Tiger Woods DUI Car Was Banged Up ... Flat Tires and Damage

Tiger Woods' car was a wreck when cops found him during his DUI arrest -- with 2 flat tires, a broken tail light and mangled bumpers ... this according to the police report obtained by TMZ Sports.

The officers at the scene reported, "Both rims on the driver's side of the vehicle are damaged and both tires on the driver's side are flat."

Tiger was behind the wheel of a 2015 Mercedes AMG S65 at the time of the incident -- repairing that kind of a car ain't cheap.

Cops noted the damage appeared to have been inflicted recently.

In the report, officers say Woods -- who was a groggy mess -- told cops he believed he was in Los Angeles and was driving to Orange County.

There's more ... when officers arrested Tiger and confiscated his belongings, they noticed the golfer had a concealed weapons license.

Woods was not in possession of weapons at the time -- his car was filled mostly with children's clothing, folding chairs and an umbrella.

Jack Nicklaus Tiger Woods 'Needs Our Help'

Jack Nicklaus says he feels bad for Tiger Woods after his DUI arrest -- and says the golf community should rally around to help him.

Nicklaus was speaking with Golf Channel's Nick Menta and said straight-up, "I feel bad for Tiger."

"Tiger's a friend. He's been great for the game of golf. He needs our help. I wish him well."

Nicklaus added, "I'm a friend of Tiger's. I feel bad for him. He's struggling ... He needs support from a lot of people. I'll be one of them."

Tiger was arrested Monday morning for DUI after cops found him passed out behind the wheel of his Mercedes. Tiger says he had been using prescription medication at the time.

MADD Roars at Tiger Woods Rx Pills Are No Excuse!

Tiger Woods sent a "dangerous and deadly message" to his fans when he decided to get behind the wheel after taking prescription medication ... this according to Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

MADD is the nation’s largest nonprofit working to protect families from impaired driving -- and clearly, they're unhappy with Tiger's excuse that he simply had an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications."

"When athletes and celebrities who serve as role models, like Tiger Woods, allegedly make the decision to drive impaired, it sends a dangerous and deadly message," a MADD spokesperson tells TMZ Sports.

"There are no excuses to drive under the influence of any impairing substance, whether its alcohol or any legal or illegal impairing drugs."

"We’re just grateful no one was hurt or killed as a result of his choices and actions."

Tiger Woods Asleep at Wheel Failed Field Sobriety Test

Tiger Woods was asleep at the wheel in a stopped car at 2:03 AM -- about 8 miles from his house -- when cops came upon him before his arrest, and he was completely out of it.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Woods was in his 2015 Mercedes asleep at the wheel with the motor running and right blinker flashing. The report says Woods "had extremely slow and slurred speech."

He told cops he was "coming from L.A. California from golfing." He then changed his story and said he didn't know where he was.

According to the report, 4 drugs were listed under medical conditions -- Solarex, Vicodin, Torix and Vioxx. It notes Vioxx was not taken this year. It says Tiger had 4 left knee surgeries and 4 Achilles.

The report says he flunked the field sobriety test badly ... he couldn't do the one-leg stand or the nose touch. The report says when asked if he understood the Romberg alphabet test, he stated, "yes, recite entire national anthem backwards."

According to the report, Woods was arrested and taken to a testing facility. At 4:28 AM, he took a breathalyzer test and blew zeros. It says he was "cooperative as much as possible, very droopy, extremely sleepy, hard to keep eyes open, hard to walk."

Tiger has since said he had an "unexpected reaction to prescribed medications" ... adding, "I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly."

He's due in court in July.

Gilbert Arenas isn't buying Tiger Woods' prescription pill DUI excuse -- telling TMZ Sports, "That's the suckiest sh*t about being an athlete, you gotta lie."

The ex-NBA superstar was leaving Catch in West Hollywood (he was a passenger) -- when he told us what Tiger should have said in his statement ... instead of blaming Rx medication.

"Just say you got drunk, you got f**ked up like everyone else in America," Arenas said.

"Mixed medication, really??"

He also doesn't think the DUI charge will stick -- "As long as no one died, he should be fine."

