Roger Clinton DUI Arrest in Cali ... Impeccable Timing
9:45 AM PT -- Clinton got sprung. He posted bail, and is scheduled to be in court in September.
Hillary Clinton's brother-in-law is sitting in a jail cell after getting busted for DUI in Southern California ... just 2 days before the crucial CA primary vote.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Roger Clinton was arrested Sunday just after 8 PM in Redondo Beach. He was booked for driving under the influence, and we're told he refused blood alcohol testing.
Roger remains in police custody. His bail is set at $15,000.
Clinton was also arrested for DUI in 2001. That same year, President Clinton infamously pardoned his half-brother for a drug charge.
Unless he bails out before Tuesday ... there goes one vote for Hillary.

'Growing Up Hip Hop' Star Arrested for DUI
Damon "Boogie" Dash -- the son of rap mogul Damon Dash -- was busted for DUI after cops say they saw him straddling lanes ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the "Growing Up Hip Hop" star was pulled over for weaving earlier this month ... and when cops spoke to him they thought he might be under the influence. We're told field sobriety testing did not go well for Dash, and he was arrested for misdemeanor DUI.
We reached out to Boogie, so far no word back.
'The Wonder Years' Star Busted for DUA ... Ambien
"The Wonder Years" star Jason Hervey just learned the hard way ... never take Ambien before you get behind the wheel.
Tennessee law enforcement tells TMZ ... they got a call about a swerving pickup truck and were able to locate it. Cops say Hervey was behind the wheel and totally out of it ... slurring, red-eyed and confused.
Cops say Hervey miserably failed a field sobriety test. They searched the pickup and found a loaded handgun, but the actor had a permit. Hervey was booked for DUI and carrying a weapon while under the influence.
The incident went down back in January 2015 but it went unnoticed, until this past weekend when Hervey served 48 hours behind bars for a misdemeanor DUI charge. The weapons charge was dropped.
Jason, who played Wayne Arnold on the show, tells us he has a prescription for Ambien and stupidly took one before hopping in the truck for a quick errand, he had no alcohol in his system ... he's thankful cops got him off the road before anything really bad happened.

Bam Margera My Wife Got a DUI And Wrecked Our Porsche
Bam Margera's wife got busted for DUI after getting into an accident while driving the same Porsche Bam was in a wreck years ago ... TMZ has learned.
According to cops in West Chester, PA ... Nicole Boyd collided with another driver in a Hyundai earlier this month. Nicole said she had the green light, but the other driver insisted she ran a red. Either way, Bam and Nicole's Porsche Panamera got banged up badly.
Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene, and the other driver was hospitalized with non-life threatening injuries. Meanwhile, officers said Nicole smelled of alcohol and bombed field sobriety tests. She was arrested and booked for DUI.
Bam's Panamera might be cursed. As we reported, he got sideswiped in the ride shortly after getting it in 2011.
As for Nicole's DUI -- Bam's had his struggles with the bottle, and his best friend, Ryan Dunn, was wasted when he died in a high speed crash.

Hope Solo's Husband WANTED MAN ... Bench Warrant Issued
Hope Solo's husband is in a world of trouble -- his probation has been revoked and a warrant has been issued for his arrest stemming from his '15 DUI arrest ... according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.
We broke the story ... ex-Seattle Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens was arrested in Manhattan Beach, CA last year when cops say he was drunkenly driving the Team USA soccer van with Hope on board.
At the time, sources told us both Hope and Jerramy were extremely difficult during the arrest -- and tried to play the "don't you know who we are?" card. It didn't work.
Stevens -- who had a prior DUI conviction -- was sentenced to 4 years probation and was ordered into an alcohol treatment program.
But according to court records, obtained by TMZ Sports, Stevens failed to appear at the clerk's office for a progress report hearing to show he's been attending the program ... so the judge revoked his probation and issued a warrant in the amount of $30k.
Now, Stevens' fate is in the hands of the judge -- who could order the ex-NFL player to serve jail time, unless Stevens has a real good excuse.
We reached out to Stevens' camp for comment -- so far, no word back.
6:43 AM PT -- We spoke with Steven's attorney Craig Renetzky who insists the whole thing is a "communication glitch" between the court and the alcohol program.
"[Stevens] is doing everything he’s supposed to be doing but the alcohol program didn’t get the court [the official progress report]."
The attorney says he plans to personally go to the court today to straighten things out -- and is adamant he will prove Stevens did not violate the terms of his probation.

