... back in 2015, he was arrested for domestic violence and told officials he was the "blood of the city."

NFL's Letroy Guion Arrest Warrant Issued Over Hawaiian Birthday Debacle

File Under: "Trouble In Paradise"

Ex-Green Bay Packers lineman Letroy Guion is a wanted man in Hawaii -- after a judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest stemming from a very boozy birthday party.

As we previously reported, the 30-year-old NFL player was arrested for DUI in Waikiki on June 21 ... which happens to be his birthday.

Problem is ... Guion was ordered to appear in court on March 5 -- but didn't show. Oops.

The judge didn't appreciate getting the cold shoulder -- and immediately revoked the guy's bond and issued a bench warrant for his arrest.

The DUI arrest has been a nightmare for Guion -- he was cut by the Packers right after the arrest and hasn't been picked up by a new team.

We reached out to Guion's attorney ... so far, no word back.

Steve Wilkos to Judge Cut Me Some Slack ... in DUI Case

Steve Wilkos asked the judge for some leniency in his first court appearance since he was charged with DUI.

Wilkos -- flanked by his wife, Rachelle -- showed up to court Monday in Darien, Conn. and his lawyer asked the judge to place him in a diversion program ... if the judge signs off and Wilkos completes the program, his charges get dropped. Wilkos is due back in court April 16.

TMZ broke the story ... Wilkos was hospitalized back in January after he said he was involved in a single-car accident. His blood alcohol level was a shocking .29. Miraculously, he was not seriously injured.

Wilkos told TMZ he's extremely remorseful and is already getting professional help.
