Sam Shepard One Tequila, Two Tequila ... Busted for DUI

Two shots of tequila is all Sam Shepard drank ... at least that's the story he unsuccessfully told cops before they cuffed him.

The "Bloodline" actor was popped Monday night in Santa Fe, New Mexico outside a restaurant. A security guard called police, saying he feared Shepard was way too drunk to drive.

Shepard tried in vain to drive away, thwarted by an emergency brake he failed to release. That was enough evidence for cops to pull him over, and administer field sobriety tests ... which he failed. Cops say he also refused to blow into the breathalyzer, and that upped the ante.

He was arrested for aggravated DUI, and remains in custody.

Shepard was arrested for DUI back in 2009.

Flavor Flav Arrested in the Mother of All Traffic Stops

Flavor Flav was arrested early Thursday morning in Las Vegas by highway patrol and got nailed for so many alleged crimes ... it might be easier to tell you what cops didn't pin on him.

Only sorta kidding, but here's what they booked him on:

-- DUI
-- Possession of marijuana
-- Open container
-- Speeding
-- Bogus registration
-- Driving with a suspended license

According to Nevada Highway Patrol, this all began when cops spotted Flav at 12:30 AM 2005 black BMW and going 73mph in a 45mph zone.

Flav was busted for speeding last year in NY on the way to his mother's funeral. When cops ran his license, they found it was suspended 16 times.

He swore to a judge he fixed the problem, but that doesn't appear to be the case.

'Longmire' Star Deputy Ferg Busted for DUI ... JUUUUUST Over the Limit

Adam Bartley -- the lovable, bumbling Deputy Ferguson on "Longmire" -- just got a taste of his own medicine ... a skosh too much to drink landed him in jail for DUI.

Bartley was pulled over April 26th in Santa Fe, NM after a cop saw him driving a '93 Dodge pickup sans seat belt.

The officer says he smelled alcohol on Bartley's breath, and the actor folded like a cheap suit admitting he had "a few drinks."

Bartley performed poorly on multiple field sobriety tests ... so claim the cops. The breathalyzer was a heartbreaker ... .09, just over the .08 legal limit.

Bartley was arrested and charged with DUI, careless driving, and no seat belt.

"Longmire" originally aired on A&E. It got cancelled last year but it's since been picked up by Netflix.

Insane Clown Posse DUI Case Sinks National Tour

Any Juggalos planning to gather for their heroes, Insane Clown Posse ... should put those plans on ice because Shaggy 2 Dope's lingering DUI probation just sandbagged the band's tour.

ICP's rep confirms they had to cancel the remaining dates of their "Marvelous Missing Link In-Store Insanity Tour" due to Shaggy's probation constraints following his 2012 DUI arrest.

The rep tells us S2D was late filling out necessary travel requests with his probation officer, and was told going on tour could trigger a violation.

Don't worry though, Shaggy's been given the all clear to appear at the annual "Gathering of the Juggalos" festival in July.

Clowns will be clowns.

Braylon Edwards Not Blackballed ... Says Pac-12 Network

Yeah, he's got issues ... but the Pac-12 Network says it's not ready to sever its relationship with Braylon Edwards in the wake of his most recent DUI arrest.

The ex-NFL star had been covering track & field for the network this past season and was reportedly in AZ to cover the "Duel In The Desert" between ASU and U of A when he was busted last week.

TMZ Sports spoke with officials at the Pac-12 Network who admit Braylon's arrest is "greatly disappointing" -- but he's not blackballed from working with the network in the future.

In fact, we're told Braylon has a reputation for being a consummate professional and very prepared while on the job ... but everyone seems to acknowledge he's gotta clean up his personal life.

NFL's Bart Scott Braylon Edwards Needs Help ... We're Here For Him

Ex-NFL star Bart Scott says his former NY Jets teammate Braylon Edwards needs to get help after his most recent DUI arrest -- before someone ends up hurt ... or worse.

"I care about him a whole lot. He's really a great guy," Scott says ... "but he has to get a handle on it. He's putting himself and other people's lives in danger."

Of course, Scott's referring to Braylon's DUI arrest in Arizona last week ... his second DUI arrest in 5 years.

"A lot of players think they're okay and they don't understand that having one or two drinks can lead to this."

Scott says he plans to reach out to Braylon -- who he's known since high school in Detroit -- and wants him to know he's got a TON of support from the guys he grew up with.

"We were always there for each other ... I am here for Braylon. We all are."

Braylon Edwards Ex-NFL Star Arrested ... Extreme DUI (Mug Shot)

Former NFL wide receiver Braylon Edwards was arrested for DUI in Scottsdale, Arizona last week ... and cops say he was EXTREMELY wasted ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The 32-year-old -- who played for the Browns, Jets and 49ers during his NFL career -- was pulled over in the early hours of May 4th ... according to police records.