Ex-Titans LB Keith Bulluck Convicted in DUI Case
Ex-Tennessee Titans linebacker Keith Bulluck has struck a plea deal in his DUI case ... stemming from a February arrest, when the 39-year-old smashed his car into a light pole.
As we previously reported, Bulluck -- who was nominated for the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2015 -- was busted in Nashville on Feb. 23rd when cops responded to the crash scene around 3 AM and realized Keith was bombed.
Bulluck appeared in court early Tuesday morning -- where he pled guilty to reckless endangerment and, in exchange, he was sentenced to 1 year probation and ordered to pay court fines.
Cops never said if Bulluck was injured in the wreck -- but he's been traveling around the world and recently joked about wanting to fight Conor McGregor ... so we're guessing he's okay.

'American Idol' Finalist Killed In Car Crash
Former "American Idol" finalist Rickey Smith was killed Thursday night in a multi-car highway wreck in Oklahoma.
Smith was on I-240 just outside Oklahoma City when, according to reports, another man driving the wrong way on the interstate slammed head-on into Smith's vehicle. Cops say the other driver was hospitalized and booked for DUI.
Smith competed on the second season of 'Idol,' and finished in eighth place. Ruben Studdard took the title that year.
Rickey was 36.

NFL's Justin Blackmon Pleads Guilty to DUI After Bombing Sobriety Test
Former NFL star Justin Blackmon has pled guilty to 1 count of misdemeanor DUI ... stemming from a December arrest in Oklahoma where video showed he could barely stand up straight.
As we previously reported, the ex-Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver was pulled over around 3 AM on December 19th ... and claimed he only had 2 drinks before getting behind the wheel of his Jeep.
Cops weren't buying it ... and the dash cam video obtained by TMZ Sports shows the guy was absolutely hammered.
Now, we've learned Blackmon entered a guilty plea in court Wednesday morning -- and faces serious time behind bars when he's sentenced in June.
Besides being Blackmon's 2nd DUI arrest in 3 years -- he was also suspended indefinitely from the NFL in 2013 for violating the league's substance abuse policy.

'2 Fast 2 Furious' Actor Cole Hauser Busted For DUI
Actor Cole Hauser was arrested for DUI after cops say he almost crashed on an L.A. freeway.
According to the arrest report, Hauser -- best known for his role as Carter Verone in "2 Fast 2 Furious" -- drifted in and out of lanes Sunday on the 101. Cops took notice and pulled him over.
Police say Hauser seemed drunk, and after a field sobriety test he was cuffed and taken to the station, where he was booked for DUI.
He's out on $15k bail.

Debby Ryan, one of Disney's biggest stars, was arrested for felony drunk driving ... TMZ has learned.
The star of "Jessie" was driving in L.A. last week at around 11 PM when she made a left in her 2016 Audi and slammed into a Mercedes. Our law enforcement sources say the driver claimed injury.
Cops came, gave the 22-year-old actress a field sobriety test and promptly arrested her for felony DUI. It's standard operating procedure for cops to arrest for a felony when there's injury.
Debby got a break ... authorities decided to bump it down to a misdemeanor because the injury was minor and she blew a .11 ... not that much over the .08 legal limit.
Debby -- who's out on $100k bail -- has been charged with 2 criminal offenses ... driving under the influence and driving with a .08 blood alcohol level or higher.
We reached out to her reps ... so far no word back.
Abby Wambach Pleads Guilty in DUII Case ... Avoids Jail
Abby Wambach has changed her tune in her DUII case -- pleading guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicants -- but she won't spend another minute behind bars.
In exchange for her guilty plea stemming from her April 2nd arrest, Wambach was ordered into a "diversion program" ... which usually requires people to complete classes and avoid getting into trouble.
The specifics of Wambach's diversion requirements have not been made public yet.
As we previously reported, Wambach was arrested after blowing through a red light in Portland earlier this month and then bombing a field sobriety test.
She initially pled not guilty to DUII -- but changed her plea on Tuesday.
Wambach previously released a statement vowing to take "full responsibility" for her actions.