It's interesting ... DJ Quik's song "Nobody" actually features lyrics about Tiger Woods, so it's clear he's a fan.

He has some advice for the "Michael Jordan of f***in' golf" as well ... but it's really for all of us.

Tiger Woods Busted for DUI Blames Rx Meds

5/30 -- Contrary to what law enforcement sources told us Monday, according to the police report Tiger did not have alcohol in his system and did not refuse a breathalyzer. He also was found stopped on the side of the road and not weaving.

And, according to the police report, Tiger was cooperative.

5:00 PM PT -- Tiger just released a statement ... "I understand the severity of what I did and I take full responsibility for my actions. I want the public to know that alcohol was not involved. What happened was an unexpected reaction to prescribed medications. I didn't realize the mix of medications affected me so strongly."

Woods goes on ... "I would like to apologize with all my heart to my family, friends, and the fans. I expect more from myself, too. I will do everything in my power to ensure this never happens again.

I fully cooperated with law enforcement, and I would like to personally thank the representatives of the Jupiter Police Dept. and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office for their professionalism."

1:00 PM PT -- We've learned Tiger's girlfriend, Kristin Smith, learned about the arrest while shopping at a Neiman Marcus store in Dallas. Someone called her and, according to several eyewitnesses, "she went crazy" and said "I knew it, I knew it." We're told she began crying, then bought $5k worth of merchandise and left.

10:30 AM PT -- Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops spotted Woods "driving erratically, all over the road" when they pulled him over. We're told the officer smelled alcohol on Woods' breath and at that point Woods became "arrogant." We're told the officer asked him to blow into a breathalyzer but he refused. In Florida that means automatic arrest and license suspension.

Our sources say Woods' people have been calling the police all morning asking if the cop had a body cam.

9:45 AM PT -- We're told Woods was driving a 2015 Mercedes. Cops called a tow yard to store the vehicle but then cancelled the call. Someone involved tells us a person in Woods' camp retrieved the vehicle.

9:40 AM PT -- Unclear if it's related, but Tiger had back surgery last month. As we reported, cops have not specified whether the DUI was for drugs, alcohol or both.

Tiger Woods has been arrested on DUI charges in Jupiter, Florida.

The golfer was stopped by cops early Monday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was taken in around 3 AM and released from Palm Beach County Jail at 10:50 AM.

You'll recall ... when Tiger and then wife Elin Nordegren got into their blowout fight back in 2009, he hit a tree while allegedly driving under the influence of Ambien. He was not charged with DUI at the time.

David Hasselhoff's Daughter Arrested for DUI Passed Out On L.A. Freeway

David Hasselhoff's daughter, Hayley, was arrested for DUI in L.A. over the weekend after cops say she passed out behind the wheel of her Mercedes while driving on the freeway.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ, the 24-year-old 'Sharknado' actress was driving her white Mercedes Benz on the 101 freeway around 4 AM when the car came to a stop on the Fallbrook off-ramp.

Witnesses called 911 ... and when officers arrived they found Hayley passed out in the driver's seat with her foot on the brake.

Responders were able to wake Hayley and got her to roll down the window. Officials quickly got control of the car and got Hayley out of the vehicle.

Cops say Hayley reeked of booze and bombed a field sobriety test. She was arrested for DUI and was taken to a nearby hospital to be evaluated.

Once she was medically cleared, she was taken to a nearby jail where she was booked.

Hayley is an actress and model. She was a cast member on the ABC Family show "Huge" and appeared in "Sharknado: The 4th Awakens."

NOT WORRIED
TMZ.com

Chief Keef doesn't think he's going to jail despite there being a warrant out for his arrest in Miami after he was a no-show this week in court.

We got the "I Don't Like" rapper out in L.A. Wednesday night where he seemed unfazed about the chance he'll be thrown in jail. Keef clearly ain't sweatin' it because it's "just a DUI."

He even urges the cops to come get him.

We broke the story ... Chief Keef failed to show up Tuesday for his arraignment on DUI and weed possession charges, so an arrest warrant was issued in his name.

He's supposed to perform at the sold-out Rolling Loud Festival in Miami Friday, so he might wanna get this sorted out -- or an onstage arrest seems like a real possibility.