Cops say Braylon's blood alcohol level was more than .20 -- more than twice the legal limit and considered an "extreme DUI" in Scottsdale.

It's the 2nd time Edwards has been arrested for driving under the influence in the past 5 years -- he was popped for drunk driving in 2010.

Braylon was also named in a battery report in 2013 for attacking a photographer in Detroit ... an incident that was captured on video.

Attempts to reach Braylon for comment have been unsuccessful.

Edwards was the 3rd overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft. He last played in the league back in 2012.

Hope Solo's Husband RELEASED FROM JAIL ... In Team USA DUI

Hope Solo's husband Jerramy Stevens caught a huge break Sunday ... getting released from jail today ... JUST 3 DAYS after surrendering for a 30 day sentence for his Team USA soccer van DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Sports ... the former NFL tight end was released early due, at least in part, to good behavior during his time behind bars.

As we previously reported, Stevens was arrested in Manhattan Beach, CA in January while driving a team USA soccer van with his wife Hope Solo in the vehicle. They were complete pains in the ass during the arrest and even dropped the "Don't you know who we are?" card.

Stevens is now on 4 years probation and must complete a 2-year outpatient alcohol treatment program in Washington.

'Sister, Sister' Ex Co-Star Doubles Up Sentenced for Second DUI

A former "Sister, Sister" star is learning the hard way ... some things shouldn't come in pairs -- Dorien Wilson just got nailed for a second DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us Wilson was driving in Los Angeles back in February when he was pulled over and booked for DUI. Wilson, who played Terrence Winningham on the show, was in court Friday and pled no contest to the charge.

He was sentenced to 4 days in jail and 4 years probation. He also has to have an interlock device installed in his vehicle -- not that it matters right now ... since his license has been suspended.

Wilson's previous DUI arrest was in 2009.

Hope Solo's Husband Sentenced to 30 Days In Jail ...In Team USA DUI

Hope Solo's husband Jerramy Stevens -- a former NFL player -- was just sentenced to 30 days in jail ... stemming from a DUI where he was driving a Team USA soccer van.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the 35-year-old surrendered to authorities Friday -- and will begin his sentence immediately.

Stevens was given 1 day of jail credit for the time he served in the moments following the arrest.

He was also sentenced to 4 years probation and ordered to complete a 2 year outpatient alcohol treatment program in the state of Washington.

As we previously reported, Stevens was arrested in Manhattan Beach, CA on January 19th while driving a team USA soccer van with his wife Hope Solo in the vehicle.

During the stop, we're told both Hope and Jerramy were extremely difficult with cops and tried to play the "Do you know who we are?" card. It didn't work. His blood alcohol level was more than 2 times the legal limit.

Stevens was convicted of misdemeanor DUI -- his 2nd DUI conviction in the last 10 years ... which is most likely why he got such a harsh penalty.

During today's hearing, the judge issued a "Watson Warning" -- meaning that if he gets in a DUI accident where someone is killed, Stevens could be charged with murder instead of the lesser vehicular manslaughter charge.

'Walking Dead' Star Arrest Vid Partly Released Put Your Hands Where I Can See 'Em!

DASH CAM FOOTAGE

"The Walking Dead" star Seth Gilliam took police on a 4 minute high speed chase down a highway before they cuffed him and hauled away ... and the whole incident was captured on dash cam video.

Cops in Peachtree City, GA busted Gilliam early Sunday morning and said he was doing 107 mph when he blew past them -- and you can see in this video ... he was definitely flying low.

When officers finally pull him over ... one of the officers yells, "I need your hands where I can see 'em. Come back here." Gilliam steps out and immediately gets cuffed while the officer explain he's being arrested for reckless driving.

Now, the odd part -- the video cuts off right after the handcuffs go on Gilliam. Cops say they also found a joint in the car, and Gilliam said he'd had 3 beers and a shot. Seems strange that portion of the arrest video wasn't released.

Peachtree City PD tell us, "It's part of a criminal investigation and anything related to evidence that could prosecute him won't be given out until the investigation is over."

P.J. Williams DUI Case Dismissed ... Over Dash Cam Fail

Top NFL draft prospect P.J. Williams -- a projected 1st round pick -- is officially OFF THE HOOK in his DUI case ... and it's all because the police dash cam MISSED a significant portion of the arrest.

As we previously reported, the ex-Florida State University cornerback was busted on April 3rd -- after cops say he appeared to be hammered while driving his friends out of a McDonald's parking lot in Tallahassee at 3 AM.

The 21-year-old admitted he had been drinking several hours earlier in the evening -- but insisted he was NOT drunk when he got behind the wheel.

He did NOT submit to a breathalyzer or a blood test ... so cops were relying heavily on the dash cam video to prove he was in no shape to drive.