Navy SEAL Rob O'Neill bin Laden Trigger Man Busted for DUI
The Navy SEAL credited with firing the shot that killed Osama bin Laden got arrested for DUI early Friday morning in Butte, Montana.
TMZ confirmed with law enforcement ... Rob O'Neill was found asleep in his car in the parking lot of a convenience store around 2:30 AM. Cops say the vehicle was running and its lights were on.
Officers woke him up and gave him field sobriety tests which he failed. O'Neill refused to take a Breathalyzer test. The Billings Gazette reports O'Neill told cops he might have taken Ambien.
He was booked for misdemeanor DUI.
O'Neill is retired from the SEALs. He revealed in 2014 that he was responsible for the kill shot on bin Laden.

Surprising turn in the Abby Wambach drunk driving case.
TMZ Sports obtained court documents filed from the cops interview with the soccer star following her DUII arrest.
In the docs, she admits to using cocaine and marijuana several years ago. 35-year-old Wambach said she "first used marijuana by age 24." The cops note the last time she smoked weed was age 25.
As for the coke usage, cops say "the defendant tried cocaine at age 25."
FYI -- Wambach started playing on the U.S. Women's National Team when she was 23 and just retired last year.

Abby Wambach Pleads Not Guilty To Portland DUI
U.S. soccer star Abby Wambach just pled not guilty to her drunk driving charge stemming from her arrest this past weekend in Portland.
As we previously reported, the 35-year-old soccer legend was arrested after allegedly running a red light and failing several sobriety tests late Saturday night.
Her attorney appeared at the Multnomah County Courthouse moments ago and entered the plea on her behalf. Wambach is scheduled to speak at the University of Kentucky later Tuesday.
She's due back in court at the end of the month.

World Cup Star Abby Wambach Arrested DUI in Portland
12:15 PM PT -- Abby posted an apology to her family, friends and fans ... saying she takes full responsibility for her actions and she'll "do whatever it takes to ensure that my horrible mistake is never repeated."
Abby Wambach got busted for driving under the influence in downtown Portland late Saturday night.
The retired U.S. Women's soccer star was pulled over by Portland cops when she allegedly ran a red light. Officers say she failed field sobriety testing and also a breathalyzer.
Police have not said what her blood alcohol level was, but she appears extremely glassy eyed in her mug shot. Portland PD described her as "polite and cooperative" during the arrest.
Abby, who retired late last year after winning the World Cup, was booked for DUII (driving under influence of intoxicants), and released on her own recognizance.
Just a few days ago, we shot the Olympic hero in Palm Springs where she was partnered with Caitlyn Jenner in a golf tournament.

MTV Host Zero Kazama M.I.A. In Death Threat Case Warrant Issued
Zero Kazama, host of MTV's "Silent Library," is now a wanted man after dodging a court appearance related to a bizarre incident where cops say he terrified tourists with death threats.
According to court records, obtained by TMZ, Kazama had a date with a judge on March 28 -- for DUI and misdemeanor assault charges -- but was a no-show, so the court issued an arrest warrant.
We broke the story ... Kazama went to the Manitou Springs Cliff Dwellings in CO a couple months ago, and began yelling everyone was going to die. He split before cops showed up, but was apprehended later when he crashed his car and got busted for DUI.
