Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber Famous Model Son Presley Arrested for DUI

The son of Cindy Crawford and Randy Gerber -- who has become a force in the modeling world -- ended the year on a bad note ... getting arrested for DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops pulled Presley Gerber over Sunday at around 4 AM in Beverly Hills for speeding in his Tesla. Cops say he reeked of booze, so they gave him a field sobriety test ... which he failed.

The 19-year-old model was booked for DUI and released without bail.

In California, it doesn't matter what his blood alcohol level was ... there is zero tolerance for underage drivers who drink. A .01 will get you arrested.

If convicted, Presley will automatically have his driver's license suspended for at least 1 year.

Presley's lawyer, Scott Spindel, tells TMZ, his client has no criminal record and has never been arrested, adding, "Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the necessary steps to address the allegations."

Presley's still a teenager but he's already huge in the modeling world. He's been signed to IMG for several years now and has done campaigns for Calvin Klein, Doce & Gabbana and Paris Vogue.

Rodman says he had stopped going to meetings because they got boring -- hey, at least he's honest.

But, after he started drinking again, Rodman reached out to his agent, Darren Prince (who's also battled substance abuse but is now going on 10 years sober) and his AA sponsor and asked them for help.

Rodman says he was ultimately convinced to go back to the meetings and already feels like he's making progress.

"It's a long process and it's gonna take time to get over the hump," Rodman says.

Rodman has been to rehab before -- once in 2014 ... and he was also featured on "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" back in 2010.

Paris Hilton Saves Friend From Drunk Driving Fiasco

Not all superheroes wear capes ... sometimes they wear diamonds, expensive perfume and lip gloss. Like Paris Hilton, who helped a buddy avoid serious criminal charges or even worse.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Paris recently had a party at her L.A. pad when a dude wanted to bolt but had trouble finding his keys. He called the cops and, perhaps drunkenly, told them the housekeeper had taken them away from him. Turns out Paris was behind the decision.

We're told cops drove up to Paris' house and she told them what was going down -- the guy's keys were taken away because he was way too boozy. In the end, cops believed Paris was being a gracious host and only looking out for the partygoer, who ended up getting home via Uber.

You'll recall when Paris was busted for DUI back in 2006, she had said she would not have been able to live with herself if anyone was injured or, worse, killed while she drove drunk. Seems she applied that same thought process here ... making sure no one drove home drunk.

Saving the world ... one day at a time.