But according to the Leon County District Attorney's Office ... "significant portions of the DUI investigation were not captured on video because of the positioning of the police car."

We're told the most important part of the arrest -- the field sobriety test -- was a casualty of the dash cam mishap.

Ultimately, prosecutors decided the case against Williams was weak without the footage -- so the case was tossed.

'American Horror Story' Star Seriously Injured in Drunk Driver Crash

Dalton Gray -- the actor who played Master Mike on "American Horror Story: Freak Show" -- was nearly blinded after an alleged drunk driver plowed into a car he was riding in last weekend.

According to his rep, Dalton -- who also played young Harry in "Dumb and Dumber To" -- was a passenger in his friend's car late Saturday night in Katy, Texas ... when another vehicle t-boned them. 17-year-old Dalton shattered his hip/pelvis and his femur. He also suffered horrific cuts to his face, and some serious eye trauma.

The damage was so bad, doctors had to reconstruct the right side of his face and remove glass from his eye but we're told his vision will recover. Police arrested the alleged drunk driver and as of now, he's currently still in jail.

Gray is the 2nd AHS cast member to be struck by a car in the last few months. Ben Woolf was struck by an SUV while crossing a street in February ... and eventually died from his injuries.

Robbie Knievel Busted For DUI After 4-Car Wreck

Robbie Knievel has said he's a frickin' drinking, driving daredevil ... and cops believe he's stayed true to his word -- he's been busted for a felony DUI.

According to law enforcement ... Knievel -- the son of the legendary Evel Knievel -- caused a brutal 4-car pile up on a Montana road and fled the scene Tuesday night after blazing around drunk as a skunk ... no injuries were reported.

Knievel was rounded up by cops within a block of the crash standing outside his vehicle and allegedly smelling like booze but he refused the breathalyzer and they hauled him in for a blood test.

As you may recall ... Robbie was busted back in 2013 for blowing 3x the legal limit in South Dakota and came on TMZ Live, unapologetically admitting he was a full-blown alcoholic.

As of Wednesday morning he was still in police custody.

Adrien Broner DUI Video 'I'm Not Drunk' But I Am Rich & Famous!!

0_cmwe6r4c
I'M RICH AND FAMOUS

TMZ Sports has obtained footage from Adrien Broner's DUI arrest in Ohio back in January -- in which the boxer insists he's NOT drunk ... but brags about making more than $100 MILLION in his career!!

The footage shows Broner being pulled over around 1:30 AM in his white Mercedes on January 11th -- after the cop sees the boxing champ driving in two lanes.

At first, things seem bad for Broner -- the officer is pissed and Broner can be heard slurring his words.

But things take a turn -- Broner professes his innocence ... and actually charms the cop, who eventually tells him she just wants the best for him.

During the arrest, Broner talks ... A LOT ... and says some interesting stuff. Among the highlights:

-- "Ya'll don't know who you arrested. If ya'll did, I'd be on the news right now."
-- The cop compliments Broner's physique.
-- Broner tells the cop, "I love you."
-- Cop asks Broner where he fights. Broner responds, "The world."

But the best part ... when Broner tells the cop he's "blessed" -- 'cause he's made more than $100 million in his career.

Broner later pled not guilty and still plans on fighting the charges. We reached out to Broner for comment, so far no word back.

A man charged with drunk driving was brutally clubbed by Chico, CA cops ... and some of it was caught on video.

Sean Reardon claims he was driving on February 18th at around 9:40 PM when he was pulled over for a broken tail light and expired tags. Reardon, who has filed a claim against the city, claims he was tackled to the pavement without provocation on his part and then struck "multiple times with extreme violence, with a baton, club or stick without provocation."

Reardon, who is white, says in the claim he was "hog-tied," thrown into a van and taken to the hospital. He says he suffered acute respiratory failure when he arrived and was put on a ventilator. He was in ICU for 4 days. He says he also suffered multiple broken bones, including ribs, nose and sternum.

Speaking on behalf of police, the Butte County Chief Deputy D.A. tells us ... Reardon had a warrant for failing to appear on a gun charge -- and attempted to flee when he was pulled over. He says when officers caught up to him, Reardon refused to show his hands and kept them at his waist band. A police incident log says, "Blue vehicle westbound. The subject foot bailed from vehicle. Resisting."

The chief deputy D.A. says the officers used force to get Reardon to cooperate. He adds Reardon's BAC was .14 -- almost twice the legal limit -- and also had methamphetamine and cocaine in his blood.

Reardon, who is repped by Ashley Amerio, was charged with evading a peace officer, DUI, DUI with alcohol or drugs within 10 years of a prior, and resisting an executive officer -- all felonies.

Reardon pled not guilty and is on a no bail hold, because he's on probation for the prior DUI.