Jackie Warner Lectured by Judge in DUI Ambien Case

GETTIN' AN EARFUL
TMZ.com

Jackie Warner got a lecture from a judge Wednesday about taking Rx pills and driving, but she insists what happened on a West Hollywood street had NOTHING to do with abusing her Ambien prescription.

Jackie and her lawyer, Shawn Holley, were in court Wednesday morning and pled not guilty to DUI. The fitness star crashed her car into a pole and then tried to leave, clipping a police car.

The judge told Jackie a condition to her bail was that she could not drink, take pills and then drive. That seems to talk past Jackie's point ... that she took an Ambien and remembers nothing about getting in a car without pants and driving until she crashed.

Tampa Bay WR Josh Huff Cuts Deal In Gun Case ... Avoids Jail

Good news for Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Josh Huff -- he just struck a deal with prosecutors in his gun case and will stay out of jail .... if he keeps his nose clean.

As we previously reported, the 25-year-old ex-Oregon star was pulled over in NJ back in Nov. for speeding -- but during the stop, cops say they found an unloaded gun, hollow point bullets and weed.

He was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and was facing up to 10 years in prison if convicted.

But TMZ Sports has learned Huff accepted a conditional plea -- in which he essentially gets 6 months probation and, if he stays out of trouble, the charge will be wiped from his record.

If he screws up, Huff agrees to plead guilty and could face the maximum punishment.

Huff still has 2 charges pending -- DUI and tinted windows -- but his lawyer, Andrew Smith, tells us he's hopeful those will be dismissed.

Jackie Warner Charged in Sleep Driving Case DUI, Hit & Run, Assault

Jackie Warner has been charged with assaulting a cop and DUI, but her lawyer says Jackie was "driving unconscious" so the charges are bogus.

We've learned the former Bravo star has been charged with felony assault on a police officer, misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor hit and run.

The hit and run is based on Jackie clipping a cop car and then leaving the scene.

Cops tell us Jackie blew a .08 at the time of the incident. She says she had one martini earlier in the day and that's it.

Jackie has said she had taken an Ambien at home and the next thing she knew she was in the hospital under arrest. When she crashed her car she wasn't wearing pants.

Her lawyer, Shawn Holley, tells TMZ, "We have letters and reports from Jackie's doctors which prove a long history of insomnia and which strongly support our contention that Jackie was driving unconscious after taking Ambien, which had been prescribed to her."

Holley goes on, "I reached out to the D.A.'s Office weeks ago and was assured that deputies would review our reports before filing charges. We are extremely disappointed that the D.A.'s Office filed these charges without reviewing our evidence, as promised."

Tyga was taken into custody by LAPD in Hollywood early Wednesday morning, but he's walking away from this one with a traffic ticket ... TMZ has learned.

Tyga was leaving Avenue Nightclub around 2 AM when cops pulled him over. We're told he had paper plates on the Mercedes G Wagon he was driving ... but officers ended up taking him down to the station for a possible DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us once cops got Tyga to the station they determined he wasn't under the influence, and he was released after about 90 minutes with a ticket for no drivers license or insurance. We're told cops only took him to the station because of the crowd, including paparazzi, outside Avenue and they wanted to avoid making a scene.

He took an L with Kylie, but got the win with cops. Decent trade?

We got the victorious Tyga on his way out of the station. His pals picked him up in the G.

Steve Francis Pleads Guilty to Drunk Driving

Ex-NBA superstar Steve Francis pled guilty to 1 count of driving while intoxicated stemming from a crazy Nov. 2016 arrest ... but he ain't going back to the slammer.

Francis appeared in a Houston courtroom Tuesday and pled guilty to the misdemeanor DWI charge. In exchange, he got 3 days in jail -- but the judge gave him credit for time served so he won't go back.

He was also fined $1,000 and his driver's license has been suspended for 1 year.

As we previously reported, Francis was initially pulled over in a black Chevy Tahoe for speeding -- but during the stop, the cop noticed he reeked of booze. Francis was also verbally abusive and allegedly vowed REVENGE on the arresting officers.

Cops say they found weed -- but that charge was dropped.
